:00:18. > :00:21.Welcome to Reporting Scotland. Tonight on your national news. The

:00:21. > :00:27.UK's most expensive degree - what a second Scottish University is to

:00:27. > :00:30.charge students from England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

:00:30. > :00:34.Detectives release CCTV pictures of two people they hope can help them

:00:35. > :00:38.solve the triple murder in Helensburgh.

:00:38. > :00:43.The future's bright, the future is staying orange - Europe decides not

:00:43. > :00:46.to change the amount of colouring in Scotland's other national drink.

:00:46. > :00:55.And later in the programme, the excitement is building in New

:00:55. > :00:58.Zealand. Who they're going to it hear about it, they are going to

:00:58. > :01:01.know about it. And you can hear much much more

:01:01. > :01:05.from him as Scotland makes final preparations for their first game

:01:05. > :01:08.of the Rugby World Cup. St Andrews University has joined

:01:08. > :01:11.Edinburgh in becoming the most expensive place in Britain to study.

:01:11. > :01:16.The university court has decided to charge the maximum tuition fees of

:01:16. > :01:26.9,000 a year to students from England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

:01:26. > :01:33.

:01:33. > :01:42.It means an honours degree will cost 36,000. When more students

:01:42. > :01:51.from England Wales and Northern Ireland will have to pay it a lot

:01:51. > :02:00.more. There is a lot of change her head. They can only pay fees just

:02:00. > :02:10.over 7,000, but some Andrew's will now charge 36,000 over four years.

:02:10. > :02:13.

:02:13. > :02:17.The figure drops to 21,000 to Glasgow Caledonian. It is not a

:02:17. > :02:25.popular decision as an Andrew's. It is no more expensive to study here

:02:25. > :02:31.than it did that Oxford or Cambridge. Rides in fees in England

:02:31. > :02:40.caused a mass of protest there. is feared there could be problems

:02:40. > :02:50.appear. It does not seem fair that I get it for free and people south

:02:50. > :02:51.

:02:51. > :02:55.of the border have to pay. As a Scottish should me I should be

:02:55. > :03:04.happy that it remains charge less for us, but I do not think I would

:03:04. > :03:09.feel the way if I was from England. The university says they are

:03:09. > :03:15.offering a big rise in bursaries. The Scottish government is

:03:15. > :03:25.monitoring these decisions. It is vital that when we debate this and

:03:25. > :03:26.

:03:26. > :03:33.that is a voted in the press, it has to be point out that I will

:03:33. > :03:40.never charge Scottish students tuition fees. With most university

:03:40. > :03:43.still to declare, it is expected the average fee will be about more

:03:43. > :03:46.modest 6,000. Meanwhile, Scotland's newest

:03:46. > :03:49.university, of the Highlands & Islands, is looking for more

:03:49. > :03:52.funding. Its principal wants another 3m a year from the

:03:52. > :03:55.Scottish government. James Fraser says the institution needs the cash

:03:55. > :04:00.because of an increasing number of students and rising demand for

:04:00. > :04:04.training in renewable energy. Police are hoping new CCTV footage

:04:04. > :04:06.will help them find the killer of three members of one family.

:04:06. > :04:10.Detectives say they are urgently trying to contact possible

:04:10. > :04:13.witnesses to the crime. Thomas Sharkey and two of his children

:04:13. > :04:23.were murdered when a fire was started at their Helensburgh home

:04:23. > :04:23.

:04:23. > :04:32.in July. Raymond is in Helensburgh for us tonight. Could these be the

:04:32. > :04:37.pictures that could help catch the killer. Focus on the date first. It

:04:37. > :04:43.is 24th July this year and just after five or clock in the morning.

:04:43. > :04:48.Detectives want to trace the hooded figure crossing the road. They also

:04:48. > :04:53.want to trace this man. He was also spotted in Heller's brat town

:04:53. > :04:59.centre in the early morning of that day. Shortly afterwards, a fire was

:04:59. > :05:05.started which killed three people. They also want to talk to the

:05:05. > :05:15.owners of this car. Are you wanting to talk to these people as

:05:15. > :05:16.

:05:16. > :05:22.potential witnesses or suspects? want to interview them because they

:05:22. > :05:27.were in the area at the time they it fire started and may help take

:05:27. > :05:35.the investigation for were. Three members of the family were killed

:05:35. > :05:43.when a fire broke out. The father Tom Sharkey and his two children.

:05:43. > :05:49.His wife survived and she recently spoke of her anguish. If I knew any

:05:49. > :05:56.sort of reason or motive I would say, because their three p Finlay's

:05:57. > :06:03.I loved most in my life are now dead. The play some are asking the

:06:03. > :06:06.public to take a close look and if you can help, please do. Raymond,

:06:06. > :06:09.the police have been slowly revealing a number of details as

:06:09. > :06:18.they have pieced together events. What does this tell us about the

:06:19. > :06:24.investigation? It is now six weeks then someone came to this warm and

:06:24. > :06:31.started this fire. The fire led to the deaths of three members of the

:06:31. > :06:35.family and the injury of Mrs Shah K. Since then, there has been several

:06:35. > :06:39.appeals by Strathclyde Police for information which could lead them

:06:39. > :06:45.to the killer or killers of these three people. There has been

:06:45. > :06:52.billboards, there has been talk of rewards and as you saw there, the

:06:52. > :06:56.wife of Thomas Sharkey giving a very emotional interview. All of

:06:56. > :07:02.that has not led to any sort of positive conclusion and led to this

:07:02. > :07:06.latest release of information by the police. When you talk to

:07:06. > :07:11.detectives involved in this that the answers lie here in the town.

:07:11. > :07:17.They think someone here knows what happened in the early hours of that

:07:17. > :07:19.Sunday morning. They are desperate for them to get in touch or if they

:07:19. > :07:25.believe they might have information which could help find the killer or

:07:25. > :07:29.killers to get in touch. As they say, they believe the answer to

:07:29. > :07:33.this lies in the Helensbrugh. You are watching Friday's Reporting

:07:33. > :07:36.Scotland from the BBC. Still to come before seven o'clock... Police

:07:36. > :07:40.investigate a new lead in the baffling murder of a bank manager

:07:40. > :07:43.at his family home. And on the Bru - find out why one of the "secrets"

:07:43. > :07:46.in our national fizz has been under threat.

:07:46. > :07:49.In sport, the very latest from Andy Murray. He is currently on court

:07:49. > :07:53.against American John Isner, battling for a place in the US Open

:07:53. > :07:58.semifinal. And the World Cup countdown for Scotland. Andy

:07:58. > :08:04.Robinson's men meet Romania in a few hours from now. We are in New

:08:04. > :08:08.Zealand with the squad. Join me for the sport, coming soon.

:08:08. > :08:11.New local television stations could be coming to parts of Scotland. The

:08:11. > :08:15.UK Government's proposals have been met with some scepticism about

:08:15. > :08:19.whether the idea was commercially viable. But BBC Scotland has learnt

:08:19. > :08:22.there are plans which could lead to stations in at least four areas.

:08:22. > :08:32.Our business correspondent Jamie McIvor has been to see one of the

:08:32. > :08:36.

:08:36. > :08:41.likely bidders. Here I am standing on the corner of a very wet streets.

:08:41. > :08:47.In this is the sort of news you make not here on it local

:08:47. > :08:53.television. But it is gaining an evidence in the local community in

:08:53. > :08:59.Helensbrugh. People are enjoying it. They are catching up and events

:08:59. > :09:05.that the book would otherwise maybe not know about. But they us is not

:09:05. > :09:12.a TV station as you would normally see it. It is a website, but maybe

:09:12. > :09:18.pave the way for new local dit television stations. In that area,

:09:18. > :09:26.it is perceiving the way people engage about politics, few local

:09:26. > :09:30.sport and things like that. This is a station in Lanarkshire. To attend

:09:30. > :09:38.their board failed financially, but the Government believes the sums

:09:38. > :09:45.may add up now. Because of technological advances, the cost of

:09:45. > :09:55.running a television station has now Lord to less than what be local

:09:55. > :09:59.newspaper would cost. Nine a areas have been identified where local TV

:09:59. > :10:04.stations may be viable. Apart from Helensbrugh, there is serious

:10:04. > :10:11.interest in Ayrshire in Dundee. There is a concern that a the is in

:10:11. > :10:15.the south could miss out. It is a pity. We have never been served

:10:15. > :10:23.well by local television and this is a repeat of what we have always

:10:23. > :10:27.experienced. The Scottish government has different proposals

:10:27. > :10:32.for a television station covering the whole of Scotland. But for now,

:10:32. > :10:36.there is a chance that places like Helensbrugh could have local

:10:36. > :10:41.television in two years. Online services could be set up elsewhere

:10:41. > :10:43.in the country. Some of the other stories across Scotland this Friday.

:10:43. > :10:46.Two people have pleaded guilty to sex trafficking in the first

:10:46. > :10:49.convictions in Scotland under new legislation. 22-year-old Sarah

:10:49. > :10:55.Beukan and Stephen Craig, 34, admitted moving 14 men and women to

:10:55. > :10:58.various addresses in across the UK for prostitution. Two other men,

:10:58. > :11:03.Malcolm McNeil and Gordon Dryburgh, had their pleas of not guilty

:11:03. > :11:06.accepted by the Crown. A 27-year-old man has been

:11:06. > :11:09.convicted of murdering his former landlord. Robert Henderson is

:11:09. > :11:14.thought to have strangled or suffocated 57-year-old Hugh Boyd at

:11:14. > :11:17.his flat in the city's Yorkhill area in October 2009. Henderson

:11:17. > :11:23.then hid the corpse, which was found in October 2010, before going

:11:23. > :11:26.on a spending spree with Mr Boyd's bank card and Post Office account.

:11:26. > :11:30.He faces a mandatory life sentence when he is sentenced later this

:11:30. > :11:33.month. A boy as young as 13 is being

:11:33. > :11:37.sought by police in Aberdeen after four women were indecently

:11:37. > :11:41.assaulted in the street. The victims were said to have all been

:11:41. > :11:45.left shaken by the assaults in the Mastrick area. The oldest was aged

:11:45. > :11:51.70. Officers say the teenager had short brown hair and was carrying a

:11:51. > :11:54.yellow bag. Highland police are investigating a

:11:54. > :11:57.possible new lead in one of the most baffling murders in recent

:11:57. > :12:01.criminal history. Bank manager Alistair Wilson was shot in the

:12:01. > :12:04.steps of his family home in Nairn seven years ago. The killing

:12:04. > :12:14.stunned the Moray Firth town and no-one has ever been arrested in

:12:14. > :12:18.New information as police continue their search for the killer...

:12:19. > :12:22.November twoup 4 and as he went to talk the a man who call at his

:12:22. > :12:25.house bank work eAlistair Wilson was gunned down. Although the

:12:25. > :12:29.murder weapon was later found in a drain near the crime scene,

:12:29. > :12:36.detectives have been unable to track down the killer, or establish

:12:36. > :12:41.etch a motive. Mr Wilson's widow was equally bewildered. I pray the

:12:41. > :12:45.police find this man who did this to my family. To me this is still

:12:45. > :12:55.very unreal, I see his picture, I hear every day he has been murdered,

:12:55. > :12:59.but, it is still so unreal. National publicity and a 10,000

:12:59. > :13:05.reward still wasn't enough to generate that vital lead that would

:13:05. > :13:09.unmask the murderer. The murder remains a mystery. Now a local

:13:09. > :13:12.newspaper says a Dutch national has phoned them with details of a man

:13:12. > :13:17.claiming to have known Alistair Wilson and the identity of the

:13:17. > :13:21.gunman. The witness even maintained he had had to flee Scotland for his

:13:21. > :13:25.own safety. The unnamed caller suggested there was a link between

:13:25. > :13:31.Mr Wilson's murder and his job at the Bank of Scotland, though

:13:31. > :13:35.intensive inquiries have discovered no such connection. Northern

:13:35. > :13:39.Constabulary insisted despite the passing of the years all unsolved

:13:39. > :13:48.cases remain livement whether this latest twist in the Wilson case

:13:48. > :13:53.lead to a breakthrough or another dead end, only time will tell. Some

:13:53. > :13:57.news for Irn-Bru fans, the makers of Scotland's popular fizzy drink

:13:57. > :14:00.here were facing the prospect of having their recipe changed by

:14:00. > :14:06.order of the European Commission. Officials are concerned at the use

:14:06. > :14:10.of a food Coll rapt called sunset yellow which gives it its

:14:10. > :14:13.distinctive hue. Our reporter has been toll Lowing this. What

:14:13. > :14:19.happened in Brussels today? Sally, this is what it is about.

:14:19. > :14:22.Generations of Scots will recognise this bottle of Irn-Bru but it is

:14:22. > :14:27.what is inside that has been exercising the European Commission.

:14:27. > :14:31.Irn-Bru has been I had from a special secret recipe since 1901

:14:31. > :14:35.and only three people in the whole world know what is in it. That was

:14:35. > :14:38.threatened by commissioners in Brussels, and that is because of

:14:39. > :14:42.tin collusion of that Coll rant sunset yellow. It is linked to

:14:42. > :14:47.hyperactivety in children and it has been banned in countries like

:14:47. > :14:54.Norway and Finland. At the moment manufacturers are allowed the use

:14:54. > :14:58.50 million graps per litre. The Commission wanted o reduce this to

:14:58. > :15:03.10 milligrams. But Irn-Bru uses 20. Today the Commission voted and they

:15:03. > :15:08.came up with the number of 20 milligrams so Irn-Bru is safe for

:15:08. > :15:11.now. But they had powerful supporters in this issue. The First

:15:11. > :15:14.Minister Alex Salmond wrote to the Commission, as did the Food

:15:14. > :15:18.Standards Agency. It does make you wonder whether we should be

:15:18. > :15:22.drinking this sunset yellow? Food Standards Agency say that the

:15:22. > :15:25.amount that is in Irn-Bru is perfectly safe, and for the past

:15:26. > :15:31.year though, Barrs have put this disclaimer on bottles with the

:15:31. > :15:36.advice of the Food Standards Agency, they say that sunset yellow and

:15:36. > :15:40.other colour may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in

:15:40. > :15:44.children. Barrs say despite this decision they will continue to take

:15:44. > :15:52.the best add voice they can from the expects but relief tonight that

:15:52. > :15:56.secret recipe is safe for now. Thank you. MPs have voted against a

:15:56. > :16:02.Conservative backbench bill which sought an answer to the weth

:16:02. > :16:10.Lothian question. The debate op whether Scottish, Welsh and

:16:10. > :16:16.Northern Ireland MPs should be allowed to vote on English matters.

:16:16. > :16:20.Tory MP for west Worcestershire pushed it to a vot but lost by 40

:16:20. > :16:25.to 4. The date has been set for prun ses street in Edinburgh to

:16:25. > :16:28.close, againlet and it will stay shut for almost a year. Buses,

:16:28. > :16:33.taxis and cyclists will be diverted to George street from 19th

:16:33. > :16:38.September to allow work to resume on the tram project. All other

:16:38. > :16:43.traffic will be rerouted along Queen Street. The council say no

:16:43. > :16:49.work will take place during the withiner festivals. It is due to

:16:49. > :16:53.finish in July 2001. Now the sport. Thank you. If you are a rugby fan

:16:53. > :16:56.you maybe preparing to stay up all night. At 2.00 in the morning

:16:56. > :17:00.Scotland kick off their World Cup campaign in New Zealand, with their

:17:00. > :17:07.pool B opener againstroom that. It is a match that the Scots are

:17:07. > :17:11.expected to win, Jim Mason sends this report. Scotland's players

:17:11. > :17:15.limbering up for their first World Cup match. In the time for talking

:17:15. > :17:19.is nearly over. 1.00 tomorrow is when we start, and I think the guys

:17:19. > :17:24.are locking forward. They worked really hard. There is a great team

:17:24. > :17:28.spirit and now it is about delivering performance. In is the

:17:28. > :17:32.scene for Scotland's opening game in the Rugby World Cup 2011. The

:17:32. > :17:36.opposition are Romania, and Andy Robinson's men are keen to go.

:17:36. > :17:40.Everything we are been doing, from the gym to the running has been

:17:40. > :17:44.focusing on this one point., So I think the start is Hulme, and I

:17:44. > :17:48.think the guys will come out of the blocks firing. Away from the

:17:48. > :17:52.stadium the fans too are in optimistic mood. Although this

:17:52. > :17:56.fan's accuse season doesn't match the tartan. We are going to have a

:17:56. > :18:00.piper so we can make a racket from one end to the other. They will

:18:00. > :18:05.know about I under the shelter, their ears will be screaming. We

:18:05. > :18:10.will whip them up in a fransy and get it on and be like a snowball.

:18:10. > :18:15.Get bigger as we gather up fans. By the time we hit the park we will be

:18:15. > :18:20.hoarse. We will struggle to cheer but we will find more, we will,

:18:20. > :18:25.because go Scotland, you beauty! Well Romania, I would hope they

:18:25. > :18:29.were going to win and beat Romania. I mean, I don't think it will be an

:18:29. > :18:34.easy game. I don't think the Georgia game will be particularly

:18:34. > :18:38.easy or for that matter the Argentina game. Frpl driving down

:18:38. > :18:43.from Queens town., they have the flags up and everybody make a big

:18:43. > :18:47.occasion of it. So the road begins for Andy Robinson and his men in a

:18:47. > :18:55.quiet town in the south of New Zealand. It all kicks off in seven

:18:55. > :18:59.hours. And if you want to have a good night's sleep join us on sport

:18:59. > :19:04.nation tomorrow at nine. From New Zealand, to New York and Andy

:19:04. > :19:07.Murray is chasing a place in the semifinals of the US Open. He is up

:19:07. > :19:11.against the American John Isner and Murray has taken the first set 7-5.

:19:11. > :19:18.The Scot is currently a break up in the second set, he leads by two

:19:18. > :19:22.games to one. The Rangers manager Ally McCoist believes the club is

:19:22. > :19:26.this better shape than prior to the change this ownership. He says the

:19:26. > :19:30.fact the players are no longer for sale indicates the financial

:19:31. > :19:37.situation has improve. The morning Rangers found themselves in court

:19:37. > :19:42.over an unpaid lawyers' bill. It was claim there was concern over

:19:42. > :19:46.the club's solvency. Ally McCoist takes his Rangers side to Tannadice

:19:46. > :19:51.this weekend. Keen to see them preserve their status as league

:19:51. > :19:56.leaders. But while things are going fine on the park, off field issues

:19:56. > :20:02.persis. Rangers were in court today to confirm they paid a bill of

:20:02. > :20:07.35,000, due to the law firm. During the hearing Jonathan Brown

:20:07. > :20:11.claimed there is a real concern about solvency. The Rangers manager

:20:11. > :20:15.admits he is not party o the financial ins and outs but he

:20:15. > :20:20.believes there are signs of improvement. How they managed to do

:20:20. > :20:24.it, sometimes beggars belief but the player last year, where the

:20:24. > :20:29.whole squad was up for transfer. They showed an unbelievabledownty

:20:29. > :20:37.and spirit, you know, there is nobody telling us that you know the

:20:37. > :20:40.staff are up for sale. So it has to be in a better place. Their

:20:40. > :20:44.attention during the transfer window in the face of multi-million

:20:44. > :20:50.pound interest would seem bear that out. I don't have that decision.

:20:50. > :20:54.That decision, you know, is not mine to make. I just, I am very

:20:54. > :20:58.thankful to the man who made the decision. But obviously, we are no

:20:58. > :21:02.different from the vast majority of clubs, that when offers come in you

:21:02. > :21:08.have to listen to them. At the moment though, he is still trying

:21:08. > :21:13.to add to his squad with the Argentine mild feeder on trial for

:21:13. > :21:21.the next week. Celtic will continue with their preparations as normal

:21:21. > :21:25.ahead of Thursday's euro ka cup visit to Madrid. They are fully

:21:25. > :21:30.focused despite potential obstacles. They hope not to fall out of the

:21:30. > :21:34.competition on Tuesday, that is the Tay that they will have their

:21:34. > :21:41.appeal heard to be reinstated into the competition We are preparing as

:21:41. > :21:45.if we are in the tournament. Again, I am not disappointed, I can

:21:45. > :21:51.understand where they are coming from on their point of view. You

:21:51. > :21:55.know, we have been told we are in the competition, and until we are

:21:55. > :21:58.told otherwise we will carry on. pilot project to get more fans

:21:58. > :22:02.through the turnstiles will see senior football matches plays on

:22:02. > :22:06.Friday nights in Scotland later this month. Ab dope and Dunfermline

:22:06. > :22:12.will be the first teams to saver the Friday night ats in fore. It

:22:12. > :22:18.will be a 7.45 kick off on Friday 0th September. On the same fight

:22:18. > :22:22.First Division Partick Thistle will face more on the. The United States

:22:22. > :22:26.start as strong favourite for the Walker Cup at royal Aberdeen but

:22:26. > :22:31.they will face a stiff challenge by the best amateurs from Great

:22:31. > :22:35.Britain and Ireland. Wet and windy weather promises to be in

:22:35. > :22:40.opposition but for Scotsman Michael Stuart a possible opening match

:22:40. > :22:45.will provide the perfect storm. would be great, you know, and no

:22:45. > :22:51.matter what happens I am looking forward to betting out and playing

:22:51. > :22:54.well with my partnerment if I was to g out first, we would have a

:22:54. > :22:59.great following, being Scottish, we would have a great support for us

:22:59. > :23:04.and go out and have fun and enjoy it. Very busy weekend of sport

:23:04. > :23:08.coming up. Thank you. Let u luke at the weather now. The risk of

:23:08. > :23:16.encouraging you to do a Michael Fish what is this about hur capes?

:23:16. > :23:19.It looks like the remnants of hur cape Katrina is doing to come

:23:19. > :23:28.cape Katrina is doing to come across. She will bring strong winds.

:23:28. > :23:32.I will come on to this in a moment. It looks like before we see the

:23:32. > :23:37.remnants of Hurricane Katrina we will have a low pressure system.

:23:37. > :23:42.There will be some rain and showers as well, but in between sunny

:23:42. > :23:46.spells it is not doom and gloom. Campbeltown saw the highest

:23:46. > :23:54.temperatures b and it looks it will be dry for the of thing be before

:23:54. > :23:59.the next batch spreads. Very mild you will notice, 14 or 15 will be

:23:59. > :24:03.the low across the southern half of country. A bit cooler further north

:24:03. > :24:08.but still into double figures. Very respectable. So to start the

:24:08. > :24:10.weekend it is not a nice picture, a lot of rain round but like today,

:24:10. > :24:13.an improving picture as we bo through the curse of the afternoon.

:24:13. > :24:19.The best of the brightness in eastern area this is where we will

:24:19. > :24:22.see the best temperatures. Up to the low 20s. More rain' cross the

:24:22. > :24:27.west, so temperatures round 17 or 18, but again with shelter across

:24:27. > :24:30.the North East, Moray may see 21 or 22. It is not looking too bad. So

:24:30. > :24:35.the you are heading out to the Rangers the best of the weather

:24:35. > :24:41.will be northern and eastern area, but add on the strong gale force

:24:41. > :24:50.winds with gus up to 75mph. It will be hard going to be walking op the

:24:50. > :24:53.summits. As you go to the west. Still windy with wind speeds round

:24:53. > :24:58.75mphment that is winds guing to that. If you take a small boat out

:24:58. > :25:05.to the south-west, it will be fairly copy,s for force five to six.

:25:05. > :25:10.The visibility will be good though the winds will be stronger. Across

:25:10. > :25:14.the east side a similar picture, good visibility. Winds round force

:25:14. > :25:19.five to six, so choppy where eryou are. Now then, locking through at

:25:19. > :25:25.the winds then, on Saturday, you can see southerly winds in western

:25:25. > :25:29.areas. A bit lighter, but still strong in eastern areas. Here is

:25:29. > :25:32.the all-important pressure chart. You can see this deep area of low

:25:32. > :25:36.pressure. This is the recommend nands of the hurricane which is

:25:36. > :25:42.going to roach our shores for Monday. Before then, this is the

:25:42. > :25:46.low pressure that has brought unsettled weather on Saturday. So

:25:46. > :25:49.this is the picture for Sunday. Most of the rain out to the west,

:25:49. > :25:53.with gale force wnds for the Western Isles. The further east

:25:53. > :25:57.some bright spells round as well. Temperatures Koller than what we

:25:57. > :26:02.have seen over the last few days. Still respectable if any bright

:26:02. > :26:06.spells in the north, there is the remnants of the hurricane, located

:26:06. > :26:10.to the North of Scotland, bringing severe gales from a westerly

:26:10. > :26:18.direction. Probably in time for the morning commute into work on Monday,

:26:19. > :26:22.so the Met Office have inissued an amber alert. So the picture for

:26:22. > :26:26.Monday isn't looking too good. Heavy rain round, very strong winds,

:26:26. > :26:30.temperatures cooler as well. That temperatures cooler as well. That

:26:30. > :26:35.is how it is looking. Now, crust before 7.00, a summary of the top
