:00:00. > :00:00.country's airspace. Coming up later, the technology that
:00:00. > :00:22.is undressing Egyptian mummies. Hello, and welcome to our look ahead
:00:23. > :00:31.at what the papers will bring us tomorrow. With me, the Royal
:00:32. > :00:34.correspondent for the Sunday Times and David Schneider. Let's take a
:00:35. > :00:38.look at the front pages. We will start with the Telegraph and the
:00:39. > :00:43.former head of the Army tells the Telegraph that the UK should recruit
:00:44. > :00:48.3000 troops to be based in Germany in order to make a military
:00:49. > :00:52.statement to Russia. The express has the headline, lifestyle is key to
:00:53. > :00:55.beating dementia, and says a good diet and exercise are more important
:00:56. > :01:01.than genetics when it comes to preventing disease.
:01:02. > :01:04.The Metro has details of a study claiming stress can double able
:01:05. > :01:10.and's chance of becoming infertile. Ed Miliband has been warned he needs
:01:11. > :01:15.to clearly set out Labour's strategic plans and not just hope to
:01:16. > :01:17.win the next election by criticising the Conservatives, according to the
:01:18. > :01:22.Guardian's exclusive front`page story.
:01:23. > :01:26.The Times says Barack Obama will call on Europe to impose more
:01:27. > :01:30.sanctions on Russia and meet growing concerns that Vladimir Putin is
:01:31. > :01:34.poised to invade eastern Ukraine. Let's begin with our papers this
:01:35. > :01:40.hour. We will start with the Daily
:01:41. > :01:45.Telegraph. The pension story has rattled on since Wednesday's Budget.
:01:46. > :01:50.I am sure David Cameron would have been delighted with some of the
:01:51. > :01:56.positive headlines after the Budget, the silver savers' budget, aimed at
:01:57. > :02:04.pensioners and those key Tory voters who may just be wavering. He is
:02:05. > :02:07.going to be continuing with this in another speech, talking about how
:02:08. > :02:13.beneficial it will be. We have got Boris Johnson wading in. It is quite
:02:14. > :02:18.interesting. He is saying that this is going to throw a grenade into
:02:19. > :02:24.Labour's position. Boris Johnson saying it will do story labour. I
:02:25. > :02:27.really think Boris Johnson is moving into the four and interestingly, he
:02:28. > :02:33.is coming back into the fold of Westminster. David Cameron referred
:02:34. > :02:38.to Boris Johnson last week as a star striker, and it seems to be a love
:02:39. > :02:47.in between them. That is interesting to watch. The worry is that Cameron
:02:48. > :02:54.will be substituted. The pension thing is interesting. You know, by a
:02:55. > :03:04.Lamborghini and by beer with what is left. It creates a sort of feel`good
:03:05. > :03:10.factor, apart from the arthritis. The problem is, it feels very
:03:11. > :03:17.short`term. It is like a help to blow your pension in one go scheme.
:03:18. > :03:26.The worry is that the consequences, for example looking after people as
:03:27. > :03:30.they get older, the costs will fall on councils, and will the money be
:03:31. > :03:35.there? Will people blow their pensions or are we not giving them
:03:36. > :03:39.enough credit? The argument is that people are able to make their own
:03:40. > :03:43.decisions. Boris Johnson is going to talk about Lamborghinis for the
:03:44. > :03:50.people in tomorrow's Telegraph. It is a fun line, blow it on a
:03:51. > :03:55.Lamborghini. Most pensioners would not afford one anyway. I am sure
:03:56. > :04:01.people will make sensible decisions. If technology was able to tell us
:04:02. > :04:08.exactly how long we were going to live, I would know I was going to
:04:09. > :04:12.live to 127, please God, then I can plan. It depends on the sort of
:04:13. > :04:18.person you are. Some people say, let's just spend it, and others are
:04:19. > :04:21.too careful. Even if you are being generous and going, at last I can
:04:22. > :04:26.get my kids a house, it still means you might be vulnerable when you
:04:27. > :04:29.needed when you are older. The argument is that if you are one of
:04:30. > :04:38.those people who blow it, would you have had a pension in the first
:04:39. > :04:41.place? Your point is a good one, but people change. Of course there are
:04:42. > :04:50.employment schemes you would go to anyway. I think this is aimed at
:04:51. > :04:53.people who have saved all of their lives. They certainly probably will
:04:54. > :04:59.not spend it on a Lamborghini, because they have saved and put
:05:00. > :05:02.money by. It might be quite patronising to say they will spend
:05:03. > :05:09.it all at once. I understand that. The issue is that it is a clever
:05:10. > :05:13.political move. They might have been disaffected. The young people were
:05:14. > :05:19.very neglected in the Budget and they have been neglected by this
:05:20. > :05:23.budget. They do not vote so much. 44% of young people voted in the
:05:24. > :05:26.last election compared to 70% of older people. It makes sense
:05:27. > :05:31.politically to throw things at the older people. Let's stay with the
:05:32. > :05:37.Telegraph. David, you kick off with this, this is about the former head
:05:38. > :05:43.of the army saying that Britain should send 3000 extra soldiers to
:05:44. > :05:49.be based in Germany to send a message to Russia. This is Lord
:05:50. > :06:04.Dalai to is saying this. What is happening is that Putin is rewinding
:06:05. > :06:08.us to the Cold War. People like Lord Dannatt need to rewind and say, we
:06:09. > :06:12.are in a Cold War situation. You could say that he has seen an
:06:13. > :06:17.opportunity to reverse these severe budget cuts in the army and say, we
:06:18. > :06:21.need people back into Germany. I think the problem of the modern army
:06:22. > :06:26.and the budget cuts and this period of readjustment we are in is that it
:06:27. > :06:30.is unpredictable, where we are going to need soldiers. Who would have
:06:31. > :06:35.thought we would be fighting two desert war is? Now, things drift
:06:36. > :06:42.back to a Cold War situation. What do you make of this? Clearly, things
:06:43. > :06:47.are wrapping up. Russia is ramping up its approach and we have got the
:06:48. > :06:51.NATO top commander, who is warning that Russian military action could
:06:52. > :06:56.build up into a land grab for Moldova. It could go much further
:06:57. > :07:00.than the Crimea. Obviously, Lord Dannatt, it is in his interests to
:07:01. > :07:03.say that we need to hire extra troops, because he is very much in
:07:04. > :07:08.favour of the fact that we should not be getting rid of the Army and
:07:09. > :07:14.making the cuts are we had. He would say that, wouldn't he? It is an
:07:15. > :07:19.interesting area, should we need them, and we might need to draw on
:07:20. > :07:24.them. Same story, different angle in The Times. It says, Obama in crisis
:07:25. > :07:29.talks as inflation fears grow. There is pressure coming from America,
:07:30. > :07:34.inside Europe, outside Europe. They say Europe needs to take a tougher
:07:35. > :07:37.line with its sanctions. The backdrop of this, of course, is that
:07:38. > :07:42.Barack Obama is facing pressure at home. He needs to look strong. He is
:07:43. > :07:45.under criticism because he needs to look strong in the face of Putin.
:07:46. > :07:50.This is him coming over and saying, you need to do a bit more, Europe.
:07:51. > :07:56.There is this worry that Europe is talking and not doing much action.
:07:57. > :08:01.This is him crying to clear things up a bit, it looks like. We have
:08:02. > :08:06.seen the good bits and the bad bits of the EU in this. A good bit is
:08:07. > :08:10.that you do need to be together. We are stronger as a big block of
:08:11. > :08:15.people standing up to Putin. The bad bit is that we are all separate and
:08:16. > :08:25.there is a lack of clarity about the sanctions. Germany get 50% of their
:08:26. > :08:28.gas from Russia, the French, they have other sanctions. That is where
:08:29. > :08:35.the weakness of the EU is exposed. Putin seems to be doing whatever he
:08:36. > :08:41.wants. We'll sanctions were? It is two ways and we lose out as well. It
:08:42. > :08:47.is a difficult situation. Onto the Guardian, with one of the stories,
:08:48. > :08:51.an exclusive saying there is an alliance of think tanks urging
:08:52. > :08:55.Labour to be bold. This following the narrowing of the poll lead that
:08:56. > :09:02.Labour has over the Conservatives that is almost neck and neck
:09:03. > :09:12.following the Budget. This is due to the lead having narrowed. Miliband
:09:13. > :09:18.has sneezed, and then the polls have gone down, Ben Osborne has blown his
:09:19. > :09:25.nose and they have gone up. `` and then Osborne. There is the sense of
:09:26. > :09:31.a long haul until 2015. People and the media need to generate stories
:09:32. > :09:37.based on polls. I look at the boldness story here and I think,
:09:38. > :09:42.poor old Miliband, he has tried had to be bold. He has exposed the
:09:43. > :09:45.division in the nation. There was the Oxfam report that the five
:09:46. > :09:52.richest families have the same might of money as the poorest 20%. `` the
:09:53. > :10:03.same amount of money. He was bowled on Syria, he was bowled about
:10:04. > :10:09.energy. `` bold. Some people just don't like the look of him, it boils
:10:10. > :10:15.down to that. There was a significant poll in the Sunday Times
:10:16. > :10:19.that says it is significant. It is a uke of poll that shows that you have
:10:20. > :10:28.got a real bounce for the Tories. `` it is a uke of poll. It shows a
:10:29. > :10:33.shift. This letter in today's Guardian comes from across the
:10:34. > :10:38.party, and you think, with friends like this, who needs enemies? What
:10:39. > :10:45.they are saying is that he needs to my bold. They say the manifesto
:10:46. > :10:51.should be more than just exploiting conservative unpopularity. I cannot
:10:52. > :10:55.dismiss the list of the think tanks and the media. There is clearly a
:10:56. > :10:59.debate going on about how bold they should be. Whether they should say,
:11:00. > :11:05.look at the mess the coalition have made and look at the inequality, or
:11:06. > :11:09.whether they need to say clearly that those are their policies. There
:11:10. > :11:14.is clearly a debate going on. We will go on to the Guardian picture
:11:15. > :11:18.story, Samantha Cameron, the Prime Minister's wife on a charity run for
:11:19. > :11:34.Sport Relief which has raised ?53 million so far. She was in a onesie.
:11:35. > :11:38.And wearing red as well! Onto the Metro, looking at stress and
:11:39. > :11:42.infertility. It is saying that stress can more than 881 and's
:11:43. > :11:51.chances of becoming infertile. `` can double a woman's chances. People
:11:52. > :11:56.are interested to read it, I expect. This is an American server at that
:11:57. > :12:05.attract 501 cobbles. `` and American survey that followed 501 couples.
:12:06. > :12:14.But you wonder if there is anything more gritty. It is slightly stating
:12:15. > :12:22.the obvious. Of course stress will make it harder to conceive. It is
:12:23. > :12:29.telling people to relax. These stories crop of mind there is
:12:30. > :12:34.something it. `` these stories crop up and maybe there is something in
:12:35. > :12:42.it. And the Daily Express story about lifestyle being key to beating
:12:43. > :12:47.dementia. Again, it has the amazing revelation that healthy living is
:12:48. > :12:54.better, that it is better to live well man to live badly. Smoking,
:12:55. > :12:59.apparently, is bad for us and exercise, apparently, is good for
:13:00. > :13:06.us. It is here in black and white! We are still not doing it, though!
:13:07. > :13:23.Thank you to our guests. They will both be back at 11:30pm. For ``
:13:24. > :13:40.coming up at 11 o'clock, more on the missing Malaysian flight MH370.
:13:41. > :13:50.Coming up next, Click. This is going to be so good. First day on the job
:13:51. > :13:52.as a supply teacher. I've got my lesson plans sorted. I'm going to
:13:53. > :13:53.let the kids
