:05:44. > :05:46.have the Scottish party leaders been up to? Each pursuing their own
:05:47. > :05:54.agenda. Labour arguing they are in pole position in several key SNP
:05:55. > :06:01.seats. The Conservatives are talking about delays in receiving NHS
:06:02. > :06:05.treatment. The Liberal Democrats also talking about the NHS but
:06:06. > :06:09.talking about there being some 200 GPs in Scotland from the EU and
:06:10. > :06:15.arguing that that is placed in jeopardy by Brexit. The SNP said the
:06:16. > :06:19.Conservatives are planning five more years of austerity, they say that is
:06:20. > :06:25.disclosed by the Institute for Fiscal Studies and they argue Labour
:06:26. > :06:28.are not keen or eager to tackle that. Thank you.

:06:31. > :06:33.A Labour minority administration is to run West Lothian Council,
:06:34. > :06:35.even though the SNP has more councillors locally.

:06:42. > :06:46.It's now three weeks since the council elections,
:06:47. > :06:49.and there wasn't a single council where one political party

:06:58. > :07:01.the biggest party has to be part of the administration.
:07:02. > :07:04.But, yes, there are a number of prominent examples of the biggest
