:02:51. > :02:54.from Salford. Today the Prime Minister put both at the forefront
:02:55. > :03:00.of the nation 's thoughts. Nothing will ring back David and Alain,
:03:01. > :03:04.their courage and selflessness stand in stark contrast to the empty
:03:05. > :03:09.callousness of their murderers. Their friends and families should be
:03:10. > :03:13.proud of them. As we are. They were the best of British, and they will
:03:14. > :03:20.be remembered long after the murderers of Isil are forgotten.

:09:53. > :10:00.areas that were part of the original tram plan. It would be a good idea,
:10:01. > :10:07.completing the circle. And it will bring people down here. We have
:10:08. > :10:12.already had so much disruption. Carry on and do it right. The money
:10:13. > :10:19.would need to be borrowed, paying initial costs using dividends from
:10:20. > :10:22.the bus company until the new line turns a profit. This academic
:10:23. > :10:28.believes that trams could ultimately be good for the City but warns of
:10:29. > :10:33.potential risks. The benefit cost ratio is not particularly good, only
:10:34. > :10:37.1.6. I would want more information about the risks and what happens if
:10:38. > :10:43.things go wrong, particularly what happens if revenue is not as high as
