:01:14. > :01:16.and flooding properties behind us, so we have mobilised our defences

:01:17. > :01:24.and put them at this point in anticipation the water will take the

:01:25. > :01:30.same path again. Behind me you might just see lights burning upstairs,

:01:31. > :01:35.this is where they approached and I is being correlated from. There are

:01:36. > :01:40.people here from the Scottish Hydro board trying to reconnect people.

:01:41. > :01:43.But it is not just Ballater badly affected, Braemar was badly affected

:01:54. > :01:57.no phone signal, no landlines, no mobile phones. I had from the police

:02:04. > :02:06.providing an emergency telecommunication centre next in the

:02:07. > :02:12.Fife Arms Hotel, and the Red Cross are providing a similar facility to

:02:13. > :02:17.assist the affected community. People will be will to make phone

:02:18. > :02:28.calls tonight hopefully? That is our understanding and are open. -- that

:02:29. > :02:32.is our hope. The problem is this persistent rain. Has been raining
