:01:58. > :01:59.outside your house, your bike is getting stolen.

:02:01. > :02:05.Kids who are inexperienced are jumping on these bikes, flying
:02:06. > :02:08.Putting lives in danger and also themselves.
:02:09. > :02:10.There has been a 22% increase in vehicle theft
:02:11. > :02:21.Tourists and locals have been targeted.
:02:22. > :02:24.This theft took place in the city centre only a month ago.
:02:25. > :02:27.In June, a 14-year-old boy was killed driving a stolen bike
:02:28. > :02:34.but that has not stopped the escalation in theft and violence.
:02:35. > :02:36.Despite nearly 30 arrests, we have not seen many
:02:37. > :02:43.They will meet with community members next week as they continue
