0:01:23 > 0:01:25which cuts investment and third-level education
0:01:25 > 0:01:27while spending hundreds of millions of pounds
0:01:27 > 0:01:30slashing civil servant jobs.
0:01:30 > 0:01:33A failing government which does nothing to support
0:01:33 > 0:01:35the thousands of young workers
0:01:35 > 0:01:39who go abroad each and every year to find work.
0:01:39 > 0:01:43A failing government which hands tough decisions on welfare payments
0:01:43 > 0:01:46to the meanest group of Tory politicians ever to govern.
0:01:50 > 0:01:55I got into politics to stop failure, and to build a better future.
0:01:55 > 0:01:57That's why I ran for election aged 22,
0:01:57 > 0:02:00that's why I worked hard to make Derry a City of Culture
