0:00:07 > 0:00:11Welcome to the programme. This week, we sent a millionaire businessman

0:00:11 > 0:00:17to find out the value of a university degree in the current

0:00:17 > 0:00:23economic climate. Terry George are left school with no qualifications

0:00:23 > 0:00:28asks a group of students what they all think? And I can tell you, my

0:00:28 > 0:00:38neighbours and I never thought about going to university. Also

0:00:38 > 0:00:41

0:00:41 > 0:00:48tonight, beat the fees. Financial - - a financial guru has advice and

0:00:48 > 0:00:53how to beat the fees. You can end up not having to pay back a penny.

0:00:53 > 0:01:03And campaign for people that like food, in the age of austerity,

0:01:03 > 0:01:12

0:01:12 > 0:01:17campsite cooking and a gourmet Terry George is a millionaire

0:01:17 > 0:01:22businessman who is living the dream. A swimming pool, a mansion, a

0:01:22 > 0:01:27fantastic lifestyle. He achieved all of this despite leaving school

0:01:27 > 0:01:32at 16 without any qualifications. What does he think is the value of

0:01:32 > 0:01:37a university education in this day and age? Hallow, guys, just

0:01:37 > 0:01:42checking out what is going on. is student night at one of my

0:01:42 > 0:01:49venues and it's going to be packed. Can we push them to the other side?

0:01:49 > 0:01:57And made my money out of property, telecoms, bars and clubs. What time

0:01:57 > 0:02:02to reopen until tonight? 6 A I am. These students are my customers,

0:02:02 > 0:02:06there are over a 1,000 people here, and I am the only one that has not

0:02:06 > 0:02:11been to university. It might not look like it, but being a student

0:02:11 > 0:02:17is not just about having a good time. Most of the students are

0:02:17 > 0:02:22hoping to get good jobs. It was different for me when I this

0:02:22 > 0:02:27growing up in Leeds. I got nothing from education. I have never pass

0:02:27 > 0:02:32an exam in my life, apart from my driving test. It is unusual coming

0:02:32 > 0:02:36back to my street where I grew wop. All of the neighbours, I can tell

0:02:36 > 0:02:40you that none of them, including myself, thought about going to

0:02:40 > 0:02:48university. We were thinking about paying higher bills, keeping the

0:02:48 > 0:02:52electricity on, paying for food. It is so different these days. This is

0:02:52 > 0:02:57my old house. Sometimes my parents struggled to feed us. When times

0:02:57 > 0:03:01were tough, we did the best we could. Just down the road, I went

0:03:01 > 0:03:06to school. It has been pulled down now. I spent most of my time here

0:03:06 > 0:03:11at the back of the class until I was old enough to go. I left at 16

0:03:11 > 0:03:17with no qualifications. I thought it was time to go into the big bad

0:03:17 > 0:03:22world and make some money. These days, some students seem to spend

0:03:22 > 0:03:26as much time protesting about money as they do studying. University is

0:03:26 > 0:03:31getting more and more expensive. Students will have to pay tuition

0:03:31 > 0:03:40fees of up to 9,000 a year. Some people are wandering is it still

0:03:40 > 0:03:46worth going to university? -- wanderings. This is Savell Sol, it

0:03:46 > 0:03:50used to be a mining town, but the pits closed many years ago. Like me,

0:03:50 > 0:03:55lots of the kids here never thought about going to university. I am

0:03:55 > 0:03:58meeting some sixth-formers from a local school and I want to know how

0:03:58 > 0:04:06they feel about getting a degree. And many have you had your parents

0:04:06 > 0:04:11could University? These parents do not want to following their parents

0:04:11 > 0:04:15footsteps. -- the students. mother works hard in a factory, but

0:04:15 > 0:04:20I don't think that she gets the rewards that she wants. I want

0:04:20 > 0:04:25those rewards. I feel sorry for people that cannot get any higher.

0:04:26 > 0:04:27They have to work as a factory workers for the rest of their lives.

0:04:27 > 0:04:31Some people leave college and university because they think

0:04:31 > 0:04:35getting a factory job is better because you get money straight away,

0:04:35 > 0:04:40but nobody will want to stay in a factory for the rest of your life.

0:04:40 > 0:04:44You want a good university to do something good. My parents would

0:04:44 > 0:04:49have wanted to do something else. With the university fees put you

0:04:49 > 0:04:55off? Do you have plans to get around that? I have to consider it,

0:04:55 > 0:05:01because my cause is seven years, and it reaches 150,000. What do

0:05:01 > 0:05:05you want to do? I want to be an actor. Nowadays, nearly half of all

0:05:05 > 0:05:11teenagers good university. I spent my life wondering what would happen

0:05:11 > 0:05:15if I had gone? A lot of people say, why go to university, you were very

0:05:15 > 0:05:21successful. That is true, but died surrounded myself with people that

0:05:21 > 0:05:25had been to university, people with degrees. -- eyes surrounded myself.

0:05:25 > 0:05:30But universities are not everything. Some people opt out of student life

0:05:30 > 0:05:34and go straight to work. I have come to a law firm in Leeds to meet

0:05:34 > 0:05:42some people that it realise you do not have to be a graduate to get a

0:05:42 > 0:05:47job peer. This law firm takes on school leavers as apprentices.

0:05:47 > 0:05:51not guaranteed a job after university, but after an

0:05:51 > 0:05:55apprenticeship I am guaranteed a job. It looked like you were going

0:05:55 > 0:06:01to good university be changed to a mind at the last minute, jazzman?

0:06:01 > 0:06:05This was not the first opportunity, if university was freed or heavily

0:06:05 > 0:06:11subsidised, I would have gone straight to university. But you

0:06:11 > 0:06:16have to get up and dress smart and good to work, whereas your friends

0:06:17 > 0:06:21can wear what they want and they go to university. How do you feel?

0:06:21 > 0:06:27feel different when I get my pay cheque on the 20th of the month and

0:06:27 > 0:06:32they have to pay their student loan. Universities are big business. They

0:06:32 > 0:06:36say they are offering customers and attract a product. The main thing

0:06:36 > 0:06:42they get when they come to university is alive opportunity.

0:06:42 > 0:06:47This is a complete the life changing events. You leave here

0:06:47 > 0:06:50with a fantastic skill set and you will end up in a job, hopefully,

0:06:50 > 0:06:55three will enjoy yourself for the rest of your life, and would

0:06:55 > 0:07:00probably be paid more as well. Student fees are going up, but the

0:07:00 > 0:07:06vice chancellor doesn't do too badly. Last year he earned a salary

0:07:06 > 0:07:11and benefits of 319,000. Nationally, I run the second

0:07:11 > 0:07:18biggest university in the country. I think I received the 20th highest

0:07:18 > 0:07:22salary. So, I have had no, at my own volition, I have had no pay

0:07:22 > 0:07:26increase for the last three years. So you have paid your money, you

0:07:26 > 0:07:33have your degree, you would expect to walk into a good job. But we

0:07:33 > 0:07:37you? Paula Nice and Hannah Dickinson got good degrees from

0:07:37 > 0:07:42Leeds University. Paula got a first and Hannah got a 2.1, but they

0:07:42 > 0:07:49cannot find a good job. We have to dramatically lower expectations and

0:07:49 > 0:07:53I signed up with a job based in see recently and said I was hoping for

0:07:53 > 0:07:5715,000 up. -- a job agency recently. They said that people

0:07:57 > 0:08:02with more experience than me are looking for more than that, and

0:08:02 > 0:08:06that is fine, I'm not driven by money. It is just not me what we

0:08:06 > 0:08:12expected. I am shocked, because I hear stories of people that a

0:08:12 > 0:08:21graduated expecting to get 22,000, that is not what you're telling me.

0:08:21 > 0:08:24I do not know where them jobs are! Be teenagers have high hopes. --

0:08:24 > 0:08:32the teenagers. We're at Leeds Metropolitan University to have a

0:08:32 > 0:08:36look around. I have got involved at Leeds Metropolitan University with

0:08:36 > 0:08:41schoolkids from all backgrounds, because we want them to think about

0:08:41 > 0:08:46going to university. I spoke to the student union president. The new

0:08:46 > 0:08:50generation will have to pay fees, would that put you off? It would be

0:08:50 > 0:08:54something I would consider, but I do not think it should put you off,

0:08:54 > 0:08:58because coming to university, you will learn something priceless.

0:08:58 > 0:09:01Even if it is 20 grand a year, I'd still do it, just with the

0:09:01 > 0:09:06experience of meeting different people, understanding different

0:09:06 > 0:09:11cultures, learning will you are. That is something that is really

0:09:11 > 0:09:16important overall of the fees. taking be teenagers around my home.

0:09:16 > 0:09:22This is what I have worked for. 30 years ago, I never dreamt I would

0:09:22 > 0:09:29live somewhere like this. Did you bring a swimming costume?

0:09:29 > 0:09:35You're not skinny dipping! My Won Joon to go to university, do very

0:09:35 > 0:09:41well and, to buy this house from me. -- I wanted to go to university. As

0:09:41 > 0:09:44anyone had a change of heart? Who still wants to go to university?

0:09:44 > 0:09:49don't want to be a teacher any more, because I will not earn enough, I

0:09:49 > 0:09:55could not build a life like this. As this puts you off? It has put me

0:09:55 > 0:09:58off, I will do something else. sure all of these kids will have a

0:09:58 > 0:10:02brighter future, one of them is unsure about university, but all of

0:10:02 > 0:10:06the rest of them are going ahead and I agree with them.

0:10:06 > 0:10:10I have learned that university is not for everyone, and yes, the

0:10:10 > 0:10:14university fees are going up, but you cannot put a price on education.

0:10:14 > 0:10:18There is more to it than just the university fees, there is the

0:10:18 > 0:10:23aspect of meeting new people, the opportunity to open new doors.

0:10:23 > 0:10:33Despite my success, looking back, I would definitely have gone to

0:10:33 > 0:10:34

0:10:34 > 0:10:44Coming up on Inside Out, gourmet camping. We meet the man putting

0:10:44 > 0:10:48

0:10:48 > 0:10:50the glamour into cooking under A survey commissioned by BBC

0:10:50 > 0:10:55insiders suggest that the vast majority of A-level students have

0:10:55 > 0:10:58not been put off the idea of going to university by next year's hike

0:10:58 > 0:11:03in tuition fees. Some are considering going abroad as a

0:11:03 > 0:11:10cheaper option. We ask a financial guru to see if there is a way to

0:11:10 > 0:11:15beat the fees. Young, confused and afraid. This is

0:11:15 > 0:11:25what thousands of teenagers across England field. A lifetime on the

0:11:25 > 0:11:26

0:11:26 > 0:11:30run. What is chasing them? Student debt. But is it really going to be

0:11:30 > 0:11:35the horror movie that we have been led to believe? Whether to think

0:11:35 > 0:11:39next year's hake in fees is fair enough, it is happening. Young

0:11:39 > 0:11:44people in need to know the facts. I am going to show you what a degree

0:11:44 > 0:11:49can really cost, and how you can avoid those fees altogether. Next

0:11:49 > 0:11:55year, English universities will charge up to 9,000 paired here,

0:11:55 > 0:12:00with living costs on top, graduates can face debts of up to 50,000.

0:12:00 > 0:12:05How much will be actually end up paying back? I have come to meet

0:12:05 > 0:12:09some sixth formers in Birmingham to show them. I think the number will

0:12:09 > 0:12:13shock them. I think that earning interest over such a long time as

0:12:13 > 0:12:18you are paying back that don't really is a number that most people

0:12:18 > 0:12:23do not think about. Let's imagine that you graduate from university

0:12:23 > 0:12:28with first -- with 50,000 in debt. You get a high-paying job like we

0:12:28 > 0:12:34expect to cut you will get. How much of that money do you have to

0:12:34 > 0:12:44pay back? I am not quite sure, but is it all that? You have to pay

0:12:44 > 0:12:54back all of it and more. All, interest. Her interest. -- Cole,

0:12:54 > 0:12:57

0:12:57 > 0:13:04interest. 75,000. Is that just for one person? Is that for an average

0:13:04 > 0:13:08the three-year degree? Yes, if you take out the maximum loan.

0:13:08 > 0:13:14But what if their careers do not go as planned and they never earned

0:13:14 > 0:13:24more than 21,000 pair year? The image you have to pay back is easy

0:13:24 > 0:13:25

0:13:25 > 0:13:30goal. So what is going on? -- the amount you have to pay back a zero.

0:13:30 > 0:13:35The more you earn, the more you pay back. If you never earned more than

0:13:35 > 0:13:40a certain amount, then you never pay back a penny. The new

0:13:40 > 0:13:49independent tax for -- independent task force on student debt is led

0:13:49 > 0:13:53by Martyn Lewis. These fees, compared with the actual cost are a

0:13:53 > 0:13:56very different type of system. Many people will not come close to

0:13:56 > 0:14:01paying in full what they have borrowed. Some will not pay

0:14:01 > 0:14:04anything at all. The bewildering fact that we are putting people off

0:14:04 > 0:14:09pretty -- putting people off going to university because they are

0:14:09 > 0:14:14looking at the price tag is a shocking. Most graduates will face

0:14:14 > 0:14:19of this debt. Is there any way of avoiding the fees? Yes, you can

0:14:19 > 0:14:24study abroad. At the recent student World Fair in London, teenagers

0:14:24 > 0:14:30discovered just how much they can save. I think everyone would rather

0:14:30 > 0:14:37go to university when they are paying 8,000 cheaper. As the fees

0:14:37 > 0:14:40are cheaper, that is more attractive. In fact, dozens of

0:14:40 > 0:14:44universities across Europe are offering courses taught in English.

0:14:44 > 0:14:51The fees differ from country to country, but in Scandinavia,

0:14:51 > 0:14:56tuition is free. In Denmark, we have no tuition fees at all. The

0:14:56 > 0:15:03Danish government fees for Danish students are free, so according to

0:15:03 > 0:15:10EU rules, we must treat other he's you students alike. This girl has

0:15:10 > 0:15:16taken the plunge and is off to uni in Slovakia. I have my flight, this

0:15:16 > 0:15:20is my hand luggage. She saved a fortune on living costs, paying

0:15:20 > 0:15:23just 100 per month. What would be the piece of advice

0:15:23 > 0:15:28that he would give to anyone considering doing what you are

0:15:28 > 0:15:34doing? I think if you are even considering it, you should go for

0:15:34 > 0:15:39it. It is worth doing. Does get on a plane. You need to be a but

0:15:39 > 0:15:47praise for the plane journey over, but I have never looked back. --

0:15:47 > 0:15:53you need to be a bit of praise for the plane journey. Time is up. I

0:15:53 > 0:16:00want my money. I want by 50 grand. Studying overseas may be one way to

0:16:00 > 0:16:05avoid the debt. But there are down side. If you study abroad, the

0:16:05 > 0:16:09government here will not give you a loan. Only some of the courses are

0:16:09 > 0:16:14taught in English, and some employers may not recognise foreign

0:16:14 > 0:16:19degrees. So you need to do your homework. Another way of beating

0:16:19 > 0:16:26the fees is to get someone else to pay. But who? London's financial

0:16:26 > 0:16:30heartland is a good place to look. Do not be fooled by the power suits.

0:16:30 > 0:16:38Believe it or not, these youngsters are all freshers. They are being

0:16:38 > 0:16:43sponsored by accountancy giant KPMG. The entire package was a degree, a

0:16:43 > 0:16:48salary, the tuition fees were paid and you where... A job at the end

0:16:48 > 0:16:52and you were held to become a qualified and chartered accountant.

0:16:53 > 0:16:56Did it sound too good to be true? That you suspect a catch some were?

0:16:56 > 0:17:03There was not a cat and I do not think there is a catch. As with

0:17:03 > 0:17:06everything in life, I do not -- you have to work hard. The man who runs

0:17:06 > 0:17:12the programme tells me that KPMG does not offer the stereotypical

0:17:12 > 0:17:17student experience. This is an extremely intensive programme. They

0:17:17 > 0:17:20must walk from us, study for the Digby and attain their chartered

0:17:20 > 0:17:26accountancy qualification in six years. That will acquire hard work

0:17:26 > 0:17:30and that is all you really ask of them. Then there are bursaries.

0:17:30 > 0:17:38Students from low-income families can get money from Derry us sources.

0:17:38 > 0:17:48It is worth recalling the Web. -- it is worth looking on the Web. Is

0:17:48 > 0:17:51there another way of avoiding the debt? You can pay up front. 16 you

0:17:51 > 0:17:57also feel that Adams is try to do just that. As well as studying for

0:17:57 > 0:18:01her A-levels, she sells beauty products on her bedside. I started

0:18:01 > 0:18:06my bed -- started by business because I wanted to save for

0:18:06 > 0:18:10university. My parents said that with the high price of university

0:18:10 > 0:18:14fees, it would be too much for them. And try to avoid getting into debt,

0:18:14 > 0:18:18because I know it takes a long while to get out of debt and I do

0:18:18 > 0:18:24not want to be in that place. Government allows students to pay

0:18:24 > 0:18:27up front, but most will have to to get a loan. One financial expert

0:18:27 > 0:18:33believes that graduates could end up paying back far more than anyone

0:18:33 > 0:18:38has predicted. Financial -- is financial

0:18:38 > 0:18:43journalist is warning students to beware. The problem is that the

0:18:43 > 0:18:47deal is not a deal. There are all of these numbers flying about,

0:18:47 > 0:18:51saying that you will be charged a certain rate of interest on the

0:18:51 > 0:18:55loan and sure payments will start at 21,000. Over that you are

0:18:55 > 0:18:59paying a certain percentage. None of those calamities or in the

0:18:59 > 0:19:04contract that Eastern signs of four. The Government can change those

0:19:04 > 0:19:09numbers as it wants to in five years' time, ten years' time or 30

0:19:09 > 0:19:15years' time. Students could end up paying a lot more. Any big changes

0:19:15 > 0:19:18would have to be approved by Parliament. Like many Americans, I

0:19:18 > 0:19:23graduated with the equivalent of tens of thousands of pounds worth

0:19:23 > 0:19:33of debt. It was daunting. If you know the facts, student debt does

0:19:33 > 0:19:38

0:19:38 > 0:19:43not have to be scary. I confronted it, and so can you.

0:19:43 > 0:19:47It may not be everyone's idea of fun, but spending holidays under

0:19:47 > 0:19:50canvas can -- is becoming increasingly popular, especially in

0:19:50 > 0:19:54these cash-strapped times. The only problem with camping in this

0:19:54 > 0:19:58country, other than the weather, is the food. If you do not like

0:19:58 > 0:20:08banners and beans, be have been to meet someone who might be able to

0:20:08 > 0:20:08

0:20:08 > 0:20:12help. -- bangers and beans. We have come to the campsite at had

0:20:12 > 0:20:20his farm in Robin Hood Bay near Whitby, I could win one of the most

0:20:20 > 0:20:23spectacular locations you will find anywhere. What is great about

0:20:24 > 0:20:31camping at the site and the smells and the fact that you are that much

0:20:31 > 0:20:36closer to nature. What is not always so good is the food. Entered

0:20:36 > 0:20:42Josh Sutton, also known as the guy rope Gourmet, a man whose passion

0:20:42 > 0:20:45in life is to bring top-quality there may cuisine to the campsite.

0:20:45 > 0:20:50Traditional can save food has always been banners and beans and

0:20:50 > 0:21:00things in towns and processed food. I have been eating that for years.

0:21:00 > 0:21:06I am fed up with it. Good to see you. Good to see you. Shall we get

0:21:06 > 0:21:09the tented? Just spend as many weekends as possible under the

0:21:09 > 0:21:14canvas as possible. He believes that with planning and organisation,

0:21:14 > 0:21:19and gourmet food is within reach. Over the next few days, people put

0:21:19 > 0:21:23that theory to the test. I am trying to encourage people to try

0:21:24 > 0:21:27something a little bit different. I have a website with a collection of

0:21:27 > 0:21:3430 or 40 recipes. Some are simple salads, others are a little more

0:21:34 > 0:21:40complicated. I just want people to try it. I believe there is a guy

0:21:40 > 0:21:45rope gourmet and everyone. Judges providing both the food and the

0:21:45 > 0:21:55entertainment, all with just two gas rings, a couple of pans and the

0:21:55 > 0:21:57

0:21:57 > 0:22:04ukulele. The pilot is cooked! should walk round their tents and

0:22:04 > 0:22:07see what they are eating. Yeah, what I treating? Simple for now,

0:22:07 > 0:22:15but tomorrow we are setting a challenge that will test him to the

0:22:15 > 0:22:20limit. Campaign has been around for years, but as she sticks -- but has

0:22:20 > 0:22:24recently experienced an explosion in popularity. What was once the

0:22:24 > 0:22:29preserve of hardy outdoor types is now a staple of the great British a

0:22:29 > 0:22:31stay-cation. Over a million people went camping last year, and so tend

0:22:32 > 0:22:37technology may have moved on, the cuisine has largely been left

0:22:37 > 0:22:44behind. Day two, and it is a blustery but

0:22:44 > 0:22:48bright day at Robin Hood's Bay. Morning, Jamie. After a breakfast

0:22:48 > 0:22:54of scrambled egg and smoked salmon, it is time to get down to business.

0:22:54 > 0:22:56Today, we are going to be Josh's theory to the test. We will send

0:22:56 > 0:23:01him out to find local ingredients and then knock up a feast that is

0:23:01 > 0:23:04fit for a king. We have given him a limited budget

0:23:04 > 0:23:12and stipulated that everyone must be pot within five miles of the

0:23:12 > 0:23:18campsite. Are you happy with what you are doing? Very much so.

0:23:18 > 0:23:23said the PM then. We have not so when the menu tonight, I'm heading

0:23:23 > 0:23:30out to find a fresh lobster. The tightest has come up, so I am just

0:23:30 > 0:23:35looking for a chat on a boat with fresh lobsters to score overnight.

0:23:35 > 0:23:40Let's have a look at those. I am looking for a nice size lobster,

0:23:40 > 0:23:44bearing in mind the pot I have. That fellow is a contender, and

0:23:44 > 0:23:51that one there. This one looks like a male, with a slightly bigger

0:23:51 > 0:24:00cloth. Well, we have some lovely lobsters and will cut them up with

0:24:00 > 0:24:04some linguini and tomato sauce. -- with a slightly bigger coal.

0:24:04 > 0:24:10We are heading off into Whitby to pick up a couple of scalps, which I

0:24:10 > 0:24:17will take back to the campsite, a rat and a couple of bits of Padgett

0:24:17 > 0:24:20and pop them on a skewer. -- to pick up a couple of scallops.

0:24:20 > 0:24:25We are going to a great little fish shop here on the right hand side,

0:24:25 > 0:24:29it has an amazing window display. He would not want to get your legs

0:24:29 > 0:24:36stuck in there, which you! I am looking for some scallops if they

0:24:36 > 0:24:42have any. I will have half a dozen, please. Meanwhile, back in the

0:24:42 > 0:24:46campsite, I am organising little surprise for Josh. OK, I'll see you

0:24:46 > 0:24:49around three. Bearing in mind that my taste buds are not exactly that

0:24:49 > 0:24:55culture, and decided to bring in a judge who is a little bit more

0:24:55 > 0:25:01discerning. My neighbours rob Green, and die and the National seafood

0:25:01 > 0:25:08chef of the year. I think that seafood should be fresh, locally

0:25:08 > 0:25:11sourced and not messed about with too much. I will be hard but fair.

0:25:12 > 0:25:18Back at the campsite, Josh has started ticking, but the weather

0:25:18 > 0:25:21has taken a turn for the worst. classic camping fashion, be have

0:25:21 > 0:25:26added dramatic weather changed. The heavens are about to open up on us.

0:25:26 > 0:25:31It is time to say goodbye to these boys. They are still alive and

0:25:31 > 0:25:35kicking. Beautiful chaps, these two losses are going to feed three of

0:25:35 > 0:25:39us. And like to say thanks to the losses for giving up their lives,

0:25:39 > 0:25:46and damned which goal and dispatch them. But then, the when -- the

0:25:46 > 0:25:51weather went from bad to ridiculous. Is that normal, Josh? Know, that is

0:25:51 > 0:25:55not normal. We have a slight problem with the wind at the moment.

0:25:55 > 0:25:58It is knocking the tent absolutely flat. Take a look over there, you

0:25:58 > 0:26:05might be able to see a huge crate back of rain which is coming

0:26:05 > 0:26:08straight for us. Will you be able to carry on cooking? I will move

0:26:08 > 0:26:16into the 10th, when I am out of the wind it will not pull the flames

0:26:16 > 0:26:22out. -- into the tent. Joshua Lumley has around 30 minutes before

0:26:22 > 0:26:28a judge is due to live -- due to arrive. Well and truly cooked

0:26:28 > 0:26:38delicious. That is little later as onions, garlic and sacks or take

0:26:38 > 0:26:40

0:26:40 > 0:26:44large plum tomatoes. These, just boiled in sea water for 15 minutes.

0:26:44 > 0:26:53At 3pm, Rob Green arrives at the campsite, despite the appalling

0:26:53 > 0:26:57conditions earlier, Josh is ready to serve up. We have a starter of

0:26:57 > 0:27:07school wrapped in an Cheka. Add a little of linguini with lobster and

0:27:07 > 0:27:08

0:27:08 > 0:27:17tomato sauce. Excellent. I hope you enjoy it. Could to perfection,

0:27:17 > 0:27:21lovely. Abul tried the lot lop -- I will try the lobster. I can still

0:27:21 > 0:27:26pays the lobster through the source. There are some really nice, and

0:27:26 > 0:27:30zany and lemon going on there as well. A simple dish, but absolutely

0:27:30 > 0:27:38Fabulous. If I was camping and I was served this it would be over

0:27:38 > 0:27:42the moon. These are restaurant quality dishes. An absolute genius

0:27:42 > 0:27:47on the camping equipment that we have there. He will have to excuse

0:27:47 > 0:27:51me, I am good to have another that. How do you feel? You have been

0:27:51 > 0:27:57given the thumbs-up by the seafood chef of the year. I cannot get over

0:27:57 > 0:28:00it. There was a couple of bits of lemon zest in there, a couple of

0:28:00 > 0:28:07the simple things like that. I cannot believe it, I feel like

0:28:07 > 0:28:11going off and doing little dance. There you go, camping cuisine par

0:28:11 > 0:28:18excellence. The best use is, there has only around the hours until

0:28:18 > 0:28:23dinner. If you want to contact us, you can
