:00:00. > :00:09.Tonight, on Reporting Scotland: Plans to abolish corroboration in

:00:10. > :00:13.Scots law are put on hold after the Justice Secretary bows to opposition

:00:14. > :00:16.pressure. The baby ashes scandal - anger from

:00:17. > :00:20.families as Edinburgh Council withholds a report into what

:00:21. > :00:28.happened. Also in the programme: I think

:00:29. > :00:35.everyone knows that I am very proud...

:00:36. > :00:41.Andy Murray in tears again after he receives the Freedom of the City of

:00:42. > :00:44.Stirling. And on St George's Day, we ask the

:00:45. > :01:01.English what they think about Scotland's independence debate.

:01:02. > :01:04.Controversial Scottish Government plans to abolish the need for

:01:05. > :01:12.corroboration in criminal trials have been delayed. In a surprise

:01:13. > :01:15.move, the Justice Secretary announced he was postponing the

:01:16. > :01:18.legislation for a year to allow a review of its impact. Abolishing

:01:19. > :01:22.corroboration has been criticised by political opponents and by many in

:01:23. > :01:29.the justice system. Our political correspondent Glenn Campbell has

:01:30. > :01:33.more. Evidence in criminal cases must

:01:34. > :01:37.generally come from two or more sources. It is this a climate for

:01:38. > :01:44.collaboration that is to be abolished. Two months ago, in a

:01:45. > :01:46.debate, the Justice Secretary attacked Conservative and Liberal

:01:47. > :01:59.Democrat and especially Labour critics for trying to block

:02:00. > :02:03.abolition. It appears to be... Despite the fact they had a

:02:04. > :02:09.commitment in their manifesto, despite the fact they have gone on

:02:10. > :02:13.record... What a contrast with today's contribution from Mr

:02:14. > :02:15.McAskill as he accepted a request from his opponents to put the

:02:16. > :02:25.legislation on hold. Yellow that they came up with this

:02:26. > :02:32.proposal. His decision to delay it pleasantly

:02:33. > :02:39.surprised his opponents. This is a welcome position, change of

:02:40. > :02:45.position. Labour say he should have given ground in February. We gave an

:02:46. > :02:50.offer to work with him and he was abusive and he was insulting. The

:02:51. > :02:58.decision to delay consideration of the criminal Justice Bill puts off

:02:59. > :03:02.controversy until well after the independence referendum. But the

:03:03. > :03:07.Scottish Government insists it remains firmly committed to

:03:08. > :03:11.abolishing corroboration. I think the case has been made. It has been

:03:12. > :03:18.testified to by countless thousands of victims who would be denied

:03:19. > :03:20.access to justice. The retired judge is looking at what alternative

:03:21. > :03:26.safeguards might replace corroboration. Abolishing this key

:03:27. > :03:29.principle will only come back to Parliament once of this review has

:03:30. > :03:32.completed next spring. Families affected by the Mortonhall

:03:33. > :03:35.baby ashes scandal say they are furious Edinburgh Council has

:03:36. > :03:41.withheld the report into what happened to their loved ones'

:03:42. > :03:43.remains. Their lawyers say the delay in publishing Dame Elish Angiolini's

:03:44. > :03:46.investigation into the cremation of babies at the council-run

:03:47. > :03:50.institution amounts to a huge breach of trust. Hundreds of families were

:03:51. > :03:52.told there'd be no ashes from their babies' cremations, but it later

:03:53. > :03:56.emerged their ashes had been disposed of without their parents

:03:57. > :03:59.knowledge. Morag Kinniburgh reports Andy Murray broke down in tears

:04:00. > :04:05.today while accepting the freedom of his home city of Stirling.

:04:06. > :04:06.Willie Reid's to-year-old daughter died years ago. The

:04:07. > :04:15.Willie Reid's to-year-old daughter to anger and frustration. They

:04:16. > :04:18.Willie Reid's to-year-old daughter told us it would be an independent

:04:19. > :04:21.inquiry and we would be the first to know. They had nine days.

:04:22. > :04:24.inquiry and we would be the first to reduction will be done to it before

:04:25. > :04:30.it is given to parents. What are the lawyers doing right now? It

:04:31. > :04:36.it is given to parents. What are the had told parents that there had been

:04:37. > :04:41.no ashes from baby cremations. It's turned out there had been and ashes

:04:42. > :04:44.were disposed of anonymously. The investigation was submitted to the

:04:45. > :04:50.council at the start of last week, at parentss are waiting for answers.

:04:51. > :04:53.this is a council who are responsible for having sent these

:04:54. > :04:59.families to hell and back. The least you would expect is that they were

:05:00. > :05:07.treated with the most basic human dignity of them informed. They have

:05:08. > :05:14.had a report, they have not told anyone and the question is what is

:05:15. > :05:18.their motive? Over 100 families are pursuing legal action. Most just

:05:19. > :05:25.wants to know what happened to their babies remains and why. There is a

:05:26. > :05:29.lot of anger and tears. Everybody is anxious. We know the report will be

:05:30. > :05:37.hard-hitting and hard reading. As much as we want the report, we are

:05:38. > :05:40.nervous. This evening, the council has defended the delay arguing it's

:05:41. > :05:44.easy to read the report before publication. Parents and their

:05:45. > :05:48.lawyers cannot understand why it would be another week before they

:05:49. > :05:59.find out what went wrong. -- it will be. Andy Murray broke down in tears

:06:00. > :06:03.today at a special meeting of the Council where he was given

:06:04. > :06:09.Freedom of the City. He warned the pupils that he

:06:10. > :06:15.emotional. The warmest of welcomes for its most

:06:16. > :06:22.famous pupil. Andy Murray was there to receive the freedom of sterling

:06:23. > :06:28.and was clearly moved. I think everyone knows that I am

:06:29. > :06:35.very proud. Of where I come from... APPLAUSE.

:06:36. > :06:43.Loved ones and close family were there, too, sharing the emotion. The

:06:44. > :06:49.sport I have had from this area and Scotland has been amazing. -- the

:06:50. > :07:00.support. They have always been right behind me. To get honours like this

:07:01. > :07:15.is obviously very nice. From the choir, a serenade for a champion.

:07:16. > :07:25.It was very emotional for him, but are very proud time for him, too.

:07:26. > :07:32.For everyone, including myself. Then on to Wallace High sterling for a

:07:33. > :07:37.special question and answer section. What would you say due 30 new old

:07:38. > :07:47.self if you are standing here? Not to be too on myself. What did you

:07:48. > :07:54.get for your mum for Mother's Day? I think I got a phone call. A teenage

:07:55. > :08:00.Andy Murray used to train here, now he returns as the reigning Wimbledon

:08:01. > :08:08.champion, a freeman of the city and the final part in an emotional day

:08:09. > :08:14.is to get an honorary doctorates from the University here.

:08:15. > :08:17.You're watching Reporting Scotland from the BBC. Still to come on

:08:18. > :08:20.tonight's programme: The Scottish record label that launched the

:08:21. > :08:24.careers of a host of indie bands - from its HQ in a bedroom in Glasgow.

:08:25. > :08:27.And in sport - the nominations are... Gordon Strachan runs the rule

:08:28. > :08:29.over the candidates for manager of the year.

:08:30. > :08:32.And proud as punch. Scotland's Commonwealth Games boxing team is

:08:33. > :08:38.announced. But one space is still available. Find out why.

:08:39. > :08:45.It's unlikely St George, the patron saint of England, ever visited the

:08:46. > :08:49.country or fought a dragon. But it's an absolute certainty that his

:08:50. > :08:52.national day has never been used by politicians on both sides of the

:08:53. > :08:57.border to campaign about Scottish independence - until today. Let's

:08:58. > :09:00.hear first from David Cameron, who gave a special online message in

:09:01. > :09:03.which he described England's role in the United Kingdom as one of its

:09:04. > :09:07.greatest achievements. In five months, the people of Scotland will

:09:08. > :09:11.go to the polls and they will decide whether they want to remain a part

:09:12. > :09:19.of this global success story. Let's prove that we can be proud of our

:09:20. > :09:22.individual nations and committed to our union of Nations, because no

:09:23. > :09:25.matter how great we are alone, we will always be Better Together.

:09:26. > :09:28.Later tonight, the First Minister will give a speech in Carlisle, also

:09:29. > :09:32.celebrating England's national day. He explained why he's gone south of

:09:33. > :09:35.the border to make the case for independence.

:09:36. > :09:41.We have to find a lever and a mechanism that will draw business

:09:42. > :09:46.and economic activity and make it more evenly spread. If we have a

:09:47. > :09:55.strong research and Scotland -- Scottish economy, it will spill into

:09:56. > :09:58.England. I will beat concentrating on transport initiatives. -- be

:09:59. > :10:02.concentrated. Our political correspondent Lucy

:10:03. > :10:05.Adams is with us now. Lucy, this is a bit unusual using St George's Day

:10:06. > :10:09.to talk about Scotland. Yes, I think this is about the

:10:10. > :10:13.referendum debate heating up south of the border. The fact is that the

:10:14. > :10:17.campaigns seem to believe that the run-up to the referendum is going to

:10:18. > :10:23.be more about winning hearts and less about slaying dragons. This

:10:24. > :10:25.morning, David Cameron talks about the great family of nations and

:10:26. > :10:31.Scotland and England's role within it. He said that since George's day

:10:32. > :10:36.has been overlooked in the past and he wants to focus on the ancestry

:10:37. > :10:41.and the exports from England, including Newcastle Brown ale,

:10:42. > :10:44.Downton Abbey and Cornish pasties. He says that ultimately, the UK is

:10:45. > :10:50.Better Together. And what else can we expect to hear

:10:51. > :10:54.from Alex Salmond tonight? We know you will be speaking in Carlisle and

:10:55. > :10:58.giving his own Saint George Day message. You will be talking about

:10:59. > :11:02.reaching out to his pals in the North of England. Asha McKee will.

:11:03. > :11:08.He is talking about improving infrastructure.

:11:09. > :11:17.He will be talking about what the North of England has two game in the

:11:18. > :11:23.event of independence. -- has two gain. This is about what they will

:11:24. > :11:25.have to gain. He will say this is less a Saint George Day battle and

:11:26. > :11:32.more competitive love bombing. The celebrations south of the border

:11:33. > :11:35.aren't all about St George, as today also marks the 450th anniversary of

:11:36. > :11:37.William Shakespeare's birth. So we sent our referendum correspondent

:11:38. > :11:41.Laura Bicker to Stratford-upon Avon - the home of the bard - to find out

:11:42. > :11:43.whether scrutiny of the Scottish play has been joined by the Scottish

:11:44. > :11:53.question. A call to celebrate the birth of the

:11:54. > :12:07.Bard. It is over 400 years since... Is this a dagger I see before me?

:12:08. > :12:14.And his Scottish play for James the first. The focus here is on drama,

:12:15. > :12:20.but the constitutional debate is largely passing them by. Although

:12:21. > :12:25.they do understand some things. I think the politicians have upset

:12:26. > :12:31.Scotland. I think it is difficult what to do. Can you see why they may

:12:32. > :12:34.want independence? Well you have to pave your tablets, you get free

:12:35. > :12:39.prescriptions, you already have a better deal. We are quite detached

:12:40. > :12:45.from it and think it would affect us, but of course that is

:12:46. > :12:46.from it and think it would affect Alex Smith believes the level of

:12:47. > :12:50.English engagement Alex Smith believes the level of

:12:51. > :12:52.referendum depends on which part of the country they live and how much

:12:53. > :12:55.of a campaign they the country they live and how much

:12:56. > :13:01.listening to. Too often, it seems the country they live and how much

:13:02. > :13:06.have descended into whether Scott -- Scotland will

:13:07. > :13:07.have descended into whether Scott -- if it is England's gift. I think

:13:08. > :13:13.have descended into whether Scott -- campaign have missed an opportunity.

:13:14. > :13:17.have descended into whether Scott -- Of course, people here will have no

:13:18. > :13:22.part to play when it comes to the vote in September, some may watch

:13:23. > :13:28.from the wings, others will want a front row seats. As for the Scottish

:13:29. > :13:36.play? Yes, it is yours. But we do it here, if that is OK? The flag that

:13:37. > :13:41.has marked years of record is taken down to mark England's National Day.

:13:42. > :13:44.There are now five months until the finale in Scotland, until we know

:13:45. > :13:52.when this could or could not be the shape of things to come.

:13:53. > :13:55.School pupils are just days away from the biggest shake up in the

:13:56. > :13:58.exams system for a, generation as Standard Grades are replaced by new

:13:59. > :14:01.qualifications. The Scottish Government has promised that there's

:14:02. > :14:05.no chance of a repeat of the exams crisis of 2000 where result. But the

:14:06. > :14:09.changes are controversial and some parents and teachers remain anxious.

:14:10. > :14:15.Our education correspondent Jamie McIvor reports.

:14:16. > :14:21.Encouraging words for students as they prepare for their exams. A

:14:22. > :14:23.reassurance for their parents. The new exams will be marked on time

:14:24. > :14:28.reassurance for their parents. The the results will be out on time,

:14:29. > :14:34.guaranteed. We're not talking about a new system. We are talking about

:14:35. > :14:36.new content. The agency is there. It is very highly regarded. What then

:14:37. > :14:46.is so different? is very highly regarded. What then

:14:47. > :14:49.The actual courses are just one year long, and there have been

:14:50. > :14:53.The actual courses are just one year what is taught in some subjects.

:14:54. > :14:59.This is perhaps what some parents are afraid of. The examination

:15:00. > :15:02.authority moved from chaos to the Malaysian...

:15:03. > :15:08.Thousands got the wrong results. But the exams agency said that won't

:15:09. > :15:12.happen. The markers are very ready and very

:15:13. > :15:17.prepare. We have done a lot of training with them and it will be a

:15:18. > :15:22.good summer. For some, the administration is not the concern,

:15:23. > :15:26.it is how ready youngsters are to sit them and stresses and

:15:27. > :15:34.bureaucracy for teachers. We need to look forward, but to look back at

:15:35. > :15:38.what happened. I've had members report that it has been their worst

:15:39. > :15:46.time ever. The exams are probably going to be dissected in a way they

:15:47. > :15:51.haven't been before. Ultimately, it'll be impossible to see how

:15:52. > :15:54.compared youngsters are until the results are out. But everyone has a

:15:55. > :15:58.promise now that the results themselves will not go wrong.

:15:59. > :16:00.A look at other stories from the across the country.

:16:01. > :16:03.Edward Snowden, the intelligence whistle-blower on the run from the

:16:04. > :16:07.American Government, has been installed as rector of Glasgow

:16:08. > :16:10.University. The former US National Security Agency worker fled last May

:16:11. > :16:16.after revealing classified details of extensive internet and phone

:16:17. > :16:26.surveillance. He has temporary asylum in Russia, from where he was

:16:27. > :16:29.able to address students. Unfortunately, it turns out I am

:16:30. > :16:34.barred from the United Kingdom on the grounds that my presence is

:16:35. > :16:38.considered detrimental to the public good. I figure shows that the

:16:39. > :16:43.students of this university have a different point of view. -- I think

:16:44. > :16:46.this shows. Footballers past and present have

:16:47. > :16:49.joined family and friends to pay their respects to the former Dundee

:16:50. > :16:53.United player Frank Kopel. The defender died last week at the age

:16:54. > :16:56.of 65 - he'd been suffering from dementia. A church service to

:16:57. > :16:59.celebrate his life was held in Kirriemiur. Frank Kopel made more

:17:00. > :17:00.than 400 appearances for United over ten years.

:17:01. > :17:04.The independent police watchdog says officers were justified in their use

:17:05. > :17:07.of a taser in an incident in Dumfries in which a 55-year-old man

:17:08. > :17:11.who was threatening suicide received an eye injury. It happened at the

:17:12. > :17:14.end of an all-night siege of a house in the Lochside area in February. It

:17:15. > :17:19.said the man's behaviour warranted using the device.

:17:20. > :17:22.An Aberdeen pensioner has thanked the driver who saved his life when

:17:23. > :17:25.he suffered a heart attack on board his bus. Shane Mitchell performed

:17:26. > :17:30.CPR when 72-year-old Allan McLean collapsed in February. His speedy

:17:31. > :17:43.response saved his life and prevented brain damage.

:17:44. > :17:58.Let's round up the sports news. Who do you think should be Scottish

:17:59. > :18:01.football's manager of the season? Well the four names on the players'

:18:02. > :18:11.union short list were announced today. Gordon Strachan is the best

:18:12. > :18:15.person to decide. Neil Lennon, Stuart McCall, Derek

:18:16. > :18:19.McInnis and Tommy Wright all in the running for a manager of the year

:18:20. > :18:26.and the Scotland manager full of praise. Neil Lennon has won the

:18:27. > :18:29.league. It is not easy to keep a team going, keep their concentration

:18:30. > :18:37.and application correct when it looks like it is easy but it is not.

:18:38. > :18:42.Stuart McCall, he has lost good players and replace them. Without

:18:43. > :18:49.spending any money. Phenomenal. Third in the league with chants of

:18:50. > :18:51.seconds. Derek McInnis, I think, with his coaching staff and

:18:52. > :18:59.players, they have Aberdeen alive again. In the morning, the place was

:19:00. > :19:05.full of Aberdeen fans. Tommy Wright, he had a great start to the season.

:19:06. > :19:10.Everybody sat up when they beat Rosenberg. Today was all about

:19:11. > :19:12.celebrating the success of managers currently operating in Scotland and

:19:13. > :19:17.less about the demise of the Scottish manager down south, David

:19:18. > :19:24.Moyes at Manchester United. David will be delighted that I have got

:19:25. > :19:28.nothing to say about it, because you don't want to get patronised as a

:19:29. > :19:32.manager. You don't want to speak about something you don't know much

:19:33. > :19:33.about. It will be relief for David to somebody to be quiet and shut

:19:34. > :19:40.their mouth. to somebody to be quiet and shut

:19:41. > :19:43.The Hearts player Jamie Hamill has been issued with a notice of

:19:44. > :19:46.complaint for excessive misconduct by the Scottish FA. It's after

:19:47. > :19:49.Hamill barged into the Ross County manager Derek Adams during the match

:19:50. > :19:54.at Tynecastle on Saturday, knocking him to the ground. The hearing will

:19:55. > :19:57.be on Thursday the 8th of May. Scotland's boxing team has been

:19:58. > :20:01.selected for the Commonwealth Games although there is one spot still up

:20:02. > :20:06.for grabs and it will be determined in dramatic fashion. Like Matt these

:20:07. > :20:11.boxers have a lot to live up to. Scotland have won a boxing medal at

:20:12. > :20:19.every Tom wealth games. Confidence is not in short supply here. In the

:20:20. > :20:24.car also it is less than two miles from the SECC. It is life changing.

:20:25. > :20:29.I am buzzing. I will train so far dance I will make sure that nobody

:20:30. > :20:34.is beating me. As the boxing line-up was announced, they were not quite

:20:35. > :20:43.all present and correct. One place is still up for grabs. Lewis spent

:20:44. > :20:47.in beat Conor Law in the recent Scottish Championships at

:20:48. > :20:54.welterweight. At the time, they thought he had done enough to make

:20:55. > :21:02.Team Scotland. This is my Glasgow 2014 spot sealed. Scotland's bottom

:21:03. > :21:04.authority is a points system to help select their team. They say the

:21:05. > :21:11.fearless way to separate these two is with a box of. I was upset

:21:12. > :21:14.because I thought after I won the Scottish I would be at the

:21:15. > :21:19.Commonwealth Games. But looking at everything Boxing Scotland have

:21:20. > :21:24.said, I understand the reasons for the box off and I have prepared like

:21:25. > :21:27.I do for every other fight. The one of fake is this Saturday. Only then

:21:28. > :21:33.will this team be complete. of fake is this Saturday. Only then

:21:34. > :21:37.Now, a look at what else is happening across Scottish sport.

:21:38. > :21:39.Here's Andy Murray again - this time because we asked him how his search

:21:40. > :21:43.for a new coach because we asked him how his search

:21:44. > :21:48.he has seven or eight candidates in mind - and still hopes to make an

:21:49. > :21:51.appointment by the end of May. It is hard because there is a lot of

:21:52. > :21:57.things that go into it, contracts and finances and stuff like that. I

:21:58. > :22:00.don't know exactly whether it will be done before then or not.

:22:27. > :22:37.wrestlers and para bowlers were announced today. I feel absolutely

:22:51. > :22:54.Thank you. It was the ultimate bedroom record label - set up by two

:22:55. > :22:58.friends, with the paperwork kept in a sock drawer. But Postcard Records

:22:59. > :23:01.went on to launch the careers of Orange Juice and Aztec Camera. Not

:23:02. > :23:04.to mention, a generation of Scottish indie bands. Thirty-five years on, a

:23:05. > :23:09.book has been published about the era. Our arts correspondent Pauline

:23:10. > :23:12.McLean took a tour with its author. This is the home of probably the

:23:13. > :23:15.most important record label in the world. Postcard Records. This is 185

:23:16. > :23:21.West Princes Street. From these humble beginnings grew a

:23:22. > :23:25.now legendary Scottish record label. Teenager Alan Horne kept the

:23:26. > :23:35.paperwork in his sock drawer and ran Postcard Records from his own flat.

:23:36. > :23:41.His co-creative Edwyn Collins and his band Orange Juice were probably

:23:42. > :23:45.the best-known signings. One of their very first gigs was at Glasgow

:23:46. > :23:49.School of Art where, according to this author, they inspired a whole

:23:50. > :23:53.generation of musicians. Without Postcard Records, you would not have

:23:54. > :23:55.had the whole 80s indie movement and bands like Primal Scream, Franz

:23:56. > :24:04.Ferdinand, you mentioned, pretty much the whole Scottish pop scene

:24:05. > :24:07.that happened in the '80s and '90s. They changed the perception of

:24:08. > :24:13.Glasgow and Scottish music, not just within the city and Scotland but

:24:14. > :24:17.internationally, the whole world. A lot has changed in the 35 years

:24:18. > :24:21.since but this little label remains an important part of Scotland's

:24:22. > :24:28.musical history. Slightly David and Goliath. It takes a lot of courage

:24:29. > :24:32.to make a record in Glasgow and put the copies in the back of an Austin

:24:33. > :24:36.Maxi and drive down to London and force the BBC to play it on air,

:24:37. > :24:45.which is what they did. So it was a real sort of gung-ho, kind of

:24:46. > :24:48.Jacobite spirit, attitude to it. Before the weather, news of a

:24:52. > :24:54.special programme looking back on the life of the You can see it

:24:55. > :25:03.tomorrow night on BBC One Scotland at 10.35. Time for the weather and

:25:04. > :25:07.Chris is at the map tonight. Good evening. It was a mixed bag of

:25:08. > :25:11.whether today. In the sunshine in the Moray coast, eating degrees, but

:25:12. > :25:15.in eastern parts with the low cloud, a measurable it. Fairly cloudy with

:25:16. > :25:19.some rain, this is the current satellite picture and as we head

:25:20. > :25:24.through towards tonight it's stays cloudy and indeed our with that rain

:25:25. > :25:28.starting to pep up. It will be wet night for many central part of the

:25:29. > :25:33.country but most of us will be in bed so we will not see it. Pretty

:25:34. > :25:36.mild with that cloud and rain around, temperature is no lower than

:25:37. > :25:40.a roundabout eight or nine Celsius and once again across the East

:25:41. > :25:45.Coast, low cloud, mist and murk developing. Despite the day tomorrow

:25:46. > :25:49.for eastern and northern parts of the country, cloudy and out at

:25:50. > :25:52.improving, elsewhere dry but the rain continues to journey north and

:25:53. > :25:55.north eastwards as we had through the day up towards the Northern

:25:56. > :25:58.Isles, which means that afternoon is a case of sunshine and showers,

:25:59. > :26:04.probably the best afternoon of the week. There will be showers around

:26:05. > :26:07.but fairly isolated, if you catch one day will be slow-moving and

:26:08. > :26:11.potentially fairly sharp. Still chilly down the east coast with the

:26:12. > :26:15.low cloud but in the West and the best of the sunshine, temperatures

:26:16. > :26:19.up to 16 or 17 degrees. Always the risk of one or two sharp showers. Or

:26:20. > :26:23.me and Shetland are cloudy and down through the afternoon. Into the

:26:24. > :26:30.evening and overnight, we hold onto those sunny skies, a pleasant end

:26:31. > :26:33.today. Some late evening sunshine. On the east coast, the low cloud,

:26:34. > :26:39.mist and murk really starting to form a drift inland. For the end of

:26:40. > :26:42.the week, on Friday, eastern parts of the country are cloudy and damp

:26:43. > :26:45.at times, further west is drier but cloudier than it will be tomorrow

:26:46. > :26:50.and temperatures taking a knock as well. For the weekend,

:26:51. > :26:54.disappointing. Low pressure from the in control of our weather, it means

:26:55. > :26:58.unsettled conditions, cloudy at times, bands of showers and rain.

:26:59. > :27:00.Edwin Fischer rose, at times there will be the odd break to spell to

:27:01. > :27:14.enjoy. Hopefully. The brother of the Duchess of

:27:15. > :27:18.Cornwall has died in New York in hospital following a fall. And that

:27:19. > :27:22.is Reporting Scotland. Good night.
