:01:22. > :01:37.The Named Person scheme comes into play in August, the month that Liam

:01:38. > :01:38.Fee would have been five years old. The Scottish Government insists

:01:39. > :01:40.Liam Fee's death has absolutely nothing to do

:01:41. > :01:42.with the Named Person policy. Three men have been taken

:01:43. > :01:45.to hospital in Glasgow, after a serious disturbance this

:01:46. > :01:47.afternoon in Cardowan Police say they believe

:01:48. > :01:50.it was a targetted attack. The emergency services went

:01:51. > :01:52.to Frankfield Road after a number Specialist units were deployed,

:01:53. > :01:56.including the police helicopter, The three men are said to be
