:00:00. > :00:00.will also have the cricket news. That is all in the sport in 15

:00:00. > :00:23.minutes after the papers. Hello and welcome to our look ahead

:00:24. > :00:29.at what the papers are bringing us tomorrow. With me to do that are

:00:30. > :00:34.James Miller. We also have the editor of the FT Magazine.

:00:35. > :00:41.Tomorrow's front pages in detail in a moment. First, a quick, sneak

:00:42. > :00:48.preview. This is the front page of the i. In the Daily Mail, more

:00:49. > :00:58.details about the young Briton from Cardiff. The Telegraph reports that

:00:59. > :01:02.councils are to be used from `` banned from using CCTV cameras.

:01:03. > :01:10.Reports that the Queen has bought a luxury helicopter for Prince William

:01:11. > :01:21.and Kate. There are plans to allow networks to share coverage in rural

:01:22. > :01:25.areas. No surprises that the jihadists video on social media has

:01:26. > :01:29.entered into a lot of the front pages of tomorrow's papers. The

:01:30. > :01:32.Daily Mail has really been investigating quite hard who some of

:01:33. > :01:37.the men are that appear in the video. One of them, they seem to

:01:38. > :01:47.have done quite well with. He is 20 years old. That is one of the most

:01:48. > :01:53.striking things. This chap is not a no`hoper essentially. He could have

:01:54. > :01:58.gone to medical school. He has 12 GCSEs at a or a plus. We tend to

:01:59. > :02:03.think that people who go to Syria or Iraq have no hope at home. He is not

:02:04. > :02:07.one of these people which makes it all the more worrying. White matter

:02:08. > :02:14.it is a worrying profile. There is no reason for him to feel badly done

:02:15. > :02:25.too. `` it is a worrying profile. This man had a whole life ahead of

:02:26. > :02:30.him. We have to be consider our preconceptions of what makes a young

:02:31. > :02:36.man from Britain, a young Muslim man, become the jihadi. I think what

:02:37. > :02:45.is so interesting is also the way that social media is now being used.

:02:46. > :02:48.You have investigated that before. The FT weekend magazine ran a report

:02:49. > :02:56.in March around this subject specifically. We looked at the

:02:57. > :03:00.extent to which many different platforms of social media, but in

:03:01. > :03:08.particular Twitter, was being used as a recruitment tool. In fact,

:03:09. > :03:14.ISIS, the organisation, operates dozens of Twitter accounts. They

:03:15. > :03:20.tweet in Arabic and in English. One of the cases that we have reported

:03:21. > :03:25.on, a young man similar to this one, he was educated and from Portsmouth

:03:26. > :03:31.went out in December and got himself killed in Syria. He had 3000

:03:32. > :03:37.followers on Twitter and he used his twitter account to sort of

:03:38. > :03:42.promulgate his views, opinions and passion about Islam and Jihad will

:03:43. > :03:47.stop also in a very normal way he would tweet about what he had for

:03:48. > :03:53.breakfast and his cat and so on. Very normalising. It is a completely

:03:54. > :03:58.different way of recruitment. It is not all about hate preachers in

:03:59. > :04:01.individual masks any more. If the Daily Mail can find at this much

:04:02. > :04:07.information as quickly as they have, one wonders what are my five

:04:08. > :04:12.doing? What are they finding out? They are using social media sites

:04:13. > :04:16.like Twitter. I think they have found out a lot in the last few

:04:17. > :04:26.days. The Government only prescribed ISIS in the last few days. They were

:04:27. > :04:31.taken by surprise. They heard in government there has been a slight

:04:32. > :04:35.panic at MI5 but they had suddenly realised this is the big threat and

:04:36. > :04:55.they need to fire a lot of resources on to it very quickly. One father

:04:56. > :04:59.says `` his father says he thought he had gone to Turkey. They had not

:05:00. > :05:08.heard from him. The next thing they know, this video turns up. Also, we

:05:09. > :05:14.gather, that his 17 year rolled brother may be with him as well. ``

:05:15. > :05:18.17`year`old. The families are not aware. I'd agree that also shows

:05:19. > :05:25.another problem that communities and families are not aware of this kind

:05:26. > :05:31.of recruitment. That also shows another problem. They need to work

:05:32. > :05:38.out who they are hanging out with. It is difficult to police your

:05:39. > :05:43.family at all times. Yes. Let's move on to the Daily Telegraph. A very

:05:44. > :05:48.different story. Very different in fact. End of the road for car

:05:49. > :05:53.parking zealots is the headline. This is about councils being banned

:05:54. > :06:04.from using CCTV cameras to catch is out with parking offences. This is

:06:05. > :06:10.an initiative from Eric Pickles. Not many people haven't been caught out

:06:11. > :06:17.by CCTV cameras. A potential vote winner. David Cameron has been

:06:18. > :06:22.talking about potholes today. People sit in the lobby and go, isn't it

:06:23. > :06:29.funny, potholes? It matters to people and so does car parking. The

:06:30. > :06:38.story in The Times about mobile phone blackspots. These matter. Is

:06:39. > :06:43.the problem with CCTV cameras being used being, that is not their main

:06:44. > :06:48.purpose. We're not talking up parking on a double yellow line out

:06:49. > :06:54.staying your loading bay duration. It is slightly odd. They want to

:06:55. > :06:56.ease the policing of parking. What is the point of having these

:06:57. > :07:03.restrictions if you're not going to police them. It does not quite add

:07:04. > :07:07.up. There are people screaming at the television, saying, it is not

:07:08. > :07:11.about policing it is about making money, generating money. The

:07:12. > :07:17.motoring lobby is very influential, isn't it? On a serious note, there

:07:18. > :07:22.is a lot of votes on this of thing. It is an easy... They have

:07:23. > :07:32.themselves a splash in the Daily Telegraph 's. `` Daily Telegraph.

:07:33. > :07:36.The World Cup does make it onto the front page. The man who put England

:07:37. > :07:42.out of the World Cup, says The Times. A bit of a profile of the

:07:43. > :07:48.much we all want to forget really. If only Brian was from Fulham, he

:07:49. > :07:53.could play for England. He is from Costa Rica and he has put England

:07:54. > :07:57.out, to everyone's surprise. A lot of people might have expected

:07:58. > :08:02.England to be out at this stage but not to the hands of Costa Rica going

:08:03. > :08:07.through. The South American teams are doing really well. They have a

:08:08. > :08:10.lot of home support. They are definitely rising. At least we are

:08:11. > :08:15.now spread to become the gated mass of how could England go through if

:08:16. > :08:18.this happened at that happened and that happened. Straws clutching

:08:19. > :08:23.springs to mind. The Daily Mirror has the most important questions and

:08:24. > :08:27.I would imagine the conversation in many pubs and living rooms this

:08:28. > :08:32.evening, what now for Roy Hodgson? They go into much detail. This piece

:08:33. > :08:37.in the sports section with the headline, coming home, the FA is

:08:38. > :08:43.right to stick with Roy. A lot of debate about that at the moment.

:08:44. > :08:48.Absolutely. The question people will be asking is, who else can do it? It

:08:49. > :08:53.is not so much, what next for Roy but if you get rid of him, who else

:08:54. > :08:59.is there? The answer is, no one really. On that basis he will be

:09:00. > :09:02.sticking around for a lot longer. He must stay because they can say he

:09:03. > :09:07.must go but then they have to offer an alternative and there are not

:09:08. > :09:10.any. He picked a young team. I took a lot of support came out

:09:11. > :09:15.particularly from the former England captain saying, he did his best with

:09:16. > :09:19.what he had. That is not a world`class football team. Even when

:09:20. > :09:22.Rooney has been accused of not being world`class. He is good that he is

:09:23. > :09:31.not consistently good. That is his problem. We did know that before

:09:32. > :09:39.they went. The buck stops with the boss. If they lose to Costa Rica, it

:09:40. > :09:43.might be a different headline. In the Guardian, back to the kind of

:09:44. > :09:46.lines we were talking about after the local elections and the EU

:09:47. > :09:52.elections. They have brought it back onto the agenda for some sort of

:09:53. > :09:58.reason. Labour election anxiety grows. Fears over the Ed Miliband

:09:59. > :10:02.effect. Ed Miliband has been told by Labour front bench is that he will

:10:03. > :10:06.have to resign if they lose the next general election. There is some fear

:10:07. > :10:11.about whether he can take them to the next general election and put

:10:12. > :10:15.them in power. It is a really bizarre splash, to be honest. Who

:10:16. > :10:23.did not think that Ed Miliband would have to resign if he lost the next

:10:24. > :10:29.election? Absolutely no names. The buck stops with the boss if you have

:10:30. > :10:34.not done well. Labour did not do too badly, they could have done better.

:10:35. > :10:41.The pressure is mounting on Ed Miliband. He has not had a

:10:42. > :10:50.particularly good week, has he? Let's face it. This week he is

:10:51. > :10:53.particularly `` has particular taken a hammering for his lack of

:10:54. > :11:00.confidence and lack of leadership qualities. White Rabbit and for not

:11:01. > :11:08.being his brother. Still a lot of support for David Miliband. `` and

:11:09. > :11:13.for not being his brother. 35% support for being the next Prime

:11:14. > :11:16.Minister. He would thrash David Cameron in a head`to`head. 30

:11:17. > :11:21.million people did not vote in those elections and they are not engaged

:11:22. > :11:26.in politics. There is some talk now in the Daily Mail on page six of a

:11:27. > :11:32.summer of pain for Nick Clegg put up to reconnect with the voters, get

:11:33. > :11:37.people back voting for what ever party but he will hope for his

:11:38. > :11:49.party. Lord Ashton did this and it went well. I was unaware that he had

:11:50. > :11:53.worked in a gay nightclub. It did help with his popularity. However,

:11:54. > :12:01.if Nick Clegg does this now it will be obvious. I think they want him to

:12:02. > :12:07.get on his knees and he has got to show that he's really sorry. You

:12:08. > :12:13.think that politicians engage with us normal folk enough. I don't mean

:12:14. > :12:20.journalists but people who are working down mine shafts. Not unless

:12:21. > :12:25.there's a photo opportunity. Lauded owners when he was transport

:12:26. > :12:31.Minister rode the rails for a summer to find out what was wrong with

:12:32. > :12:39.that. He didn't fix it. Jeremy Hunt hangs around hospitals a lot. He

:12:40. > :12:44.said he had shaved half a moustache off, from a man who was having an

:12:45. > :12:51.operation. It goes on below the radar. When politicians do try to

:12:52. > :12:57.engage with the public sometimes it goes terribly wrong. They get it so

:12:58. > :13:07.wrong. Baseball caps and bigoted women. The list goes on. We will be

:13:08. > :13:13.back tomorrow with more papers. We will be back at half past 11. We

:13:14. > :13:16.will be looking at some of the paper stories. Still to come: We will hear

:13:17. > :13:24.from our security correspondent Frank Gardner on the recruitment

:13:25. > :13:26.video apparently released by ISIS.
