:00:15. > :00:16.teenager. Hazel North from Dunfermline last contacted her

:00:17. > :00:28.family on the fourth March. Aileen Clarke reports. Earlier today

:00:29. > :00:34.specialist dogs were brought in to help in the search of this property

:00:35. > :00:38.income earner. This flat at the garden has been at the centre of

:00:39. > :00:44.police efforts to find missing 19-year-old Hazel North. Originally

:00:45. > :00:49.from Dunfermline she has also stayed in the Stranraer and was most

:00:50. > :00:53.recently thought to be living here. Hazel, if you are out here and

:01:12. > :01:15.rear garden, as we would any missing person enquiry. We have not

:01:16. > :01:21.uncovered anything that would give us any cause for concern at this

:01:22. > :01:25.stage. The forensics team left the flat at lunchtime. Hazel's family is

:01:26. > :01:29.anxious for clues to explain why she has not been in touch since the

:01:30. > :01:34.phone call or text more than a fortnight ago to say she was going

:01:35. > :01:39.to meet her boyfriend in Kilmarnock. As well as not being able to trace

:01:40. > :01:42.Hazel, the police have yet to trace the man she was living here with.

:01:43. > :01:45.The Scottish Labour leader, Johann Lamont, has accused the SNP of

:01:46. > :01:47.running a "dishonest, deceptive and disgraceful" campaign for

:01:48. > :01:50.independence. In her party conference address, Ms Lamont said

:01:51. > :01:54.she wanted Scotland to lead the UK not to leave it. From the conference

:03:03. > :03:08.Holyrood what she called the powerhouse parliament. Nationalists

:03:09. > :03:11.tell us to have the confidence to leave the United Kingdom. I say to

:03:12. > :03:20.Scotland, have the confidence to lead the United Kingdom. This is the
