:02:26. > :02:31.Lanarkshire hospitals. Within weeks, NHS Lanarkshire confirmed it
:02:32. > :02:36.was reviewing its plans in light of the cabinet secretary having
:02:37. > :02:39.expressed reservations. His intervention seems to have been
:02:40. > :02:44.effective. Hours after making it, he removed himself from future
:02:45. > :02:48.decision-making to avoid the perception of a conflict of
:02:49. > :02:54.interest. His critics say if he was right to do that then, he should
:02:55. > :03:01.have done so before he sought to influence the clean decision at
:03:02. > :03:07.Monklands. Although the hospital is situated in my constituency, it
:03:08. > :03:13.services the whole of Lancashire, up to Wishaw, up to 10% of the entire
:03:14. > :03:20.Scottish population. Mental health for the entire nation of Scotland we
:03:21. > :03:24.were talking about. The First Minister defended his Health
:03:25. > :03:32.Secretary during the debate. When it came to the vote... The motion is

:03:54. > :03:58.Neil? I am sure he would have preferred to be the First Minister

:04:08. > :04:12.had intervened to save the service in the NHS. It may be that Alex Neil

:04:26. > :04:28.Monklands Hospital. There are some on his side who say this has been
:04:29. > :04:33.got up by the opposition as part of a wider campaign to attack the SNP

:04:38. > :04:43.just Labour, Conservative and Liberal Democrat who voted against

:10:22. > :10:27.Livingston, even the bread is baked from scratch. Chefs are frustrated
:10:28. > :10:31.at the bad press. When I first worked here, I could not believe
:10:32. > :10:36.what they do in this kitchen. It is unbelievable. I think a lot of
:10:37. > :10:39.people say it is hospital food and therefore it will be bad. We are
:10:40. > :10:44.trying to get away from people thinking that because it is not

:10:53. > :10:57.exciting. All the other hospitals are doing it and it is for the NHS
:10:58. > :11:02.so it is exciting. We have never been in a competition with the NHS.
