:02:06. > :02:07.the question on most people's lips in Liverpool is simple,

:02:08. > :02:15.Mr Corbyn was returned with a bigger mandate than last year but as far

:02:16. > :02:18.as many of his MPs are concerned, he is still

:02:19. > :02:23.The party leader in Scotland has frequently criticised Jeremy Corbyn,

:02:24. > :02:25.but since his re-election, Kezia Dugdale has been accused

:02:26. > :02:34.In which logical universe is saying that Jeremy Corbyn's chances

:02:35. > :02:40.of winning a general election are slim to nonexistent and I stick

:02:41. > :02:44.by that comment, then saying Jeremy Corbyn can win

:02:45. > :02:48.a general election, in which universe are those

:02:49. > :02:54.The only way the Labour leader can lead a successful

:03:03. > :03:04.from Corbyn to Labour MPs, the duties on myself as well

:03:05. > :03:10.I want to work with Jeremy Corbyn to make that work.

:03:11. > :03:13.Away from the question there are plans to give the Scottish

:03:21. > :03:27.In terms of the Scottish and Labour seats on the NEC, we would

:03:28. > :03:32.prefer that to be elected as opposed to appointed.

:03:33. > :03:35.Our delegation will discuss that tomorrow.

:03:36. > :03:42.Indeed, all trade unions, when they made the submission

:03:43. > :03:44.sought additional seats for Scotland and Wales,

:03:45. > :03:47.but on the basis that it would be elected.

:04:39. > :04:53.Now Kirsteen with the weather outlook for tonight and tomorrow.

:04:54. > :04:59.Thank you. Good evening. The beginning of the working week is

:05:00. > :05:03.upon us and over the next few days, the weather is looking rather

:05:04. > :05:09.unsettled. Tonight is looking dry from many others, with clear spells.

:05:10. > :05:13.A chilly night under clear skies for some sheltered rural areas, with

:05:14. > :05:17.perhaps a touch of frost and we continue to see showers across the

:05:18. > :05:21.north-west. Tomorrow, dry weather but we will continue to see showers

:05:22. > :05:27.across the north-west. Some sunshine around at 8am tomorrow across the

:05:28. > :05:34.Northern Isles and much of the North East. But quite a chilly start.

:05:35. > :05:37.Showers continue across the Western Isles and through the Northwest

:05:38. > :05:43.Highlands tomorrow morning. Some sunshine in between. Fewer, if any

:05:44. > :05:47.showers through central and southern areas. Although, cloudy skies

:05:48. > :05:53.beginning to creep in to the far South. That is connected with a

:05:54. > :05:58.weather front which will affect much of the UK tomorrow. Many of us

:05:59. > :06:02.underneath a blanket of cloud, with heavy and persistent outbreaks of

:06:03. > :06:05.rain across the South West into parts of Wales. Perhaps leading to

:06:06. > :06:10.localised flooding and hazardous driving conditions. For the far

:06:11. > :06:14.south-east, we hold on to something drier and brighter, with highs of 18

:06:15. > :06:18.Celsius. Breezy for the far south-west. For Scotland in the

:06:19. > :06:23.evening, rain through southern and central areas. That will move away

:06:24. > :06:24.into the North Sea to leave drier and clearer conditions and a chilly

:06:25. > :06:26.night. That's Reporting Scotland. Our next

:06:27. > :06:28.update's at 6:25am tomorrow. From the weekend team, enjoy

:06:29. > :06:34.the rest of your Sunday evening.
