:00:00. > :00:15.World Championships. That is all in 15 minutes.

:00:16. > :00:21.Welcome to look ahead at what the papers will be bringing us

:00:22. > :00:28.tomorrow. With us at John Stapleton and Henry Bonsu. Tomorrow's front

:00:29. > :00:32.pages of looking like this. The Crimea invasion is the

:00:33. > :00:36.Independent's headline. People waiting three weeks to see

:00:37. > :00:39.their GP. Allies of David Cameron are urging

:00:40. > :00:44.Boris Johnson to try to return to the Commons.

:00:45. > :00:50.A picture of Joanna Dennehy, who was jailed for life today.

:00:51. > :00:54.The suggestion that house prices are rising at their fastest rate of four

:00:55. > :00:58.years. You might expect that to make many

:00:59. > :01:03.of the papers have chosen to focus on the worsening situation in

:01:04. > :01:08.Ukraine, particularly in the Crimean region. The Independent has dramatic

:01:09. > :01:17.photographs of the activity. The Guardian has Cossacks rallying

:01:18. > :01:20.at the Crimean parliament. Suggestions of a full`scale assault

:01:21. > :01:24.from Moscow. This particular front pages were

:01:25. > :01:30.printed and we have had a statement from Barack Obama talking about the

:01:31. > :01:34.view from Washington of what is going on. The developments look like

:01:35. > :01:44.some kind of military intervention already. They do. The Independent

:01:45. > :01:54.calls it an invasion,. It is naked aggression. We have got the literary

:01:55. > :02:04.`` militarily people, people blocking the harbour at Sebastopol,

:02:05. > :02:11.government buildings being invaded. It looks like an invasion. It looks

:02:12. > :02:19.at Kiev has lost control of this. We must remember that it has a majority

:02:20. > :02:24.of the population supporting Russia. It is a very worrying situation. Not

:02:25. > :02:29.just for that part of the world, but the whole of Europe. Hopefully not a

:02:30. > :02:35.shot being fired. This suggested that will premiere wanting greater

:02:36. > :02:42.autonomy does not see itself as part of Ukraine, but leaning towards

:02:43. > :02:49.Russia. Ethnic mix, proximity, history, and President Putin wants

:02:50. > :02:57.to show that the United States is not the only remaining superpower.

:02:58. > :03:05.The rest of the world has to listen and give Russia respect. That is one

:03:06. > :03:10.of the things that the old guard really regretted, the loss of

:03:11. > :03:14.respect and influence. I think Putin is just playing around. He is

:03:15. > :03:19.keeping everybody guessing. He knows that whatever Obama says, whatever

:03:20. > :03:27.it David Cameron, whatever the other leaders say, they cannot do

:03:28. > :03:32.anything. Russia is rich and saying that we are in control. This is our

:03:33. > :03:42.backyard. We can do whatever we want. When William Hague goes to

:03:43. > :03:45.talk on Sunday, he will remind Russia that only in 1994 they signed

:03:46. > :03:56.an agreement saying he would not reach Ukraine's integrity. `` they

:03:57. > :04:04.would not breach. Crimea is still part of Ukraine. A US official has

:04:05. > :04:07.been quoted following in that statement from Barack Obama saying

:04:08. > :04:11.that a US response to any Russian intervention could include avoiding

:04:12. > :04:21.deeper trade and commercial ties that Moscow is seeking. That sounds

:04:22. > :04:27.a bit weak. This is a country that financially is on its knees, the

:04:28. > :04:32.Ukraine. Irrespective of what happens. This is talking about

:04:33. > :04:40.greater ties between America and Russia. What else can they do at the

:04:41. > :04:49.moment? Do the Russians really need the Americans? They have got the

:04:50. > :04:53.rest of the world. Countries like Nigeria. Russia is getting into

:04:54. > :05:12.Africa and China. It can go anywhere they want. Emerging markets where it

:05:13. > :05:17.is at. The United States have Russia critical in various elements of

:05:18. > :05:25.foreign policy. Absolutely. This is like manner from heaven for them.

:05:26. > :05:30.Some people see President Obama as we con foreign policy. President

:05:31. > :05:43.Putin knows he can get away with this. `` week on. Not much the

:05:44. > :05:49.Security Council can do. There is not much they can do but to say,

:05:50. > :05:56.please back off. President Putin is playing this very intelligently.

:05:57. > :06:06.This is naked aggression, but not a shop has been fired. He has made the

:06:07. > :06:11.point. `` shot. That is as far as you go. Do not get cute. As far as

:06:12. > :06:17.president Obama is concerned, he has a war weary public. He is doing what

:06:18. > :06:23.the American people want, not getting involved.

:06:24. > :06:28.Let us move on to the Scotsman. They have also got a picture on their

:06:29. > :06:34.front page of the crisis escalating. The main story tonight, airline

:06:35. > :06:41.bosses boost for yes campaign. These are the bosses saying that

:06:42. > :06:50.independence would be positive for the industry. That is at odds with

:06:51. > :06:58.some other businesses. They have said... It depends who you believe.

:06:59. > :07:08.It is all to do with the Caroline duty. `` airline. They say that they

:07:09. > :07:19.will reduce the duty. That is music to the ears of these men. How many

:07:20. > :07:27.flights are we talking about? I do not know. But it is obviously worth

:07:28. > :07:36.their while. They would have more routes. I am finding this

:07:37. > :07:42.interesting. Is this going to come down to which companies are for and

:07:43. > :07:45.against? I am sure it is not. I am sure others will come out in the

:07:46. > :07:58.next few days and weeks saying where they stand. Probably not. I suspect

:07:59. > :08:05.this is helping crystallise the issues for a lot of people. A lot of

:08:06. > :08:15.people have wanted independence. You are coming off as a bit Scottish.

:08:16. > :08:19.For a lot of people, they will have to wait. They will have the chance

:08:20. > :08:25.to see the arguments crystallise. Is it about maintaining the pound,

:08:26. > :08:33.going into bit coin? Is it about employment. If businesses are going

:08:34. > :08:41.south, that is going to threaten people in their pocket. Do not toys

:08:42. > :08:48.bit coin. `` choose. Very interesting. We have only got a few

:08:49. > :08:54.months ago. It is really going to galvanise. I put independence was on

:08:55. > :09:02.the way, then after the news about the pound, maybe not. The arguments

:09:03. > :09:10.need to flesh out. This will give it a bit more meat. The Daily Mirror. A

:09:11. > :09:15.picture of Joanna Dennehy, who has been sentenced to life in prison.

:09:16. > :09:24.She has been told that she will die in jail. That is apparently what she

:09:25. > :09:33.said to police as she was arrested. A horrible story. People did no that

:09:34. > :09:38.she was suffering from serious mental health problems. This is the

:09:39. > :09:42.problem. If you have a mental health condition, that can only be treated

:09:43. > :09:50.with hospital. If it is at a nature and degree that warrants adequate

:09:51. > :09:56.intervention, you can be detained. But if it is not clearly defined and

:09:57. > :10:02.is not treatable and you have not committed a crime, you cannot be,

:10:03. > :10:08.that is unlawful. In the case of this woman, she is young but has a

:10:09. > :10:17.history of mental health problems. Psychologists have given her

:10:18. > :10:28.commission a name. She gets the sexual excitement from healing paint

:10:29. > :10:34.to other people. `` are dealing. Can we judge her in the way that we

:10:35. > :10:39.judge somebody in command or control of their faculties? Appalling,

:10:40. > :10:46.horrific and terrible what she did was, is it evil? She has had a

:10:47. > :10:52.history and medical intervention has not helped. Having said that,

:10:53. > :10:59.knowing what she done... A lot of people will be thinking it is a good

:11:00. > :11:11.thing, to be honest. Absolutely. We will see a lot of these. After

:11:12. > :11:16.Michael Adebolajo. Absolutely. Moving on to the Times. Politics.

:11:17. > :11:23.David Cameron's allies telling Boris Johnson to run for Parliament. If

:11:24. > :11:28.you run for Parliament as an MP, he would then be entitled to challenge

:11:29. > :11:38.for the leadership. At the moment he cannot. I have no reason to doubt

:11:39. > :11:44.the credibility of this whatsoever. It is interesting timing. There is a

:11:45. > :11:47.suggestion that if David Cameron did not have an overall majority at the

:11:48. > :11:53.next election he might go through what Michael Howard did. That would

:11:54. > :11:59.have enabled David Cameron to move them. Whether Boris would be the

:12:00. > :12:05.choice of everyone in the Conservative party is a different

:12:06. > :12:09.question. I do not believe the old guard would be as keen as younger

:12:10. > :12:20.people. He is a great character. Absolutely. Not a man of detail. You

:12:21. > :12:34.have two master the brief and know the detail. Boris Johnson has shown

:12:35. > :12:45.he does not. I am not sure he would be able to b`day party in

:12:46. > :12:53.opposition. `` to lead a. It be interesting to see how plays outside

:12:54. > :13:01.of London. I am not certain he would be a big hit.

:13:02. > :13:06.Daily Mail. Probably our last one. Millions of patients being denied a

:13:07. > :13:14.prompt appointment with their GP. A variable experience of trying to get

:13:15. > :13:21.a doctors appointment the day. Only one in three getting a seven`day

:13:22. > :13:25.appointment. I happen to be interested in the issue on dementia

:13:26. > :13:30.and the difficulties and the wait for diagnosis. That is a bit

:13:31. > :13:37.different, but the wait is between six ` 26 weeks. How can this be? How

:13:38. > :13:42.can it be such a dramatic variation? Another thing that emerged was the

:13:43. > :13:48.doctors in France are better at spotting dementia. Why? One of the

:13:49. > :13:55.problems with the GP surgeries are that there are more of us around.

:13:56. > :14:00.Not unusual for some GPs to see 40`50 patients. You wonder how they

:14:01. > :14:08.can possibly give people the time they need. Many GPs are failing to

:14:09. > :14:14.spot of these conditions. People going on to suffer a serious

:14:15. > :14:19.illnesses. That is going to happen at some point. Always the same.

:14:20. > :14:25.Always coming back to ours. That is it for the papers. Lovely to see

:14:26. > :14:31.you. Thank you very much. Stay with us, more on the developing situation

:14:32. > :14:47.in Premier. Coming up next, Sportsday. `` Crimea.

:14:48. > :14:49.Hello. I'm Ore Oduba and welcome to Sportsday. Coming up on
