:00:21. > :00:23.However, Nicola Sturgeon's opponents say she's sending mixed

:00:24. > :00:26.The comments came as referendum campaigning resumed

:00:27. > :00:44.Today, slowly but surely, campaigning in Scotland ahead of the

:00:45. > :00:48.EU referendum began to get back to normal. Supporters of a vote to

:00:49. > :00:52.leave the European Union were out on the streets of Glasgow in the hope

:00:53. > :00:56.of winning more backers. In Edinburgh, Remain side was making

:00:57. > :01:02.its case. Also campaigning today, the First Minister. Nicola Sturgeon

:01:03. > :01:06.says a second independence referendum could be triggered if the

:01:07. > :01:12.rest of the UK votes to leave the EU but Scotland does not. But she wants

:01:13. > :01:17.the UK to stay and had this message for votes. If you are basing your

:01:18. > :01:21.decision, and I am not, but if you are basing it on what you think is

:01:22. > :01:25.best for the case of Scottish independence, do not votes to leave.

:01:26. > :01:32.Vote to remain. Conservative MSP Graham Simpson who

:01:33. > :01:36.votes for Brexit says that put the SNP at odds with their votes. It is

:01:37. > :01:42.simply not credible that every single SNP parliamentarian things

:01:43. > :01:47.the same way on this issue. If you are a national list, which clearly I

:02:03. > :02:04.knows the gesture of a link but this Yorkshire constituency. There is

:02:05. > :02:10.campaign has brought controversial issues like immigration to the

:02:11. > :02:16.forefront of the public debate, so could there be now a change in the

:02:17. > :02:20.days before the vote? I think it will cause those in the forefront of

:02:21. > :02:26.the campaign to be a little more careful with their words, but I do

:02:27. > :02:33.not hold with the view that this murder had anything, or was directly

:02:34. > :02:39.to do with some of the more unpleasant aspects of the campaign.

:02:40. > :02:45.So after a tragic event which has united political opponents in grief,

:02:46. > :02:46.it is now on to a final push for arguments before voters go to the

:02:55. > :03:03.of the river today, while an online fundraising drive

:03:04. > :03:05.is asking for contributions towards her funeral costs

:03:06. > :03:15.and to support her children. Kirsty Aitchison had been at a

:03:16. > :03:19.social event for the deaf community last Saturday afternoon and was last

:03:20. > :03:26.seen by friends leaving a bar and Sauchiehall Street at three on

:03:27. > :03:30.Sunday morning. She was captured on CCTV holding her high heels and

:03:31. > :03:35.walking barefoot. Extensive searches were organised involving police

:03:36. > :03:40.divers and an air support unit. Those close to her organised

:03:55. > :03:57.First Minister Nicola Sturgeon will confirm the plans

:03:58. > :03:59.when she addresses the Royal College of Nursing Congress

:04:00. > :04:02.She will say that discussions will begin over the summer,

:04:03. > :04:05.with the aim of putting health staffing on a statutory basis.

:04:06. > :04:08.The RCN welcomed the promise, but said it would only work
