:02:55. > :02:56.public health implications. Needle sharing has led to a rise in
:02:57. > :02:58.infections, such as HIV and botulism. Copenhagen is one of many
:02:59. > :03:04.places around Europe offering users the chance to receive medical grade
:03:05. > :03:07.heroin under supervision. These ideas are one's health officials
:03:08. > :03:16.here would like to explore to save lives and money. There would be a
:03:17. > :03:19.cost benefit, cost reduction to the health services. Prisons, the
:03:20. > :03:26.criminal justice systems, housing, except read. We had three new

:04:41. > :04:48.difference. If there is no overtime available, the public will suffer.

:04:53. > :04:55.country. They are a positive partner in our approach to tackling some of
:04:56. > :04:59.the issues we have in our country. They are taking forward some of the

:05:05. > :05:06.to trying to insure our communities remain safe.

:05:09. > :05:13.And there's been another rise in the number of Scots who're in work.

:06:39. > :06:43.workers in the company. As we grow, the impact of the honours is that we

:06:45. > :06:46.now. but the unemployment rate
