:00:18. > :00:22.BP has been running it since production started.

:00:23. > :00:24.Its new owners, INEOS, already own the Grangemouth refinery

:00:56. > :00:58.was the vital link that made it viable.

:00:59. > :01:01.Since then it has carried the lion's share of 43

:01:02. > :01:03.billion barrels of oil from the North Sea.

:01:04. > :01:05.The system covers oil and gas from 40 offshore installations

:01:06. > :01:08.from 40 operators to a single landing point and then it goes

:01:09. > :01:11.through three pumping stations to Grangemouth and a terminal by the

:01:12. > :01:14.BP and all associated with them have been in the forefront

:01:15. > :01:16.of achievement on our continental shelf...

:01:17. > :01:19.When BP started operating it the company was half owned by the

:01:20. > :01:22.It is now selling it to INEOS which already owns Grangemouth

:01:23. > :01:34.INEOS have a lot of skills in running assets efficiently

:01:35. > :01:40.the same skills to the pipeline system, we are trying to extract

:01:41. > :01:42.maximum economic value out of what is, everyone understands,

:01:43. > :01:45.is a declining stock of oil and gas in the North Sea.

:01:46. > :01:50.BP insists it is still committed to the North Sea and

:01:51. > :01:52.investments like this platform West of Shetland

:01:53. > :01:56.It's about what skills are best for which assets,

:01:57. > :02:09.we are exploring and drilling wells, etc, but for INEOS, they have

:02:10. > :02:10.experience and they'll be taking Fourties pipeline

:02:53. > :02:54.plant here is only half of what it was at peak

:02:55. > :02:57.production for the North Sea but and is reckoned that it

:03:47. > :03:50.he's a democratic, busily opposed to President John's climate change

:03:51. > :03:54.scepticism and in that regard, he shares that position with Nicola

:03:55. > :04:00.Sturgeon. -- President Trump. She Tommy afterwards it was a great

:04:01. > :04:03.meeting. I have met once before and there is a great deal of common

:04:04. > :04:06.interest between California and Scotland when it comes to tackling

:04:07. > :04:10.climate change. We share the same ambitions and we were talking today

:04:11. > :04:13.about areas where we might collaborative in the future,

:04:14. > :04:20.particularly around offshore wind. The First Minister is now travelling

:04:21. > :04:24.to California's Silicon Valley four discussions with business leaders

:04:50. > :04:58.Woking up an appetite, these fitness fanatics in Glasgow

:04:59. > :05:06.regularly squeeze in an exercise class in their lunch hour.

:05:07. > :05:11.day, gives you a better outlook, something to do when I go back to

:05:12. > :05:14.work I am energised, refreshed, focused.

:05:15. > :05:16.You just end up putting on weight when you work in

:05:17. > :05:20.It makes me feel good, means I can get away

:05:21. > :05:27.hour, come to the gym, meet people, and it keeps me fit.

:05:28. > :05:29.It seems so simple but the British Heart

:05:30. > :05:34.Foundation say not enough of us are doing it.

:05:35. > :05:36.The charity estimates 1.6 million people in Scotland are physically

:06:02. > :06:04.spread over a few days of something that gets the heart

:06:05. > :06:10.moving, a brisk walk, running or cycling.

:06:11. > :06:17.For some people that is part of their daily

:06:18. > :06:21.Inactivity is something that can really creep up on you.

:06:22. > :06:24.And apparently it is creeping up on around one quarter of us.

:06:25. > :06:25.Of course you will find people sweating

:06:26. > :06:28.in the gym but just a few hundred yards away

:06:29. > :06:30.how active are people on the streets outside?

:06:31. > :06:32.I didn't figure that I was unfit until a doctor

:06:33. > :06:35.actually said, you need to do more exercise than just walking.

:06:36. > :06:37.Not a lot of people do sport, I can't

:06:38. > :06:43.think of one of my friendship group that does it.

:06:44. > :06:47.I see lots of many people walking on the streets, maybe

:06:48. > :06:49.they are going in taxis than they should walk.

:06:50. > :06:51.The British Heart Foundation say it is no laughing

:06:52. > :06:54.matter and doing regular vigorous exercise like this will

:07:15. > :07:16.after she was filmed by Menie Golf Resort staff

:07:17. > :07:20.She says filming was a breach of data protection law.

:07:21. > :07:33.Rohan Beyts, left, arrives at court, one woman taking on a large company,

:07:34. > :07:37.she's making a claim against Donald Trump's

:07:38. > :07:42.This is her at home, she told the court she likes to take

:07:43. > :07:46.long walks, on April 11 last year she went for a walk on

:07:47. > :07:57.She passed the golf course, when she was on the beach she

:07:58. > :07:58.realised she needed the toilet urgently.

:07:59. > :08:01.She said she went into the sand dunes where she thought no one

:08:02. > :08:04.could see her and she said she followed mountaineering Scotland

:08:05. > :08:06.guidelines on what to do if you need to go outdoors.

:08:07. > :08:09.Three days later there was a knock at the door and police

:08:10. > :08:12.charged her with relating in a public place in a manner

:08:13. > :08:14.which would have caused or was likely to have

:08:15. > :08:25.She said that she was shocked to think that she was in

:08:26. > :08:28.Police later said that three men, two of whom

:08:29. > :08:30.were employed by the development, had secretly filmed her.

:08:31. > :08:32.She said she knew she hadn't done anything

:08:33. > :08:34.wrong and the Procurator Fiscal took no action.

:08:35. > :08:38.But, upset, she took out a claim instead.

:08:39. > :08:40.I felt that people should not be filmed when they are

:08:41. > :08:43.out in the country doing something that...

:08:44. > :08:48.It is something that many walkers, many climbers, people who

:08:49. > :08:54.It is a fact of life, there are not toilets out

:08:55. > :09:00.At the time Trump International wasn't licensed to

:09:01. > :09:10.hold such data, in view of strict data legislation laws, Rohan Beyts

:09:11. > :09:14.said she made no secret of the fact that he opposed the development

:09:15. > :09:16.from the early stages and was involved in a Facebook page,

:09:25. > :09:27.The case will be heard again tomorrow.

:09:28. > :09:29.After Celtic's league title win at the weekend,

:09:30. > :09:34.their manager Brendan Rodgers has assured fans he's

:09:35. > :09:44.Here's our senior football reporter Chris McLaughlin.

:09:45. > :09:48.If you are happy and you know it, raise the flag.

:09:49. > :09:54.At the Celtic training ground today it was pretty

:09:55. > :10:06.This was them powering their way past Hearts yesterday.

:10:07. > :10:11.Like so often this season they put on a show to go with the

:10:12. > :10:14.The architect of the club's success was once again the

:10:15. > :10:25.When you shine in Scotland, it is often noticed in England.

:10:26. > :10:28.The man who has been now is not interested for now.

:10:29. > :10:30.18 months after the Liverpool job, I was

:10:31. > :10:38.The other reality is his players are on course

:10:39. > :10:42.for a treble and a possible season unbeaten.

:10:43. > :10:46.I know you do not like to talk about it but there must be

:10:47. > :10:52.something you focus on in that dressing room.

:10:53. > :10:59.It would be very nice to do. Of course.

:11:00. > :11:02.It is the history that people talk about for years and

:11:03. > :11:06.To get the squad to do that, I believe we have the potential.

:11:07. > :11:08.We just need to keep working hard, as I

:11:09. > :11:14.But they know when they do they get the rewards.

:11:15. > :11:16.It's over to Kirsteen now with the weather forecast

:11:17. > :11:28.Good evening. A cloudy wet evening across most of the country. That

:11:29. > :11:33.trend will continue to clear way into the North Sea leaving largely

:11:34. > :11:38.dry conditions behind it, some clear spells, allowing a touch of frost to

:11:39. > :11:42.develop in the sheltered these. Some showers moving in and they will be

:11:43. > :11:46.accompanied by a brisk westerly winds. Tomorrow gets off to a

:11:47. > :11:50.reasonably dry start. If you are heading out around eight o'clock

:11:51. > :11:53.tomorrow morning, expect some brightness, sunshine across much of

:11:54. > :11:57.southern, central and eastern Scotland. The chilly start however

:11:58. > :12:02.particularly so in the eaves. Always that bit more in the way of cloud

:12:03. > :12:08.across the north. Showers affecting the Western Isles. Also strong to

:12:09. > :12:13.gale force winds across the foul north during the day and increasing

:12:14. > :12:17.further towards the evening. During tomorrow, the cloud will tend to

:12:18. > :12:21.spill in from the north west. There will still be some hints of

:12:22. > :12:26.brightness and sunshine at times. The showers will continue to affect

:12:27. > :12:30.the far north. Across the UK as a whole, a fine afternoon to come

:12:31. > :12:34.across Northern Ireland and after a fairly cloudy, damp start across

:12:35. > :12:40.much of Wales and the south-west of England, it is an improving picture

:12:41. > :12:44.tomorrow afternoon. Some and sunshine. Across East Anglia and the

:12:45. > :12:48.south-east of England, remaining fairly cloudy with outbreaks of

:12:49. > :12:51.rain. Temperatures down a notch on today's values and for us in

:12:52. > :12:55.Scotland, somewhat fresher feel than we have been used to of late with

:12:56. > :12:59.these winds. During tomorrow evening, the winds will strengthen

:13:00. > :13:03.further across the Northern Isles reaching severe gale force for a

:13:04. > :13:06.time and only very gradually easing during tomorrow night. As we look

:13:07. > :13:11.ahead to Wednesday, and indeed over the next few days, we have this area

:13:12. > :13:15.of high pressure moving in from the self which will result in largely

:13:16. > :13:19.dry and settled conditions although we always hold onto that bit more in

:13:20. > :13:21.the way of cloud and a breeze in the north. That is the forecast.

:13:22. > :13:25.Our next update is during Breakfast at 6:25 tomorrow morning.

:13:26. > :13:28.From everyone on the late team here in Glasgow
