:01:13. > :01:14.He believed Mr Shah was disrespecting
:01:15. > :01:20.Ahmed was so deeply offended that he decided he had to kill him.
:01:21. > :01:23.A crime, the judge noted today as she addressed Ahmed, that he has
:01:24. > :01:33.It is clear that you are proud of what you did.
:01:34. > :01:36.And you do not consider what you did was wrong.
:01:37. > :01:38.What is particularly disturbing from some of your latest comments
:01:39. > :01:40.to the social worker who prepared the court report,
:01:41. > :01:44.is the fact that if met with similar circumstances in the future
:01:45. > :01:52.You seem oblivious to the fact you have devastated a family,
:01:53. > :01:57.the family of Mr Shah, leaving them bereft of a much-loved
:01:58. > :02:03.Immediately after the judge sentenced Ahmed to life
:02:04. > :02:06.with a minimum of 27 years, he raised his arm and shouted
:02:07. > :02:13.Members of Ahmed's family and community in Bradford,
:02:14. > :02:15.mostly left the court without comment, but this man
:02:16. > :02:31.He is respecting his prophet, what is wrong with that?
:02:32. > :02:33.Do you think the sentence was fair? No.
:02:34. > :02:36.There is no doubt that the barbaric murder of Asad Shah
:02:37. > :02:43.But the judge has accepted that it wasn't motivated by a grudge
:02:44. > :02:47.against the Muslim community, of which Mr Shah was a member.
:02:48. > :02:52.Instead, this was a specific attack on Mr Shah because Tanveer Ahmed
:02:53. > :02:56.believed that he had disrespected Islam.
:02:57. > :03:05.The judge's comments that there is no place for such
:03:06. > :03:10.intolerance echoed today by the community.
:03:11. > :03:12.He shouldn't be shown any kind of love.
