:00:07. > :00:11.Good evening. More organisations have announced they are quitting the

:00:12. > :00:15.CBI because the business lobby group is backing a No Vote in September's

:00:16. > :00:16.independence referendum. Two Scottish Government agencies,

:00:17. > :00:25.Scottish Enterprise and VisitScotland, are the latest to

:00:26. > :00:28.withdraw their membership. The CBI has made no secret of its

:00:29. > :00:32.anti-independence stance. Last month, in its analysis of the White

:00:33. > :00:36.Paper, it said the Scottish Government's economic plan didn't

:00:37. > :00:39.add up. Its decision to register with electoral commission as a

:00:40. > :00:45.supporter of better together, was a step too far for some of members.

:00:46. > :00:51.Yesterday, STV left the CBI singles on impartiality meant it had no

:00:52. > :00:55.choice. The broadcaster followed the playgroup, whose owner also chairs

:00:56. > :01:00.the pro-independence organisation. They have not gone through a

:01:01. > :01:06.democratic process. I discussed this with the membership. They believe

:01:07. > :01:10.they have a mandate through the council in CBI Scotland but again,

:01:11. > :01:15.while two council members have said they can't members being discussed

:01:16. > :01:20.or voted on. I challenge the CBI to produce evidence that they went

:01:21. > :01:24.through a democratic process to come to this decision. The body

:01:25. > :01:30.responsible for boosting tourism, VisitScotland along with Scottish

:01:31. > :01:34.Enterprise, have also resigned. The Scottish Government has said it

:01:35. > :01:37.clearly inappropriate for government agencies to retain membership of the

:01:38. > :01:54.group. The CBI issued a statement saying:

:01:55. > :02:00.the executive board of Glasgow Caledonian University is meeting to

:02:01. > :02:03.consider its position next week. Other CBI members are expected to

:02:04. > :02:06.follow suit. A 40-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the

:02:07. > :02:10.death of a woman after a disturbance in a flat in East Ayrshire. The body

:02:11. > :02:15.of 46-year-old Elaine Duncan was found in the property on Loudoun

:02:16. > :02:18.Road in Newmilns on Friday night. A motorcyclist has died after crashing

:02:19. > :02:21.his bike on the Isle of Skye this morning. The 33-year-old man was

:02:22. > :02:25.pronounced dead at the scene after the accident on the A87. It's

:02:26. > :02:31.understood no other vehicles were involved. A driver who was involved

:02:32. > :02:35.in a crash on the Friarton Bridge in Perth last night was traced three

:02:36. > :02:41.hours later with a serious head injury. His condition isn't believed

:02:42. > :02:44.to be life-threatening. Now, they call it urban art but is it really

:02:45. > :02:47.when it's in the countryside? In Dumfries and Galloway, huge

:02:48. > :02:48.Banksy-type murals have been appearing on buildings across the

:02:49. > :03:01.region. Will he Johnston reports. Urban street graffiti. Whatever you

:03:02. > :03:12.call it, it's big, bold and highly visible. In the village, Beverley

:03:13. > :03:16.gave these girls free rein to spice up her shed walls. We thought would

:03:17. > :03:21.be nice, lots of colour, lots of people would hopefully see the work

:03:22. > :03:25.that they do. I'm going to pull that back, that Chevron. It's painting

:03:26. > :03:31.everybody knows about thanks to the underground graffiti artist, Banksy.

:03:32. > :03:39.A few people shout to us and say, I'm going to call the police. They

:03:40. > :03:45.are joking. Or they say, is it Banksy? The fact that every person

:03:46. > :03:48.who passes us knows who he is is phenomenal. A few miles away,

:03:49. > :03:54.Catherine puts the finishing touches to a mural on a pottery. More used

:03:55. > :04:01.to painting life studies and portraits on canvas, this was in

:04:02. > :04:04.every sense a big challenge. I think the time involved, working outside

:04:05. > :04:09.physically, actually, going up and down ladders, shaking hands, holding

:04:10. > :04:15.it all in your head, how it's going to work, it's difficult and been a

:04:16. > :04:19.challenge. Six murals are being created as a prelude to next

:04:20. > :04:23.month's arts and Craft weekend across Dumfries Galloway. Alfresco

:04:24. > :04:29.after taking the open studio concept to a whole new level. Well, once

:04:30. > :04:32.again, most of Scotland has been enjoying lovely holiday weather.

:04:33. > :04:37.These were the scenes in Edinburgh this afternoon. The sun was shining,

:04:38. > :04:44.though the breeze was keeping things cool on Portobello beach where

:04:45. > :04:47.jumpers were required. Though not enough to deter anyone. So question

:04:48. > :04:50.is, will the weather last for Easter Monday? Here's the woman with the

:04:51. > :04:56.answers. Kawer's got the forecast for this evening and the start of

:04:57. > :04:58.the week. Thanks, Sally. It's all changing tomorrow but we can only

:04:59. > :05:00.appreciate the weather we've had today when you compare it to the

:05:01. > :05:11.rest of the UK. For us, glorious sunshine,

:05:12. > :05:14.temperatures 16-17. You can see mist and low cloud edging towards the

:05:15. > :05:18.east coast and for the rest of the evening, it will continue to edge in

:05:19. > :05:23.further inland bringing much more cloud of the central belt. Turning

:05:24. > :05:27.quite cool, touch of frost. By the early hours, temperatures

:05:28. > :05:34.recovering, 5-6. For tomorrow, the mist and low fog will linger. There

:05:35. > :05:38.will be breaks in the afternoon to allow sunny spells, especially for

:05:39. > :05:44.the Western Isles and temperatures still quite cool along East Coast,

:05:45. > :05:48.around 10 Celsius. To the West, 13 - 16 at best but then we look ahead to

:05:49. > :05:53.Easter Monday and Tuesday. Low pressure bringing big cloud and

:05:54. > :05:57.outbreaks of rain, so we will see some sunshine. Cloudier with rain to

:05:58. > :05:58.end the day. And that's all for now. We are back after 10pm. Good

:05:59. > :06:12.evening. Hello. Well, it was another lovely

:06:13. > :06:14.sunny day across the north of the UK. What a difference over the

:06:15. > :06:15.south. The rain set in
