:00:19. > :00:22.at the family home of Tanveer Ahmed in the city of Mirpur on Monday.

:00:23. > :00:26.Ahmed is serving a life sentence for the murder of Mr Shah,

:00:27. > :00:28.whom he claimed had insulted the Prophet Muhammad in videos

:00:29. > :00:34.But, as our Pakistan correspondent Secunder Kermani reports,

:00:35. > :00:42.he continues to inspire extremists in his home country.

:00:43. > :00:45.Outside the family home of Tanveer Ahmed in the city

:00:46. > :00:48.of Mirpur, a 400-odd-strong crowd shouting slogans praising him.

:00:49. > :00:51.But he's not here, he's in jail in Scotland.

:00:52. > :00:57.Last year he killed Glasgow shopkeeper Asad Shah,

:00:58. > :01:00.who is from the persecuted Ahmadiyya sect.

:01:01. > :01:04.He believed Asad Shah committed blasphemy by claiming in online

:01:05. > :01:09.For many here, though, that killing was justified.

:01:10. > :01:16.TRANSLATION: Before, nobody knew who he was,

:01:17. > :01:20.now after what he did, God has made him so famous

:01:21. > :01:26.that the whole of Pakistan and even people abroad have heard of him.

:01:27. > :01:30.This gathering has been organised by a hardline but popular Pakistani

:01:31. > :01:36.cleric who leads the anti-blasphemy movement in Pakistan.

:01:37. > :01:39.But he is not here either, he is under house arrest.

:01:40. > :01:42.We met him at another rally earlier this month, where he got

:01:43. > :01:48.They are chanting, prophet of God, I am here.

:01:49. > :01:52.It has become the rallying cry of the anti-blasphemy movement,

:01:53. > :01:57.but it is also the slogan Tanveer Ahmed shouted defiantly

:01:58. > :02:03.at a court in Scotland as he was sentenced.

:02:04. > :02:07.The cleric's social media pages heavily promote Tanveer Ahmed,

:02:08. > :02:10.and have even released audio messages sent by him

:02:11. > :02:22.Like this one, where he says the penalty for blasphemy is death.

:02:23. > :02:26.Rizvi says he has spoken to Tanveer Ahmed from jail

:02:27. > :02:32.TRANSLATION: We are proud of the fact he has killed,

:02:33. > :02:36.I'm proud of the fact that we are in contact.

:02:37. > :02:40.Lots of Muslims would say one of the central characteristics

:02:41. > :02:45.of the Prophet was to show forgiveness and he forgive

:02:46. > :02:51.Even if the Prophet forgave somebody, it was his personal

:02:52. > :02:55.right to forgive them, but his followers do not

:02:56. > :02:59.have the right to forgive someone who has insulted him.

:03:00. > :03:04.The Scottish Prison Service has put a stop to Ahmed's audio messages,

:03:05. > :03:09.but Rizvi says his support in Pakistan will continue to grow.

:03:10. > :03:12.In Asad Shah's mosque in Glasgow there is real concern

:03:13. > :03:17.Pakistan has got a problem and this problem is being

:03:18. > :03:28.The events which happened in Glasgow is an example of the same.

:03:29. > :03:31.Tanveer Ahmed's crime was carried out in Britain, but was inspired

:03:32. > :03:44.Now it seems it's his turn to inspire others.

:03:45. > :03:50.Police in Suffolk investigating the disappearance of Scots airman

:03:51. > :03:53.Corrie Mckeague have arrested a man on suspicion of attempting

:03:54. > :03:58.It comes as officers prepare to search a landfill site

:03:59. > :04:01.in their search for Mr McKeague, who was based at RAF Honington.

:04:02. > :04:03.Alex Dunlop reports from the landfill site

:04:04. > :04:07.Suffolk police are giving a few details except to say they have

:04:08. > :04:10.arrested a 26-year-old man this morning.

:04:11. > :04:12.They are interviewing him on suspicion of attempting

:04:13. > :04:16.to pervert the course of justice, relating, they say, to information

:04:17. > :04:23.Significantly perhaps, he's the first, the only person

:04:24. > :04:26.to be arrested since Corrie McKeague went missing from the market town

:04:27. > :04:32.The 23-year-old airman from Fife were stationed at an RAF base

:04:33. > :04:35.near Bury and was last picked up on CCTV in the town centre

:04:36. > :04:39.after a night out with friends on the 24th of September.

:04:40. > :04:42.Police say the arrested man is not the driver of the bin lorry

:04:43. > :04:45.which delivered refuse to this massive landfill

:04:46. > :04:58.It had collected a bin from the area where Mr McKeague was last seen.

:04:59. > :05:02.The theories he may have fallen into or been placed in one of these

:05:03. > :05:04.commercial bins in this car park behind some shops.

:05:05. > :05:07.Police accept there is a real chance that Corrie McKeague has died

:05:08. > :05:09.and that his body may be buried somewhere in this

:05:10. > :05:15.for officers to start their search, which will happen in

:05:16. > :05:23.It is a grim task and will take several weeks.

:05:24. > :05:27.MSPs have been hearing how a school support worker who wanted to find

:05:28. > :05:28.out about Asperger's Syndrome so they could help

:05:29. > :05:31.a child was told to watch an American comedy programme.

:05:32. > :05:34.The claim was made to a committee investigating whether children

:05:35. > :05:38.with additional support needs are getting the help they need.

:05:39. > :05:41.There's concern the quality of provision and staff training

:05:51. > :05:52.Park Hill School in Glasgow helps youngsters who need

:05:53. > :06:01.This replica of a hotel bedroom is for courses which could lead

:06:02. > :06:06.All of the pupils have faced real challenges

:06:07. > :06:11.What would you like to do after school?

:06:12. > :06:15.I would like to work in the Hilton and from there become manager.

:06:16. > :06:19.The presumption nowadays is for youngsters with additional

:06:20. > :06:23.special needs is to remain in mainstream schools,

:06:24. > :06:25.but for some the better option is a specialist

:06:26. > :06:31.MSPs are examining the issue and heard from a parent of a child

:06:32. > :06:34.who had a difficult experience in a mainstream school.

:06:35. > :06:39.My son was in primary six and played with the primary twos,

:06:40. > :06:42.which led to the other primary sixes making fun of him.

:06:43. > :06:45.He is now in a class where there are mixed ages

:06:46. > :06:49.and abilities and gets on great and has a peer group.

:06:50. > :06:52.Almost a quarter of children need some additional support.

:06:53. > :06:55.The phrase covers everything from serious physical

:06:56. > :06:59.handicaps to coping with bullying or bereavement.

:07:00. > :07:04.It was even claimed one support worker was told to watch this

:07:05. > :07:08.TV comedy to find out about a form of autism.

:07:09. > :07:14.Just this once you can count me as people too.

:07:15. > :07:17.I was in a school and asked a member of staff working

:07:18. > :07:21.specifically with the children with Asperger's syndrome

:07:22. > :07:24.what training had she had in Asperger's syndrome and she said

:07:25. > :07:26.she was told to watch the Big Bang theory.

:07:27. > :07:29.That is the level of training we have got now in schools.

:07:30. > :07:31.And some teachers have worries about whether the right help

:07:32. > :07:40.And again, that's down to, obviously, budget cuts.

:07:41. > :07:43.Our school has seen educational psychologists for one or two

:07:44. > :07:45.hours a month if you're lucky, that's not good enough.

:07:46. > :07:48.Few would say it's wrong in principle principle to try keep

:07:49. > :07:56.Students at Park Hill are the exception, not the rule.

:07:57. > :08:05.But nationally, there are questions over how things sometimes work out.

:09:41. > :09:47.In Scotland, the proportion of women who decided to terminate a pregnancy

:09:48. > :09:50.following a diagnosis of Down's Syndrome has
