:01:31. > :01:34.concerns were raised. Sophia Williams was taken
:01:35. > :01:36.to the Sick Children's Police Scotland say she died
:01:37. > :01:41.there earlier today. The death is being treated
:01:42. > :01:46.as unexplained. The Children's Commissioner has
:01:47. > :01:48.attacked campaigners who've used the death of toddler Liam Fee
:01:49. > :01:52.to further their campaign against the Scottish Government's
:01:53. > :01:55.Named Person initiative. Tam Baillie says it's
:01:56. > :02:15.unforgivable to link the two. Could the murder of Liam Fee have
:02:16. > :02:19.been avoided? Last me -- last week, his mother and her partner were
