1:30:12 > 1:30:19stripped out two divisions, we aligned accountability for
1:30:19 > 1:30:24individual managers right to the top. I was targeting a £75 million
1:30:24 > 1:30:28cost reduction in the overhead of the business because I believed
1:30:28 > 1:30:32there was excessive overhead and complexity as a result of that. It
1:30:32 > 1:30:39was very much a message of seeking to simplify the business, make it
1:30:39 > 1:30:42continue to focus on infrastructure and construction because we did see
1:30:42 > 1:30:47some overlap and value in having those different skill sets across
1:30:47 > 1:30:52the group but seeking it to the more straightforward and simple business
1:30:52 > 1:30:58with less complexity internally across the different divisions. And
