:00:13. > :00:20.tack this is outside source. Let's look at some of the main stories.

:00:21. > :00:29.reached the number of delegates she required for the party donation but

:00:30. > :00:34.both she and Bernie Sandra say the race isn't over. Bombing taken perky

:00:35. > :00:39.-- Turkey give Kills 11 Biba. It's the latest in a string of attacks

:00:40. > :00:42.this year. Some new migrants and refugees in Norway are being sent to

:00:43. > :00:50.invention classes. James Longman went along to one, will play his

:00:51. > :00:54.report. And Eva Carneiro has settled her dismissal claim against the club

:00:55. > :00:56.but we don't offer how much was that she did reject a $1.7 million

:00:57. > :01:13.settlement earlier in the week. As we spoke about earlier come

:01:14. > :01:16.Hillary Clinton's place as the Democratic

:01:17. > :01:33.nominee is looking all but certain. We've been looking at what under

:01:34. > :01:35.English that other indicators that could be. One minute Clinton is

:01:36. > :01:49.ahead, next is Donald Trump. Either any other ways we can get who

:01:50. > :01:53.will win? We use things like a house price growth and gas price growth

:01:54. > :01:58.and their staff to school, they're more likely to vote for the

:01:59. > :02:02.incumbent party. In this model has got the winner right every year

:02:03. > :02:05.since it was created in 1980s what they think will happen this year?

:02:06. > :02:14.Democratic candidate should win with about 332 votes. Wait, not everyone

:02:15. > :02:18.thinks her -- eloquent and will win. I'll cover is going to win. How you

:02:19. > :02:24.doing one type of election ought to be addictive of how you doing

:02:25. > :02:27.another. There is distinct pattern and it is the party did not know the

:02:28. > :02:31.candidate who does better in the primaries wins the general election.

:02:32. > :02:35.Is it because Donald Trump beat Tescos by a much larger margin than

:02:36. > :02:42.eloquent and has over Bernie Sanders that he thinks this years for

:02:43. > :02:44.Donald. Thank you. What about putting signs to one side and

:02:45. > :02:50.looking at some other theories people use? Like this one. If you

:02:51. > :02:54.have a surname ending with the letter and your pretty good chance

:02:55. > :02:57.of becoming president, but by that measure Hillary Clinton looks

:02:58. > :03:00.certain to be in the White House. But then the Olympic Games theory,

:03:01. > :03:04.waiver countries hoping the struggles in the Olympics for the

:03:05. > :03:09.first time ever, the party in power loses office. This's first hosting

:03:10. > :03:14.the games, so by that measure it means the Democrats will be out,

:03:15. > :03:18.Donald Trump would be in. Two predictions College Fortran, two for

:03:19. > :03:22.the Democrats. Let's look one more, which has got it right from more

:03:23. > :03:28.than three decades. I developed a model with 13 key questions, to a

:03:29. > :03:32.false questions, that can be answered before an election but

:03:33. > :03:35.primarily indicate whether or not that performance has been good

:03:36. > :03:39.enough to give the party in power another four years. His questions

:03:40. > :03:42.look at everything from whether the party in power has done well on

:03:43. > :03:48.foreign policy in the mid-term election and if there had to have

:03:49. > :03:53.enough charisma. If six or more of the keys or false, the party in

:03:54. > :03:59.power loses. If fewer than six are false, the party in power wins.

:04:00. > :04:03.Where does that leave us? I model is still uncertain committees looking

:04:04. > :04:06.grim for the Democrats. And for anyone who wants a definitive answer

:04:07. > :04:10.as to who will be in the White House in November. These models have got

:04:11. > :04:16.it right for decades. But even they cannot agree.

:04:17. > :04:20.In Bangladesh, 70 old Hindu priest has been brutally killed.

:04:21. > :04:22.Ananda Gopal Ganguly's body was found near his home

:04:23. > :04:26.This is thought to be the latest attack by Islamist militants,

:04:27. > :04:27.who have targeted Hindus, Christians, secular bloggers,

:04:28. > :04:35.homosexuals, westerners and other minority figures.

:04:36. > :04:45.Akbar Hussain has more from the car. 70-year-old came out of his home

:04:46. > :04:49.riding a bicycle. Eyewitnesses say a group of three men attacked him in

:04:50. > :04:53.the middle of the road in the village. The police said he was

:04:54. > :04:56.targeted because of his faith. The Government has been a beastly

:04:57. > :05:00.criticised for not doing enough to stop such killings. Different human

:05:01. > :05:03.rights groups say that and at least 40 people have been killed in the

:05:04. > :05:07.last two years by suspected Islamist militants but no one has been

:05:08. > :05:10.punished for that. Many people are raising questions whether the

:05:11. > :05:15.Government is committed to track down attackers or not. The so-called

:05:16. > :05:18.Islamic State claimed there was both 30 Hindu priest killing. The same

:05:19. > :05:22.group also claimed responsibility for some other killings as well, but

:05:23. > :05:27.the Government always denied the presence of Islamic State in

:05:28. > :05:31.country. Three suspected militants have been shot dead by police on

:05:32. > :05:40.Tuesday morning. Police say they were high-ranking members of the man

:05:41. > :05:44.-- of an Islamist militant group. Our South Asia regional editor told

:05:45. > :05:47.meanwhile about how this attack on the priest connects to other

:05:48. > :05:51.killings that have been happening in Bangladesh. There has been a series

:05:52. > :05:57.of attacks, there are certain elements that seem to be common and

:05:58. > :06:00.fit the pattern. It seemed to be well planned and Courtney 's come

:06:01. > :06:04.was going to pair with three men stopped and shot him and then almost

:06:05. > :06:09.beheaded him. Particularly violent is another aspect of these cases.

:06:10. > :06:12.And the fact he seemed to be targeted killing involving someone

:06:13. > :06:16.part of the religious minority, Hindu priest. It is possible it

:06:17. > :06:20.could be something like a copycat killing because all of these are

:06:21. > :06:23.being widely reported, it could be a personal grudge. Most people are

:06:24. > :06:27.looking at it and thinking it feels like it the pattern of killings,

:06:28. > :06:30.which people are blaming some sort of Islamic Islamist group or groups

:06:31. > :06:36.and many want is Bangladesh becoming more intolerant and extremist? What

:06:37. > :06:41.is the Government doing? Lots of people wonder that as well and it's

:06:42. > :06:43.been debated just now. The so-called Islamic State has said it carried

:06:44. > :06:47.out this particular killing and has also claimed some of the others but

:06:48. > :06:52.the Government is saying it rejects that and think they do not accept

:06:53. > :06:57.there is an international terrorist network operating in Bangladesh so

:06:58. > :07:02.they're trying hard to pin the blame on opposition politicians and

:07:03. > :07:05.Islamic links to the opposition. That seems to be backfiring, it is

:07:06. > :07:10.basically focusing much more domestic politics than coming up

:07:11. > :07:14.with good strategies to tackle this difficult situation with violence.

:07:15. > :07:18.Lots of people in Bangladesh say you are not being effective in stopping

:07:19. > :07:21.these. Briefly, the moderate majority, what is their reaction

:07:22. > :07:24.every time something terrible happens? People are extremely

:07:25. > :07:30.concerned and it's important to bear in mind that obviously Bangladesh is

:07:31. > :07:34.a majority Muslim society and these sorts of killings targeting ethnic

:07:35. > :07:39.minorities and religious minorities are unprecedented, so people are

:07:40. > :07:42.extremely concerned, wondering why it is happening and calling on the

:07:43. > :07:55.Government to do something about it to ensure prosecutions and stop it.

:07:56. > :07:58.Chelsea Football Club has last apologised

:07:59. > :08:01.a discrimination case with the team's former

:08:02. > :08:05.It follows an incident last August when Ms Carneiro ran on to the pitch

:08:06. > :08:07.to treat a player despite objections from the club's manager,

:08:08. > :08:10.Today Chelsea accepted she was "fulfilling her

:08:11. > :08:12.responsibility to the players as a doctor".

:08:13. > :08:18.Richard Conway has the story. Today was supposed to be her big moment in

:08:19. > :08:23.court. When Jose Mourinho, the most famous manager in world football,

:08:24. > :08:25.arrived unexpectedly, accompanied by senior figures from Chelsea, it was

:08:26. > :08:32.a signal that a settlement agreement was close to being reached. The root

:08:33. > :08:37.of the disputes them back to last August, the opening fixture of the

:08:38. > :08:41.season against Swansea. Mourinho was incensed when Doctor Carneiro ran

:08:42. > :08:46.onto the pitch to treat an injured player, leaving his team a man down

:08:47. > :08:49.as it is to winning goal. She claims he called at Robert returning

:08:50. > :08:56.Portuguese, something which Mourinho and Chelsea deny. After the game he

:08:57. > :08:59.called his medical team impulsive, naive, said didn't understand

:09:00. > :09:04.football. Within weeks she had resigned and started her employment

:09:05. > :09:06.and discrimination action. Today the club apologised unreservedly. In a

:09:07. > :09:33.statement Chelsea said: Chelsea offers doctor Carneiro ?1.2

:09:34. > :09:36.million to settle this claim, but it was rejected. On the opening day of

:09:37. > :09:42.this hearing there was astonishing detail laid out before the tribunal

:09:43. > :09:45.about the nature of her claims and Chelsea and Jose Mourinho. They have

:09:46. > :09:50.now reached an agreement, but it is confidential and we might never know

:09:51. > :09:53.the terms. She can look forward to moving on in her life and bridging

:09:54. > :10:11.this long-running saga behind her. In a statement she said:

:10:12. > :10:18.But the drama was not quite yet finished. There were chaotic scenes

:10:19. > :10:26.as fresh Doctor Carneiro after the formalities had been concluded. Then

:10:27. > :10:30.Jose Mourinho was eventually bundled into his waiting car. He is now free

:10:31. > :10:35.to carry on as the new manager of Manchester United, knowing the

:10:36. > :10:36.confidential agreement and further embarrassment from this dispute has

:10:37. > :10:47.been avoided. Sad news because American mixed

:10:48. > :10:51.martial arts fighter Kimbo Slice has died aged 42. He was taken to

:10:52. > :10:57.hospital in South Miami, Florida on Monday night. The speaker will

:10:58. > :11:00.Perry, at the BBC sports Centre. What more can you tell us about a

:11:01. > :11:05.huge name in MMA? Is a world of mix martial arts it is in shock and

:11:06. > :11:10.mourning, he is in MMA fighter both the Bahamas and raised in Florida.

:11:11. > :11:14.His real name is Kevin Ferguson, he has a boxer, professional wrestling

:11:15. > :11:17.occasional actor, rising to fame through his U-tube street fighting

:11:18. > :11:22.videos which made him an internet sensation. He went to hospital in

:11:23. > :11:25.Coral Springs in Florida with police reportedly asking his family for

:11:26. > :11:30.information after his admissions. It was confirmed that the former UFC

:11:31. > :11:35.fighter had died leaving hide his girlfriend and six children. One of

:11:36. > :11:40.his three sons, Kevin Ferguson Junior, made his MMA debut in March.

:11:41. > :11:44.Slice had been competing most recently in the ballot MMA fighting

:11:45. > :11:47.company foot up his last outing coming in February, a win was

:11:48. > :11:51.eventually overturned after he tested positive for steroids. He was

:11:52. > :11:55.due to fight in London next month at the O2 arena and a statement from

:11:56. > :12:00.the president of Bella Touru says we are all shocked and saddened by the

:12:01. > :12:05.devastating and untimely loss, one of the most popular MMA fighters

:12:06. > :12:09.ever, Kimble, was a charismatic larger-than-life personality that

:12:10. > :12:13.transcended the spot. He said outside the case he was friendly,

:12:14. > :12:17.Gentle giant and a devoted family man. His loss leaves us all with

:12:18. > :12:21.extremely heavy hearts and our thoughts and prayers are with the

:12:22. > :12:26.entire Ferguson family and all of his friends, fans and team-mates. A

:12:27. > :12:35.pioneer of MMA. Kimbo Slice has died at the age of 42. Thank you. Last

:12:36. > :12:39.week we brought you the story of Argentina and Barcelona star Lionel

:12:40. > :12:43.Messi's tax fraud trial in Spain. More news, Spanish prosecutors have

:12:44. > :12:47.called for Riddell and Barcelona is the boss Tony Mata be tried for

:12:48. > :12:53.fraud, they allege he and his father it true value of the play APPLAUSE

:12:54. > :12:56.Multi-million euro transfer in 2013 coming can find out more on that

:12:57. > :13:02.story online. The British Olympian Greg Rutherford

:13:03. > :13:08.has a frozen sample of his sperm ahead of performing in the Olympic

:13:09. > :13:11.Games in Rio. That was first reported by the Guardian and his

:13:12. > :13:14.partners said the couple wanted more children the future and feared

:13:15. > :13:18.infection because pregnant women with Zika had been linked to babies

:13:19. > :13:25.being born with deformities. Soon after that story broke, let's bring

:13:26. > :13:38.you this. Writers fires another story out of Rio Olympic organisers

:13:39. > :13:42.saying: We will keep you posted. Still to come here or outside

:13:43. > :13:47.source: The BBC gains access to a class teaching rate prevention to

:13:48. > :13:56.migrants and refugees in Norway. We will bring you that report.

:13:57. > :14:01.The former office has warned fans travelling to the Euro 2016

:14:02. > :14:07.tournament to be vigilant because of what it calls the high risk of

:14:08. > :14:11.terrorism. It says that stadiums, fans, venues are broadcasting the

:14:12. > :14:15.current and transport hubs and links are potential targets. Meanwhile on

:14:16. > :14:18.the field, the England team were training today ahead of their

:14:19. > :14:31.opening game at the tournament, Dan Rowan is in France. Four days from

:14:32. > :14:34.now it will be England's's players are singing the National Anthem.

:14:35. > :14:38.This morning as was local school total, the warmest of welcomes for

:14:39. > :14:42.the squad ahead of a training session at their base. In the's

:14:43. > :14:50.multilingual manager thanking them for their hospitality. Its fluency

:14:51. > :14:56.on the pitch that England need. She has picked an attacking squad with

:14:57. > :14:59.an average age of just 25, aged -- the defence is seen as a witness and

:15:00. > :15:03.some players are recovering from injury but in a group that includes

:15:04. > :15:07.Wales, England are the favourites to qualify. I don't see why we won't be

:15:08. > :15:10.successful in the competition because we are young, I don't think

:15:11. > :15:15.it has anything to do with it come to her new a team and gel as a team.

:15:16. > :15:19.England might have qualified with 100% record but after a dire World

:15:20. > :15:24.Cup two years ago in Brazil this time they must do better. Here we

:15:25. > :15:28.are yet again, for England the start of another major tournament carries

:15:29. > :15:32.with it so many memories of hopes dashed. With the youngest squad in

:15:33. > :15:37.this competition, they hope will be that these players aren't weighed

:15:38. > :15:42.down by the burden of past failures like some of their predecessors.

:15:43. > :15:51.Much will depend on revitalised for line led by Harry Kane. England are

:15:52. > :15:54.under 24-hour armed, here, but fully half a million British supporters

:15:55. > :15:59.expected in France, warning from the Foreign Office that stadiums, fans

:16:00. > :16:04.and transport hubs are potential targets for a terrorist attack. It

:16:05. > :16:09.is a football tournament, you can't eliminate everything come every

:16:10. > :16:15.fear, from one's life. Goal with confidence, be smart and enjoy the

:16:16. > :16:19.football. Despite security concerns England management are making

:16:20. > :16:22.themselves at home in this gentle corner of France. The road has been

:16:23. > :16:24.shaped forward from history suggests from here on in it will be anything

:16:25. > :16:40.but. -- straightforward. This is outside

:16:41. > :16:44.source, live from the BBC newsroom. Our top story, the latest round of

:16:45. > :16:47.the US primary elections get underway, Associated Press is

:16:48. > :16:54.reporting Hillary Clinton has secured the Democratic nomination.

:16:55. > :16:58.Coming up shortly on BBC News: If you are outside the UK is as world

:16:59. > :17:01.News America next, they will have a discussion on a meeting of the

:17:02. > :17:08.world's two largest democracies as India's the -- Prime Minister visits

:17:09. > :17:13.Barack Obama. Here in UK, the News at ten is next. Dan Rowan is that

:17:14. > :17:18.the Euro 2016 tournament and will look at England's chances of

:17:19. > :17:21.success. And online, many of you were reading about the Playboy

:17:22. > :17:27.mansion being sold to a private equity boss who lives next door. The

:17:28. > :17:31.new owner page $200 million with the stipulation that the current owner,

:17:32. > :17:38.Hugh Hefner, must be able to carry on living in the property until his

:17:39. > :17:44.death. Let's go back to the EU referendum debate happening right

:17:45. > :17:47.now. David Cameron and the leader of the UK Independence Party, Nigel

:17:48. > :17:50.Farage, are taking part in a debate facing separate questions from a

:17:51. > :17:55.studio audience with David Cameron, who wants to remain speaking. Let's

:17:56. > :18:03.go over to Vicky Young, who is in the spin room. David Cameron again

:18:04. > :18:07.focusing on the economy, that has played a huge part in this campaign

:18:08. > :18:12.for the Remain site and trying to ram home to people the importance of

:18:13. > :18:17.the UK being in the single market. He is saying that if we weren't then

:18:18. > :18:22.our car exports, for example, would have effectively a 10% tax on them,

:18:23. > :18:25.we would not be able to trade in the same way and that would have a big

:18:26. > :18:31.impact on our economy and he is referring again to the many

:18:32. > :18:35.independent economists who have said Brexit would have a detrimental

:18:36. > :18:38.affect on the economy. On that he has been pretty strong, an

:18:39. > :18:42.immigration he has looked uncomfortable. He was challenged by

:18:43. > :18:45.one man in the audience who said he was in his 40s and had three

:18:46. > :18:50.children living in the same room, how has a hunk -- uncontrolled

:18:51. > :18:55.immigration helped me? Is that I cannot get on the housing ladder and

:18:56. > :18:59.his area has become a no-go zone. This is what the premise is that in

:19:00. > :19:04.response. The IMF, OECD, some of these bodies are paid to warn Prime

:19:05. > :19:10.Minister 's when their economies face risks. We could find a way, but

:19:11. > :19:14.I don't think it's the right way. Can I just say why all these experts

:19:15. > :19:19.I believe are right and it's to do with the single market. 500 million

:19:20. > :19:23.people, it's where we sell half of the goods and services we export,

:19:24. > :19:28.almost half. If we have less good access to that market, our economy

:19:29. > :19:30.will be smaller, there will be fewer opportunities, which is why I think

:19:31. > :19:36.experts are right and we should listen to them and we should vote to

:19:37. > :19:41.Remain. Earlier he called a press conference and said that voters must

:19:42. > :19:45.not sit this referendum out. He said like he was concerned that people

:19:46. > :19:49.might not be engaged with the arguments were not listening to the

:19:50. > :19:53.experts that he was speaking about. There is some suggestion that those

:19:54. > :20:00.on the Remain site are very keen to boost the turnout in this referendum

:20:01. > :20:04.in order to get their way. What about the format, they are facing

:20:05. > :20:09.separate questions, not going head-to-head. Why did that we're

:20:10. > :20:12.doing this get chosen? It has been interesting, people have spoken

:20:13. > :20:16.about debates, this isn't one of those. The Prime Minister has been

:20:17. > :20:19.reluctant to do that, is same thing happened in the UK general election

:20:20. > :20:23.where he didn't do debate but did take questions from the audience. In

:20:24. > :20:28.some ways politicians being up against people from the public is

:20:29. > :20:31.almost as interesting. There will be other debates not including the

:20:32. > :20:37.Prime Minister, but other representatives from both sides will

:20:38. > :20:40.take part in the last two weeks of this campaign. But the Prime

:20:41. > :20:44.Minister has been particularly resistant to any kind of debate with

:20:45. > :20:52.fellow Conservatives, who do not all agree with his position. Thank you.

:20:53. > :20:54.The BBC has gained exclusive access to a controversial class that

:20:55. > :21:02.teaches migrant and refugee is about rape invention. -- rape prevention.

:21:03. > :21:05.The lessons, which run in Norway, were first introduced several years

:21:06. > :21:08.ago - but following the attacks in Cologne there are now calls

:21:09. > :21:12.Hundreds of women and girls reported mass sexual assault and robbery

:21:13. > :21:15.by gangs of men in the German city on New Years Eve.

:21:16. > :21:18.Our reporter James Longman has been speaking to those taking part

:21:19. > :21:25.Norway's North Sea coast, new home for those made homeless by war.

:21:26. > :21:30.After the attacks on women in Germany on New Year's Eve, questions

:21:31. > :21:36.were asked about young male migrants coming to Europe. Are they really a
