:00:43. > :00:49.outside the SNP conference, calling for another vote on the issue. She

:00:50. > :00:52.wants independent Scotland too, and she has warned that hard Brexit

:00:53. > :00:57.could lead to the question being asked again. If that moment does

:00:58. > :01:01.arise, it will not be because the 2014 result hasn't been respected,

:01:02. > :01:09.it will be because the promises made to Scotland in 2014 have been

:01:10. > :01:13.broken. A pledge too to increase activity in Europe to encourage

:01:14. > :01:17.trade. But this was also her first speech since winning a mandate as

:01:18. > :01:23.First Minister, and there was much about what she wants to do with the

:01:24. > :01:28.job. The word I want you to remember is this - inclusion. Inclusion is

:01:29. > :01:35.the guiding principle for everything we do. So how will she achieve it?

:01:36. > :01:38.By 2021, an extra ?500 million for GPs and health centres. There will

:01:39. > :01:41.be a review of childcare funding, allowing parents more power to

:01:42. > :01:46.choose where money is spent, and in front of an audience of children

:01:47. > :01:50.raised in care, this. I am announcing today that we will launch

:01:51. > :01:53.an independent root and branch review of the care system. It will

:01:54. > :01:58.look at the underpinning legislation, practices, culture and

:01:59. > :02:10.ethos, and it will be driven by those... Who have experience of

:02:11. > :02:14.care. This conference has been dominated by Brexit and what it

:02:15. > :02:17.might mean for another independence referendum. But Nicola Sturgeon

:02:18. > :02:20.wants to make clear too that she's getting on with the day job. Her

:02:21. > :02:25.speech was full of policy and plans to make Scotland more inclusive. As

:02:26. > :02:27.the constitutional debate continues, so does governing the country.

:02:28. > :02:30.Two young children from Ayr who were missing with their mother are now

:02:31. > :02:34.But their mother Farrah Fadli is still missing.
