0:00:00 > 0:00:10In the next half an hour, I set out to spy on some unsuspecting surfers.

0:00:10 > 0:00:11

0:00:11 > 0:00:16I can find out your data of birth, find out who your relatives are.

0:00:16 > 0:00:20The weather forecast includes an amazing natural wonder. It is

0:00:20 > 0:00:25something I would love to see and a good news is, you do not have to go

0:00:25 > 0:00:32to the Arctic to see it. Looking for work, we meet at the north-east

0:00:32 > 0:00:42bosses who cannot give away jobs. Providing people want to work,

0:00:42 > 0:00:53

0:00:53 > 0:00:57there is an absolute mountain of Have you wandered up to us danger

0:00:57 > 0:01:02and offered them your bank details are giving your house keys to a

0:01:02 > 0:01:06burglar? I thought not. But if you do not protect yourself one line,

0:01:06 > 0:01:16you may as well be doing that. Cyber crime is on the increase and

0:01:16 > 0:01:17

0:01:17 > 0:01:21it seems many of us are making it far too easy. You want to check

0:01:21 > 0:01:27your e-mails, the internet on your laptop, C come into your local cafe

0:01:27 > 0:01:32and immerse yourself in a private world, but who is watching you? He

0:01:32 > 0:01:38is. Ryan is about to prove to me just time easy it is to spy on

0:01:38 > 0:01:43people. We are intercepting the traffic of the customers. They

0:01:43 > 0:01:47believe they're connecting to the real Wi-Fi a network, but instead

0:01:47 > 0:01:52they're connecting to was. We can tell what website they have been

0:01:52 > 0:02:00visiting. If they have checked their e-mails, we can view their e-

0:02:00 > 0:02:04mails. Ryan can see exactly what everyone is doing online. There are

0:02:04 > 0:02:08two people trying to connect to the Internet through our man in the

0:02:08 > 0:02:14middle. So there are two people here who have no idea that what

0:02:14 > 0:02:22they're doing is going through this laptop. I need to find them. Speedy

0:02:22 > 0:02:27stuff. The bait is out, let's see who we catch out. I am not psychic,

0:02:27 > 0:02:31as you can probably tell. With little effect, mine is able to see

0:02:31 > 0:02:34what people have been surfing for. We should be surprised to know that

0:02:34 > 0:02:44I know you were looking at the Newcastle University website just a

0:02:44 > 0:02:49few minutes ago. Yes. A where you are aware this was possible?

0:02:49 > 0:02:58eye was not. I can find out today to of birth, find out who your

0:02:58 > 0:03:06relatives are. We're both checking her seat numbers for an exam.

0:03:06 > 0:03:10not find out where you're sitting for your exam. It was easy to find

0:03:10 > 0:03:20out what people were looking at, so how easy is it use that information

0:03:20 > 0:03:21

0:03:21 > 0:03:24to log on as someone else. A went on to her wall, got her e-mail

0:03:24 > 0:03:31address and guessed her security pass word just by looking at the

0:03:31 > 0:03:35information on her Facebook. sing information from his

0:03:35 > 0:03:41neighbour's Facebook account, he guessed a password and posed as our

0:03:41 > 0:03:45online. Each do not need the password, you just need to know the

0:03:45 > 0:03:53person and you can guess their password. Chris asked for money,

0:03:53 > 0:04:00which he used to feed his addiction. I used the details on a gambling

0:04:00 > 0:04:07site. People are not aware of what is going on one Facebook. Accounts

0:04:07 > 0:04:11get hacked into every day. Chris pleaded guilty to fraud and is now

0:04:11 > 0:04:16doing 120 hours' unpaid work and trying to get help for his gambling

0:04:16 > 0:04:21addiction. The message is clear, it we're leaving ourselves wide open

0:04:21 > 0:04:26when it comes to pass words. Make sure you're protecting your

0:04:26 > 0:04:29information. Do not make it will be is what you pass workers. If

0:04:29 > 0:04:36anything funny happens with your account, change the pass word and

0:04:36 > 0:04:43look and see what is going on. doubt be writing think you might

0:04:43 > 0:04:50use the name of a relative or a pet? The it is an imaginary pet.

0:04:50 > 0:04:57the names of your family or a pet? Yes, my mother. I cannot remember,

0:04:57 > 0:05:01you put it in for me. You're hopeless, ladies. In this block of

0:05:02 > 0:05:05flats behind me, and Hacker made tens of thousands of pounds in

0:05:05 > 0:05:11fraud from the comfort of his own home, until he tried to push his

0:05:11 > 0:05:20luck a little too far. Ian Wood was using Facebook to fund a lavish

0:05:20 > 0:05:24lifestyle. He would generally pose as someone who was not himself, for

0:05:24 > 0:05:30example, an attractive woman. He would befriend men on Facebook, Co

0:05:30 > 0:05:37would look at the picture and say yes. They were allowing this man

0:05:37 > 0:05:42into their lives. He discovered people often use the same user

0:05:42 > 0:05:48names for different accounts online. He would use that name and tied it

0:05:48 > 0:05:54into mainstream banking accounts. As soon as he got the message of

0:05:54 > 0:05:58using incorrect, password incorrect, which prompted security questions,

0:05:58 > 0:06:06he would use information from social networking sides to get into

0:06:06 > 0:06:10their accounts. He used the information to transfer money into

0:06:10 > 0:06:16bogus accounts until he got cocky. He got relax about his behaviour

0:06:16 > 0:06:21and then he made a transfer from a bank account into his own bank

0:06:21 > 0:06:24account. He went to arrest him from Matt offence and that is when we

0:06:24 > 0:06:30opened the door to all their activity that he had been involved

0:06:30 > 0:06:35in. Ian Wood was sentenced to 15 months in jail. The judge said the

0:06:35 > 0:06:44fraud was well planned, complex and clever, so with more of us on lying,

0:06:44 > 0:06:48the police are bracing themselves for more cyber crime. The there are

0:06:48 > 0:06:51more people doing lots more commercial activity online, sharing

0:06:51 > 0:06:57information, letting people know much more about them and using it

0:06:57 > 0:07:01as a means of communication through social media, so it is easier for

0:07:01 > 0:07:08people to commit crime. Social media sites like Facebook are

0:07:08 > 0:07:11perhaps where we are too trusting. A BBC survey revealed 47 % say they

0:07:11 > 0:07:17would be likely to except a friend request from someone they knew all

0:07:17 > 0:07:21but had not met. 52 % said they would be likely to except a friend

0:07:21 > 0:07:27requests from someone who is a friend of a friend but to the do

0:07:27 > 0:07:33not know him directly. Be careful about sharing information, but most

0:07:33 > 0:07:38importantly, use a decent pass word. Many of us and not very careful. We

0:07:38 > 0:07:48know that Lacey's will use names and dates of birth and men will use

0:07:48 > 0:07:48

0:07:48 > 0:07:58football stadiums, things like that. Whom -- ladies. There are millions

0:07:58 > 0:08:00

0:08:00 > 0:08:05of words on this phrases, first lines of poems. If you were

0:08:05 > 0:08:12thinking of Mary had a little lamb and you took the first letter of

0:08:12 > 0:08:19each word, it is all on here. cannot use a phrase like that, what

0:08:19 > 0:08:27can I do? You have to use something very personal to yourself. My son

0:08:27 > 0:08:32is 11 years old 1st November. It is absolutely random and it is not

0:08:32 > 0:08:37going to appear on here, because it is personal to me and no one else

0:08:37 > 0:08:42will guess it. But I do not want to use just one password. You need to

0:08:42 > 0:08:48have different passwords to remain safe, but if you have a key phrase

0:08:48 > 0:08:58in your head like that, you can also add extras to it. My son is 11

0:08:58 > 0:09:00

0:09:00 > 0:09:06years old he be. EBay. My son is 11 years old A M, Amazon. But one day

0:09:06 > 0:09:13hope fully, we will only need to or remember one pass word as are her

0:09:13 > 0:09:23computers will recognise as by her typing. This is being trials

0:09:23 > 0:09:26

0:09:26 > 0:09:31between Newcastle University and a university in America. Am it

0:09:31 > 0:09:35continues to let you operate. is not you, it does not. If you

0:09:35 > 0:09:42patent this and you manage to get rid of the need for us to remember

0:09:42 > 0:09:47passwords, you will be a very rich man. Sadly, Roy's pay-day is yet to

0:09:47 > 0:09:52come, so in the meantime, be careful about giving out

0:09:52 > 0:09:56information about yourself and make sure your passwords are secure. If

0:09:56 > 0:10:06he would like more information on how to stay safe online, we have

0:10:06 > 0:10:12

0:10:12 > 0:10:19Still to come, will good luck be enough for her jobseeker's pro-

0:10:19 > 0:10:25hunting for work. And stick somewhere to find a jobs bonanza. A

0:10:25 > 0:10:31few months ago, our weather relents founder forecast she could not

0:10:31 > 0:10:35resist. This winter is our best chance in 10 years of seeing one of

0:10:35 > 0:10:45nature's real treats if only you know where to look. Could she be in

0:10:45 > 0:10:46

0:10:46 > 0:10:50the right place at the right time to see this guy's light up? Tonight

0:10:51 > 0:10:55could be denied. This man has a sniff that he might get to see the

0:10:55 > 0:11:02one thing he spends his spare time looking for. I think I will go to

0:11:02 > 0:11:08Holy Island and get Park's up and wait for it. He is like a storm

0:11:08 > 0:11:15chaser, but instead of tornadoes, he chases the Northern Lights and

0:11:15 > 0:11:19then he photographs them. A last time I was here, I was a little boy.

0:11:19 > 0:11:29Although my job is looking at the sky, I have never experienced the

0:11:29 > 0:11:33Northern Lights. No aurora, but we are still pretty hopeful. It is

0:11:33 > 0:11:40something I would absolutely love to see, but the good news for his

0:11:40 > 0:11:45you do not have to go to the Arctic to do it. I have seen amazing

0:11:45 > 0:11:51display is in Norway and Iceland, but there highlight was the most

0:11:51 > 0:11:56recent trip to it only Ireland. Suddenly, it ignited. Patterns of

0:11:56 > 0:12:01light streaking down. It was really quite spectacular and my friend

0:12:01 > 0:12:11Patrick was just standing there, completely gobsmacked. He could not

0:12:11 > 0:12:11

0:12:12 > 0:12:21believe what he was saying. -- seeing. On this occasion, the only

0:12:22 > 0:12:30

0:12:30 > 0:12:34The story starts with ancient civilisation. People saw these

0:12:34 > 0:12:39things dancing around in the skies and they thought they were up the

0:12:39 > 0:12:44spirits of there enemies or he knows who had died a violent death,

0:12:44 > 0:12:48finding their way to Havant themselves. It is quite an

0:12:49 > 0:12:52incredible spiritual journey when you start reading up on the

0:12:52 > 0:12:59Northern Lights and the origin in folklore and fairy-tales. Then

0:12:59 > 0:13:09signs comes along and spoils the party. What is the signs? It begins

0:13:09 > 0:13:10

0:13:10 > 0:13:20with weather. Not end there on earth, but on the Sun. -- weather.

0:13:20 > 0:13:23

0:13:23 > 0:13:27When the sun gets active comet starts producing a lot of sports.

0:13:27 > 0:13:37If the particles get blown to the earth, they will bash intern

0:13:37 > 0:13:40atmosphere and that is when the fun begins. This thing is, we kind of

0:13:40 > 0:13:47see the Northern Lights all the time. They're everywhere, we just

0:13:47 > 0:13:53do not realise it. And neon sign works by giving money on gas in the

0:13:53 > 0:13:57cheaper electricity. By imparting energy to the gas, it glows. So why

0:13:57 > 0:14:05be different colours? Remember their flame Test from school?

0:14:05 > 0:14:09going to get the atoms of sodium some energy. By hitting them in

0:14:09 > 0:14:15this claim. You can see a beautiful orange glow as they get given

0:14:15 > 0:14:22energy. That is the colour signature of that particular

0:14:22 > 0:14:25element. This is what happens in the gases in the earth sat as fears.

0:14:25 > 0:14:32Yes, the solar wind bashes into them and gives them different

0:14:32 > 0:14:35And why only at north and south poles? Another old school

0:14:35 > 0:14:39experiment. We've got iron filings spread out on this plate. And if I

0:14:39 > 0:14:42put my magnet on here and tap, you can see the field of the magnet is

0:14:43 > 0:14:45revealed by the iron filings. The Earth is a giant magnet, it has

0:14:46 > 0:14:49north and south poles, and the solar wind is affected by the

0:14:49 > 0:14:51magnetic field of the Earth. When the sun goes absolutely crazy and

0:14:52 > 0:14:55throws out a whole load of charged particles, then they get attracted

0:14:55 > 0:14:58to the poles and spread south. That's why we're now getting to see

0:14:58 > 0:15:03it in Northern England, because the sun's ramping up to its most active

0:15:03 > 0:15:13phase. It's all good news for Reed Ingram Weir, who last year began

0:15:13 > 0:15:14

0:15:14 > 0:15:19chasing the Aurora. So far, his So, every day he scans the internet

0:15:19 > 0:15:23to find out if it's going to happen again. My first port of call is

0:15:24 > 0:15:27Space Weather. Spaceweather.com. Sometimes there will be a headline

0:15:27 > 0:15:33like, if there's been a solar flare, something to cause the radiation to

0:15:33 > 0:15:39come to Earth. A reason for it to be here. It's not rocket science,

0:15:39 > 0:15:43it really isn't. All you need to do is watch for when the sun's active,

0:15:43 > 0:15:47if it is releasing a flare. That energy will take about two days to

0:15:47 > 0:15:50get to the Earth. So you've got two days to make your plans for where

0:15:51 > 0:15:53you're going to go. Then we've got to hope that there's going to be a

0:15:54 > 0:15:59clear sky, get away from the city lights, keep your fingers crossed

0:15:59 > 0:16:02and keep looking up. This image from the International Space

0:16:03 > 0:16:06Station, we can see the Northern Lights. Gary wants to give everyone

0:16:06 > 0:16:12the chance to see the Northern Lights. And his sessions at Kielder

0:16:12 > 0:16:16Observatory are usually jam packed. For me it is just the beauty and

0:16:16 > 0:16:21the colours that nature can produce. I think there is a magical feel

0:16:21 > 0:16:25about them. Rather than looking at stars in the distance, they are

0:16:25 > 0:16:33close to that and they belong to that in some respects. Amazing,

0:16:33 > 0:16:41aren't they? I do not decides. That but they are just magical. -- I do

0:16:41 > 0:16:48not do sides. People love the behaviour of BSkyB in the way they

0:16:48 > 0:16:53have not seen before. -- BSkyB's. It is a most beautiful and profound

0:16:53 > 0:16:59way of seeing the northern light. Hopefully, the information that we

0:16:59 > 0:17:09give people, we will have a basic rules and guarantee people saying

0:17:09 > 0:17:11

0:17:11 > 0:17:15that from the North East. In the Two days later, here on at and the

0:17:15 > 0:17:19solar wind has been travelling towards earth and it looks like it

0:17:19 > 0:17:23might have hit. We have seen on a Twitter somebody on Scotland might

0:17:23 > 0:17:28have seen the light and we are coming to Northumberland as fast as

0:17:28 > 0:17:32we can to see if we can. We have got loads of messages on Twitter

0:17:32 > 0:17:36and I loved the way that as soon as you mentioned that you are in with

0:17:36 > 0:17:41a chance of seeing the northern lights, Twitter goes mad. Everybody

0:17:41 > 0:17:46is absolutely obsessed with the idea of spotting them. It's a been

0:17:46 > 0:17:49a long night and all the camera picks up is a tiny green glow. The

0:17:49 > 0:17:57next night, Reed gives it another crack. I can't make it. I'm

0:17:57 > 0:18:02absolutely gutted! It is quite exciting because it is a very

0:18:02 > 0:18:07bright light up above and when the cloud comes up in front, we can

0:18:07 > 0:18:13make out the Northern Lights. It is coming out and seeing it from the

0:18:13 > 0:18:16car. I pulled out and shot out from the road and I saw the cars driving

0:18:16 > 0:18:22past and the light coming from here and I saw that in the distance and

0:18:22 > 0:18:26I am happy with the shot. It has gone a bit dim and dulled down. But

0:18:26 > 0:18:36that does not mean that it has gone for the night. It is probably

0:18:36 > 0:18:38

0:18:38 > 0:18:45warming-up. And he calls it just right. The sky exploded. I can see

0:18:45 > 0:18:50it fizzle in a way with vertical lines. Suddenly he is at the centre

0:18:50 > 0:18:54of a national news story. Hundreds of people reported seeing the Arora

0:18:54 > 0:18:58and last night experts said conditions are good again.

0:18:58 > 0:19:03beautiful sunset in Northumberland. It is great to see it again and on

0:19:03 > 0:19:08Saturday as well. We got a bit of warning last night and I headed

0:19:08 > 0:19:14straight here as fast as I could. That is exciting and the best thing

0:19:14 > 0:19:21ever. Have you seen that? I have seen better grass! You have seen

0:19:21 > 0:19:27photographs?! Well done. And for now that's all I've seen, but then

0:19:27 > 0:19:33chances are this year, there's plenty more where that came from.

0:19:33 > 0:19:37He is a lucky man. I love photography and photographing the

0:19:37 > 0:19:42light and I will keep on doing that until I get the energy that I want.

0:19:42 > 0:19:52I want to capture that moment and be there at the right time and

0:19:52 > 0:20:03

0:20:03 > 0:20:11You may remember that last year on Inside Out, we started a special

0:20:11 > 0:20:16series following seven jobless people as they looked for work.

0:20:16 > 0:20:25Almost one in eight of us are out of work. But we have got jobs going

0:20:25 > 0:20:30it only we can find the right people forced I am nervous. I am

0:20:30 > 0:20:39shaking. She has not worked for nine years. I have got money in the

0:20:39 > 0:20:48bank. In one hour, she has got a job interview. I am nervous about

0:20:48 > 0:20:52this one. I hope my mum gets this job because she has been really

0:20:52 > 0:21:01wanting a job ever since she has had made. I think she should get a

0:21:01 > 0:21:04job. Get the job. I will try. vacancy is for a care assistant

0:21:04 > 0:21:06working with the elderly. It's a specialist role for which Sharon, a

0:21:06 > 0:21:12former bar-maid and waitress, has no experience. She's had to spend

0:21:12 > 0:21:21many months on courses to give herself the best chance of success.

0:21:21 > 0:21:24Sharon? Come through, please. new skills at a private training

0:21:24 > 0:21:29company based in Ashington. course is that we do are designed

0:21:29 > 0:21:33to get people back into employment as quickly as possible. We look at

0:21:33 > 0:21:38the care sector. One of the highest employment rates in the area.

0:21:39 > 0:21:44Clients can come along and in eight weeks a game to qualifications. We

0:21:44 > 0:21:47have had people doing care courses that are plumbers and bar staff.

0:21:47 > 0:21:51And down the road on Tyneside, here's another woman hoping to get

0:21:51 > 0:21:54new skills to get her back to work. Angela was living the dream in

0:21:54 > 0:22:01Spain, but she's returned to the North East after the break-down of

0:22:01 > 0:22:06her marriage. I came back full time in November. I thought it would be

0:22:06 > 0:22:09easy and it was not. I have struggled and I have got a few

0:22:09 > 0:22:14hurdles with confidence and now I am where I want to be with

0:22:14 > 0:22:17confidence. But it is just the job and the trading holding me back.

0:22:17 > 0:22:19Angela is looking for work on an oil rig. She's hoping that training

0:22:19 > 0:22:29here will open doors in what is traditionally a male-dominated

0:22:29 > 0:22:33

0:22:33 > 0:22:37industry. If I can get training and something at the end of that, that

0:22:37 > 0:22:42will be great. It has been a long journey and it has been like a leap

0:22:42 > 0:22:48of faith. I want to do, as people call it, the man's side of things.

0:22:48 > 0:22:51Why what's to be the first female that people know locally or in the

0:22:51 > 0:22:56north east that starts that ladder. Angela's fate depends on her

0:22:56 > 0:22:59ability to acquire new skills. And for many of the 140,000 out of work

0:22:59 > 0:23:02in the North East, re-training is key if they're to find a job.

0:23:02 > 0:23:05Believe it or not, there are thousands of jobs across the North

0:23:05 > 0:23:14going begging. That's because there are just not enough of us with the

0:23:14 > 0:23:16right skills to fill the vacancies. It's called the Skills Gap. The

0:23:17 > 0:23:21North Tyneside company SMD, makes remotely operated machines for

0:23:21 > 0:23:26working deep underwater. Its situation is typical. We had

0:23:26 > 0:23:31absolutely got a skill shortage in the north east. We have gone from

0:23:31 > 0:23:35100 employees up to 400. We have recruited from an existing pool of

0:23:35 > 0:23:40engineers but we are struggling and we are going to jobs fairs here and

0:23:40 > 0:23:45abroad to get more people into the region. In the next couple of years,

0:23:45 > 0:23:49it will affect growth within the region. I would like to see the

0:23:49 > 0:23:53jobs grow here. We have got infrastructure and beepers devotees

0:23:53 > 0:23:57but it is frustrating that we cannot get the skills we need to

0:23:57 > 0:23:59match the requirement in the environment. SMD is just one of

0:23:59 > 0:24:06many in the offshore sector struggling to find skilled workers

0:24:06 > 0:24:10Which makes Angela's chances of finding work good. Angela is a

0:24:10 > 0:24:16prime example. Very few women applied for manufacturing jobs and

0:24:16 > 0:24:21we have not got enough women working of shock. Women offer a

0:24:21 > 0:24:25fantastic opportunity to fill these gaps. -- offshore. And it means

0:24:25 > 0:24:30business is booming for this training company on North Tyneside.

0:24:30 > 0:24:36If he wants to work, the work is out there. Providing people want to

0:24:36 > 0:24:44work, we have got an absolute mountain of work. That includes

0:24:45 > 0:24:48jobs created by giant new wind farms in the North Sea. Just last

0:24:48 > 0:24:51week, it was announced 800 new posts might be coming to this site

0:24:51 > 0:24:55in Hartlepool, making wind turbines. We have got plenty of courses and

0:24:55 > 0:25:00opportunities to learn skills in an industry growing rapidly and there

0:25:00 > 0:25:07is a shortage. In the next five-10 years, I think it will get worse

0:25:07 > 0:25:17and we will meet more people in the industry. Sharon has done her first

0:25:17 > 0:25:20interview in Ashington. I hope I The print sector has shrunk

0:25:20 > 0:25:22massively in the North in the last 15 years. Here, they are

0:25:22 > 0:25:31experiencing problems with recruitment for very different

0:25:31 > 0:25:35reasons. We are finding shortages at the front end, customer service,

0:25:35 > 0:25:38sales and marketing. The only way we can draw the business is by

0:25:38 > 0:25:43drawing on the young people and training them with the necessary

0:25:43 > 0:25:46skills. What we find is that it is easier to recruit in London because

0:25:46 > 0:25:51we have got a hotbed of companies doing business in London where the

0:25:51 > 0:25:54major retailers are settled. It is harder in the north east. Mark's

0:25:54 > 0:26:02company prints in-store advertising displays and it's thriving. So much

0:26:02 > 0:26:08so that he's taking on more staff. But can he fill all the positions?

0:26:08 > 0:26:12We have got eight vacancies we are advertising for. Certain positions

0:26:12 > 0:26:16will be easier to fill. Digital printing might be a bit more

0:26:16 > 0:26:19problematic. It's amazing to think that with unemployment now at 12%,

0:26:19 > 0:26:26in the region, there are thousands of jobs being left unfilled, here

0:26:26 > 0:26:31in the North. We are in a deep recession and we have got high

0:26:31 > 0:26:34unemployment figures. The people unemployed are not necessarily in

0:26:34 > 0:26:38the manufacturing sector or with the skills that we need and we need

0:26:38 > 0:26:46to steal them up and we need people to work with asked to deliver the

0:26:46 > 0:26:51right skills. And further education helped another of our job hunters

0:26:51 > 0:26:55find work in Cumbria. I cannot find one full-time job but I have got

0:26:55 > 0:27:00three part-time jobs. It is a bit crazy but actually it works out the

0:27:00 > 0:27:03same house, five days per week. of those jobs is in textile design

0:27:03 > 0:27:10perfect for a woman who spent many years acquiring the right skills at

0:27:10 > 0:27:14university. It's like a dream job almost because I am doing something

0:27:14 > 0:27:24I have been training for for five years. I was lucky to even get an

0:27:24 > 0:27:24

0:27:24 > 0:27:28interview. To walk out with the job was immense. Amanda's story is more

0:27:28 > 0:27:34proof that education is the key to finding work. There has been a

0:27:34 > 0:27:39decision on the care assistant's job. I got the call. I heard,

0:27:39 > 0:27:46Sharon, you might get the job. I said, be? You are joking, aren't

0:27:46 > 0:27:51you? They said, no, Sharon. Oh, get in! I am really, really, really

0:27:51 > 0:27:53pleased. Sharon is one of the first employees at a brand new company.

0:27:53 > 0:28:00She's now undergoing further training and expects to start work

0:28:00 > 0:28:03in a few weeks. Sharon and Amanda's success means that FOUR of our

0:28:03 > 0:28:06group of seven job-hunters have found work since we first started

0:28:06 > 0:28:16following them last Summer. We'll let you know how ALL of them are

0:28:16 > 0:28:18

0:28:18 > 0:28:26That is it for tonight. If you would like to catch the northern

0:28:26 > 0:28:32lights, we have got top tips on how to improve your chances online.
