:00:47. > :00:50.He never strays too far from his father, enjoying being part
:00:51. > :00:55.of the family he had not seen for five years.

:01:09. > :01:10.They lost Mohamed during a bombing raid.
:01:11. > :01:12.They searched for him but were told he was dead.
:01:13. > :01:16.Years later, after the rest of the family had fled Syria,
:01:17. > :01:18.a relative got a message out to say their son was alive.
:01:19. > :01:20.TRANSLATION: It has been a long time.
:01:21. > :01:26.He really felt desperate until he would come
:01:27. > :01:35.His father twice smuggled himself back into Syria
:01:36. > :01:40.Now relocated in Scotland, the family pleaded for help,
:01:41. > :01:42.and against all the odds, a rescue mission was mounted
:01:43. > :01:48.and Mohamed arrived in Scotland a few weeks ago.
:01:49. > :01:53.TRANSLATION: The operation went a very secret way and no
:01:54. > :02:00.information was revealed to us, just for his protection.
:02:01. > :02:03.The lack of information made me sometimes worried,
:02:04. > :02:05.sometimes concerned, but I always knew that it was going
:02:06. > :02:12.The family's plight hit the headlines when it was raised
:02:13. > :02:15.in Westminster by their local MP last year.
:02:16. > :02:18.In the background, a support team from Midlothian Council lived every
:02:19. > :02:24.On the phone to the Home Office everyday in my office.
:02:25. > :02:30.The team was there to make sure the family was supported and no
:02:31. > :02:33.stone left unturned to make sure Mohammed could get here.
:02:34. > :02:39.Beyond that, there are those we do not know, people on the ground
:02:40. > :02:46.We will never know who they are and we can't thank them
:02:47. > :02:50.We will probably never know how he was brought here to Midlothian
:02:51. > :02:55.Syria is still incredibly dangerous and the agencies involved will not
:02:56. > :03:01.talk about it because it might jeopardise future operations.
:03:02. > :03:04.TRANSLATION: He has been denied from his childhood life so I hope
:03:05. > :03:12.this new life will bring him back some childhood memories.
:03:13. > :03:14.The funeral has taken place of the Celtic great
:03:15. > :03:19.Hundreds of fans turned out to pay their last respects
:03:20. > :03:21.as the funeral procession set off from Celtic Park this morning.
