:00:24. > :00:26.Education, argues pupils should be able to continue studying in their

:00:27. > :00:30.own area until the age of 16. The council says the changes are needed

:00:31. > :00:33.because of falling school rolls and the current model of Junior

:00:34. > :00:41.High Schools does not fit in with the new Curriculum for Excellence.

:00:42. > :00:51.On the march, people of all ages and backgrounds take to the streets.

:00:52. > :00:58.They are protesting against plans to change junior high school

:00:59. > :01:04.arrangements. They want the value given to rural schools, they want to

:01:05. > :01:11.see them supported. The Highland Council argues that the current

:01:12. > :01:22.model is too expensive and does not fit in with the new curriculum for

:01:26. > :01:35.authority in Scotland and recently cannot afford to do that any

:01:36. > :01:37.longer. No decision has yet been taken and what the future of

:01:38. > :01:47.education in the islands will be. Toy maker Lego has forced

:01:48. > :01:50.the UK government to stop using its characters to

:01:51. > :01:52.illustrate a campaign The Treasury has removed a series

:01:53. > :01:57.of images of Lego from an item about the economics of independence on its
