:00:00. > 3:59:59the Premier League have the required number of spaces for disabled

:00:00. > :00:18.patrons. Hello and welcome to our look ahead

:00:19. > :00:21.to what the the papers will be bringing us tomorrow. With me are

:00:22. > :00:29.Kate Devlin, correspondent at The Herald, and broadcaster David

:00:30. > :00:33.Akinsanya. Tomorrow's front pages, starting with: The Observer

:00:34. > :00:36.concentrates on a report from the UN that urges countries to dramatically

:00:37. > :00:42.increase the use of renewable energy to avert what it calls a climate

:00:43. > :00:45.disaster. The Mail on Sunday claims to have

:00:46. > :00:53.details of what it describes as 'salacious messages' sent by a Tory

:00:54. > :00:56.official to a gay dating site. A present for Prince George on the

:00:57. > :00:59.latest leg of the New Zealand tour dominates the Sunday Times alongside

:01:00. > :01:05.an article concerning the alleged Islamic takeover of some schools.

:01:06. > :01:08.The Sunday Telegraph says that GPs could be open in the evenings and

:01:09. > :01:14.weekends under radical new plans for surgery opening hours. The Sunday

:01:15. > :01:17.Mirror devotes its frontpage to story involved how the Bill Roache

:01:18. > :01:25.trial helped the Deputy Speaker Nigel Evans through his recent

:01:26. > :01:28.trial. The Independent on Sunday also talks about the proposed

:01:29. > :01:38.changes for surgeries, calling it "Cameron's GP revolution" So let's

:01:39. > :01:46.begin. Quite a mix of stories. We will start with the Observer. The UN

:01:47. > :01:51.report urging an increase in green energy to avert a climate disaster.

:01:52. > :01:57.Climate change, we are all experiencing. We don't have to tell

:01:58. > :02:02.people who were flooded. It has fallen off the political agenda. I

:02:03. > :02:05.distinctly remember David Cameron saying that this would be the

:02:06. > :02:10.greenest government ever and that hasn't happened. There are people

:02:11. > :02:18.who don't agree with climate change and from what I have read, you know,

:02:19. > :02:21.UKIP are a threat because they are the people who are saying that

:02:22. > :02:28.climate change is not important and we should not be putting up wind

:02:29. > :02:36.farms. It is still on people's minds but we have to be thinking about

:02:37. > :02:42.this. David Cameron has turned away from green energy. The UN has said

:02:43. > :02:51.there must be more pressure on the UK to deliver on those promises.

:02:52. > :02:53.This will not be music to Downing Street's years to hear that they

:02:54. > :03:02.have to increase renewables. Especially just before the European

:03:03. > :03:07.elections. UKIP are very anti`windfarms. They have to make

:03:08. > :03:15.sure they are not outflanked by UKIP. But it could look as if they

:03:16. > :03:22.are anti`green and not doing enough about climate change. This will not

:03:23. > :03:25.be what they want to hear. We now benefits and immigration will be

:03:26. > :03:33.central issues to the election next year. Is climate change going to be

:03:34. > :03:37.as Mac the UN wanted to be. It is not just politicians. The report

:03:38. > :03:43.says that we as individuals need to eat less meat. It is a weird

:03:44. > :03:51.situation. It keeps going up and down on the agenda. It is as if we

:03:52. > :03:58.talk about it because it diverts people from other issues. There will

:03:59. > :04:03.be a lot of people around the country descending on London and

:04:04. > :04:23.eating a lot of pastor ready for the London Marathon tomorrow. `` pasta.

:04:24. > :04:30.He is up against some fast people. This is a new discipline for him. He

:04:31. > :04:36.says it is different to running on a track. The crowd could help them.

:04:37. > :04:43.But you have all these guys who have done altitude training which has

:04:44. > :04:46.given them an extra edge. You used to run. I will be watching and

:04:47. > :04:55.wishing I was out there. I have never done a marathon. Only towards

:04:56. > :05:04.half marathons. I think everyone will wish him well. If he can win it

:05:05. > :05:10.and get the British record, he will hold the British record for every

:05:11. > :05:18.distance between 1500 metres and 26 miles. If you are running tomorrow,

:05:19. > :05:23.best of luck. Someone told me it is normal to be nervous. It is a great

:05:24. > :05:30.atmosphere. Wet move to The Independent. This features in a few

:05:31. > :05:34.papers. It is calling it David Cameron's GP revolution. They are

:05:35. > :05:40.cocking about an announcement yet to come from the Prime Minister

:05:41. > :05:43.involving ?50 million of investment in 1000 surgeries to improve

:05:44. > :05:53.services. Not just that but hopefully relieve demand as well. It

:05:54. > :05:59.makes sense to me. It is difficult to get a doctor's appointment. These

:06:00. > :06:06.plans will make sure there are open from 8am to 8pm. It could involve

:06:07. > :06:14.more monitoring at home. This is good stuff. My own personal

:06:15. > :06:18.receptionist at my GP, I dislike, because I can never get an

:06:19. > :06:23.appointment when I want one. One weekend, I felt ill and couldn't get

:06:24. > :06:33.an appointment on Friday. When I turned up on Monday, he called an

:06:34. > :06:41.ambulance because I had septicaemia. Consultations via Skype is also one

:06:42. > :06:49.of the proposals. And pre`emptive care for the elderly. Is it enough

:06:50. > :07:03.to end the postcode lottery? I'm not sure. ?50 million works out at about

:07:04. > :07:08.?1000 each. You are right. The main problem is that it is difficult to

:07:09. > :07:12.get an appointment. There is supposed to be a 48 hour system but

:07:13. > :07:19.people find that works against them because they don't want to miss the

:07:20. > :07:25.target of not getting you in. They don't pick up your call or put you

:07:26. > :07:32.in anywhere. The Sunday Telegraph also leads with this story. The

:07:33. > :07:38.whole men on the consultations by e`mail and video call to ease

:07:39. > :07:43.pressure on A That is because people can't get an appointment with

:07:44. > :07:54.a doctor. If you take my case, I was so ill on Monday, I just walked to

:07:55. > :08:01.the doctors. Actually, video calls is a good way, and e`mail. NHS line

:08:02. > :08:07.that they had before where you could talk through your symptoms but

:08:08. > :08:15.apparently that was being abused by hypochondriacs. The problem with

:08:16. > :08:19.that was they were sending two thirds of people to their GP or

:08:20. > :08:29.hospital anyway. So it was just duplication. Let's move on to the

:08:30. > :08:37.Duchess of Cambridge they are on the Sunday Telegraph. She is an hurt of

:08:38. > :08:48.New Zealand. The headline as has William let slip at the secret? `` a

:08:49. > :09:00.big secret? The bottom line is that we know he will have to produce an

:09:01. > :09:15.heiress. He was courted about saying `` quoted recently saying let's not

:09:16. > :09:20.think that a second one yet. What this headline does not tell us is

:09:21. > :09:28.whether this photograph was taken before or after she found out what

:09:29. > :09:31.her husband said. He was chatting to someone who had made some clothes

:09:32. > :09:38.for the Prince and he said you might have to make another one soon. He is

:09:39. > :09:44.always making hints. There is a lot of pressure on any couple to have a

:09:45. > :09:49.second baby but if you are the area to the throne and then there is more

:09:50. > :09:56.pressure. We have yet to hear from Buckingham Palace. The Sunday Times,

:09:57. > :10:06.Michael Gove has been on the front pages of the Sunday papers for the

:10:07. > :10:17.last few weeks. This is about a war on an Islamic takeover of schools,

:10:18. > :10:22.or allegations of this. I have a friend who is a school governor in

:10:23. > :10:28.West London and a consortium of Muslim parents came forward. It is

:10:29. > :10:32.not a church school. They said they didn't want their children to do

:10:33. > :10:36.music and dance. The school, quite rightly, said that that is what

:10:37. > :10:43.happens in the school and all the children get a chance to explore the

:10:44. > :10:47.creative side. But it is not just Birmingham, they're talking about

:10:48. > :10:53.Bradford and other areas where this has been a problem. I think it is

:10:54. > :10:55.wrong to separate children on any grounds but religious grounds I

:10:56. > :11:01.think is wrong. Just because the parents are religious. They put that

:11:02. > :11:09.on their children and I have never agreed with separate schools. I

:11:10. > :11:18.think it is wrong. What they're looking at is not necessarily taking

:11:19. > :11:25.over governments `` governance. Where do you draw the line on

:11:26. > :11:33.respecting beliefs in multi`faith schools? And when we have seen

:11:34. > :11:36.Michael Gove all over the front pages it has always been about

:11:37. > :11:45.backing parents of teachers and this time it looks as if she is going to

:11:46. > :11:54.back teachers. I think this will do him a little bit of service with

:11:55. > :12:03.teachers. Let's move on to the Sunday Mirror. This is an exclusive

:12:04. > :12:10.about Conservative MP Nigel Evans revealing that Bill Roache who had a

:12:11. > :12:17.similar experience to him saved him from suicide. It is interesting.

:12:18. > :12:20.When Nigel Evans first came out it was another Coronation Street

:12:21. > :12:29.actress who encouraged him to come forward. I don't think we thought

:12:30. > :12:36.they were friends before but they may have bonded over this. It is

:12:37. > :12:40.almost like the might be a support group set up for people who have

:12:41. > :12:43.been through this. Even if they don't have the same solicitor, I

:12:44. > :12:51.would imagine there are solicitors are speaking to each other. This man

:12:52. > :13:00.has lost ?100,000. Luckily Parliament are welcoming him back.

:13:01. > :13:05.This could ruin him. I am the first one to say that people who abuse

:13:06. > :13:16.children are wrong but I think after Jimmy Savile, the have been a lot of

:13:17. > :13:21.cases where it is starting to look uncomfortable for a lot of

:13:22. > :13:25.celebrities. Do you think people who are accused of sexual crimes should

:13:26. > :13:33.not be named publicly until they are tried? Your Mac now. I think that is

:13:34. > :13:38.difficult. If you start to suggest they should not be named but people

:13:39. > :13:42.accused of murder or child murder should still be named, it opens up

:13:43. > :13:49.ramifications for other crimes as well. It is a debate that is

:13:50. > :13:56.destined to go on for a long time. Stay with us here. Coming up at 11

:13:57. > :14:03.we will have the latest on the situation in Ukraine as fresh

:14:04. > :14:07.violence erupts in eastern parts of the country and the US accuses

:14:08. > :14:13.Moscow of destabilising the situation. Next, it is this week's

:14:14. > :14:38.Reporters. Welcome to a special edition of

:14:39. > :14:41.Reporters. I am Shilpa Kannan, reporting from the Indian capital of

:14:42. > :14:43.Delhi. As India, the world's biggest democracy, goes to the polls, we

:14:44. > :14:45.have a range
