:00:00. > :00:00.and are calling for their executive to resign. And Britain's new world
:00:00. > :00:00.record`breaking swimming star will be up later in sports day in 15
:00:00. > :00:19.minutes. Welcome to look ahead at what the
:00:20. > :00:33.papers will be us tomorrow. Let's have a look at the front
:00:34. > :00:39.pages. We are going to start a night with the daily Mirror. As you can
:00:40. > :00:48.see, there is a picture of the Prime Minister on holiday with the words
:00:49. > :00:51.Isis, what crisis? And on to the Independent, and we have a picture
:00:52. > :00:55.of President Assad, the Syrian president, and the headline says
:00:56. > :01:03.that the West are poised to join forces with President a sad. And the
:01:04. > :01:10.Daily Mail reading on what it calls a victory over the Cowboys. It says
:01:11. > :01:14.the Health Secretary will tomorrow announce free or cut`price hospital
:01:15. > :01:22.parking for those who are seriously ill. The Telegraph says that
:01:23. > :01:24.May will be announcing a 3`point plan to counter British Muslim
:01:25. > :01:27.extremists. Measures will include new anti`social behaviour orders to
:01:28. > :01:36.restrict radical behaviour and language. And, the search for the
:01:37. > :01:42.Jihad is John is the lead on the times, saying that counterterrorism
:01:43. > :01:49.police are preparing to raid several British homes to find out who killed
:01:50. > :01:54.James Foley. Those are the looked at the front pages, and not
:01:55. > :01:58.surprisingly Isis is continuing to dominate. We can start with the
:01:59. > :02:03.daily Mirror, it is a good headline, although some might argue that it is
:02:04. > :02:07.unfair to the Prime Minister. Having a bit of fun at the Prime Minister
:02:08. > :02:13.'s expense, but there is a legitimate point that he has gone on
:02:14. > :02:17.holiday with this crisis on. He is allowed a holiday for me. I feel
:02:18. > :02:23.sorry for him, there are pictures of him in a wet suit on three of the
:02:24. > :02:27.front pages, and he is having a private time with his family, and
:02:28. > :02:30.they are trying to make him not look great in a wet suit, which he
:02:31. > :02:35.probably does not. The question on whether he should be on holiday not,
:02:36. > :02:40.well frankly he would have had to come back endlessly for various
:02:41. > :02:45.things, and this situation is there. He has gone away again, but it is a
:02:46. > :02:50.difficult time, and this summer has been a nightmare time news wise. And
:02:51. > :02:55.also politically for him it has been very difficult in terms of foreign
:02:56. > :03:06.policy. The headline writers working on this, Brian mess, and all at sea.
:03:07. > :03:10.I think there. But Alex is right, these are what the pictures like,
:03:11. > :03:15.they like to make the politicians look silly. The headlines are very
:03:16. > :03:22.good. I think probably, this is David Cameron's third holiday of the
:03:23. > :03:26.year, it is his 15th since 2010. I think the problem is is that for
:03:27. > :03:31.many people it seems like a few too many. But I agree that he is
:03:32. > :03:37.entitled to take a break and he has already interrupted this holiday to
:03:38. > :03:42.come back. I think we need somebody to have that sense that we do not
:03:43. > :03:51.constantly need to have people working like that. If you look at
:03:52. > :03:55.pictures of any American president, but also the British Prime Minister
:03:56. > :03:59.is, how much do they age during the time they take office? Actually some
:04:00. > :04:04.sort of fresh air, it probably gives him a bit of perspective. Maybe it
:04:05. > :04:10.is one holiday too many. And President Obama was pictured playing
:04:11. > :04:15.golf after the press conference with James Foley's parents. The Daily
:04:16. > :04:20.Mail has said it was a disgrace. There are people clearly upset by
:04:21. > :04:25.this. I think that is a bit excessive to call it a disgrace. The
:04:26. > :04:29.problem as well, if you think that you are Prime Minister, and if you
:04:30. > :04:32.are anybody that has political ambitions, you think that you will
:04:33. > :04:39.never go on the beach if you get in that job, you will just avoid it.
:04:40. > :04:42.Same story, but a different pitch and outlook, we can go to the
:04:43. > :04:46.Independent with the headline that the West is poised to join forces
:04:47. > :04:49.with the South. We have been speaking to several commentators and
:04:50. > :04:56.they are saying no, but it looks like this is increasingly being
:04:57. > :04:59.considered as a possibility now. The Independent has gone very hard on
:05:00. > :05:04.this. We have had Philip Hammond they very much this was not going to
:05:05. > :05:07.happen and he called the possibility of it poisonous, and obviously has
:05:08. > :05:14.also said that the enemy of my enemy is not my friend. The Independent
:05:15. > :05:17.has gone much harder than other newspapers. Everybody else has
:05:18. > :05:23.repeated the quotes. But one of the things they have pointed out,
:05:24. > :05:27.sources have claimed that the US is already covertly assisting the
:05:28. > :05:30.President Assad government by passing an intelligent about the
:05:31. > :05:35.exact location of the leaders. But obviously that is not the same thing
:05:36. > :05:41.as them being in an alliance. Joining forces is a very loose term
:05:42. > :05:45.I think. I think they have used it in its loosest term. People have
:05:46. > :05:50.been talking about perhaps if the West were going to launch some kind
:05:51. > :05:55.of rocket attack or whatever on Isis, they would perhaps warn
:05:56. > :06:00.President Assad said it were not in the same place at the same time.
:06:01. > :06:04.That is a long way from joining forces. They have also called it a
:06:05. > :06:10.shocking U`turn, I do not personally think if that is the case that that
:06:11. > :06:15.was due to the shocking U`turn. Think it is a stretch and it makes
:06:16. > :06:21.the headline. This is an article from the Home Secretary, Theresa
:06:22. > :06:27.May. ASBOs coming back into this but this will be a different form. You
:06:28. > :06:30.see that, the word, it arouses scepticism from everybody saying for
:06:31. > :06:33.goodness sake, we're not back with these, because they do not work and
:06:34. > :06:37.do not have any effect. We think they are to do with noisy
:06:38. > :06:42.neighbours, but we are talking here about terrorists that slit people 's
:06:43. > :06:47.throats. It is a very different thing, and it is an incredibly
:06:48. > :06:51.difficult problem. This is... As Theresa May has said, we are in the
:06:52. > :06:56.middle of a generational struggle against a deadly extremist ideology.
:06:57. > :07:02.But what you cannot do is say that we are just targeting one group of
:07:03. > :07:07.extremists. This has to encompass all extremism from all religions of
:07:08. > :07:11.all political persuasions. Where do you draw the line? It is incredibly
:07:12. > :07:16.difficult to police. We all know what the ultimate aim needs to be,
:07:17. > :07:20.it is just really hard to work legislation that can cover that. And
:07:21. > :07:25.no surprise going to the Telegraph with this for the Home Secretary of
:07:26. > :07:29.course. But these ASBOs, the anti`social behaviour orders,
:07:30. > :07:32.looking to restrict extremist behaviour and language. As with an
:07:33. > :07:36.ASBO, it could result in a criminal conviction carrying a jail term. I
:07:37. > :07:41.suppose once again, it is always going to have to be the burden of
:07:42. > :07:45.proof with those things. Absolutely. And one of the other things they are
:07:46. > :07:49.doing is making it illegal to join these extremist groups that preach
:07:50. > :07:52.violence views but are not involved in terrorism. Some people were
:07:53. > :07:56.asking why has that not happened already? And as well, other people
:07:57. > :07:59.will go the other way and say actually, what is going to happen is
:08:00. > :08:03.quite right, we are going to have to get the burden of proof, and it is
:08:04. > :08:09.going to be very high. And that will be very tricky. Plenty more in the
:08:10. > :08:16.Telegraph on the inside pages with that Terry is a article. Onto a
:08:17. > :08:21.different story, but one that has been the second highest Tory for
:08:22. > :08:29.most news bulletins for a long time. We have to turn to the Daily Express
:08:30. > :08:33.to get there. The comment is that Hamas will pay heavy price for the
:08:34. > :08:36.death of this boy. There is no doubt that Israel is saying that it has
:08:37. > :08:45.not finished yet with its so`called operation protective edge. We have
:08:46. > :08:50.to get to the last sentence of this story to work out that about 500
:08:51. > :08:54.Palestinian children have been killed in this conflict in Gaza.
:08:55. > :08:58.This is obviously horrific that the four`year`old boy has died, but the
:08:59. > :09:03.death toll is an always on the other side too. Obviously much bigger on
:09:04. > :09:09.the other side. The other thing in this story is about Hamas shooting
:09:10. > :09:15.people that they are claiming our informants for Israel, and that is
:09:16. > :09:23.obviously a horrific thing that took place. It is interesting with Hamas
:09:24. > :09:30.and Isis, they have an incredible fear of spies, and a lot of internal
:09:31. > :09:37.unrest. Also another story here about the Conservative friends of
:09:38. > :09:40.Israel asking David Cameron not to support the commission of enquiry
:09:41. > :09:50.that is investigating breaches of international humanitarian law. This
:09:51. > :09:56.has already called for those to be put on trial for the humanitarian
:09:57. > :09:59.court. They say that this is not going to be neutral or not biased in
:10:00. > :10:05.his judgement, and they are asking that he does not support his
:10:06. > :10:09.improvement. And you see that that they are overrun over the coming
:10:10. > :10:14.days with other newspapers. It is quite an interesting aside. Yes, it
:10:15. > :10:20.is still a mess. A lot more to do with both Hamas, Israel and also the
:10:21. > :10:24.Isis situation in most of the papers. A very different story in
:10:25. > :10:28.the Daily Mail. Yes there is the Prime Minister again, but the main
:10:29. > :10:34.story there is victory over the parking cowboys. It interesting that
:10:35. > :10:40.the Daily Mail and the Daily Express are claiming that this is their
:10:41. > :10:44.victory. There is a serious point behind this, if you are going to
:10:45. > :10:47.visit summary that is seriously ill, you can end up paying a lot in
:10:48. > :10:51.parking at hospitals and they have been campaigning to stop that. This
:10:52. > :10:55.has been a long`term Daily Mail campaign, not so sure how long the
:10:56. > :10:59.express has been doing it but the Daily Mail have been pushing it. If
:11:00. > :11:02.you have a long`term condition, the number of tests that you might be
:11:03. > :11:07.going into hospital for and then paying through the nose for is very
:11:08. > :11:12.unfair. One of the things that is very marked this August is that we
:11:13. > :11:16.have had all of these domestic stories, normally August is quite a
:11:17. > :11:20.dead time, but all of these domestic stories have been kept off the front
:11:21. > :11:24.pages, and now obviously they have chosen this story. But in general we
:11:25. > :11:32.have had an awful lot of very important foreign stories. But there
:11:33. > :11:36.has not been that very quiet period. It has taken a back`seat. More
:11:37. > :11:41.precisely this is about the people that impose the fines, saying the
:11:42. > :11:45.criticism is far too large and sometimes small parking
:11:46. > :11:48.infringements get heavily penalised. They are also talking about paying
:11:49. > :11:52.for parking when you leave, you only pay for the amount of time you be
:11:53. > :11:55.there. The last time I was in hospital, I made really good friends
:11:56. > :11:59.with somebody else because we were feeding the meter at the same time
:12:00. > :12:03.every hour because we had no idea how long we were going to be. We
:12:04. > :12:09.were pretty close seven hours later feeding the pound coins into the
:12:10. > :12:12.thing. It is not fair and especially when people are often incredibly
:12:13. > :12:15.stressed that those times, the last thing you need is to come out and
:12:16. > :12:19.see that you have got a ticket on your car or whatever. They need to
:12:20. > :12:22.sort it out, they are sorting it out. They will obviously have to
:12:23. > :12:26.come up with some kind of permit think that the people that are
:12:27. > :12:30.visiting long`term ill patients that have regular visitors because how
:12:31. > :12:33.would you know who is visiting who? There are publications in working it
:12:34. > :12:38.out but at least they are addressing it because it has been a real
:12:39. > :12:41.problem. So we have that in the Telegraph, here we are talking about
:12:42. > :12:52.Jeremy Hunt here pre`empting something in the Daily Mail. The
:12:53. > :12:57.thing about newspaper campaigns, they reason, they love when they get
:12:58. > :12:59.a victory, it is important to show your front pages have achieved
:13:00. > :13:09.something, the Daily Mail must feel happy. It an important thing. We
:13:10. > :13:14.have time for the last one, the Daily Telegraph. Looking at the
:13:15. > :13:19.bottom right of the front page, give children smaller plates. A call from
:13:20. > :13:29.the head of Public Health England. In the battle against the BCT, it is
:13:30. > :13:39.suggested we could shrink plate sized `` against the problem of
:13:40. > :13:44.overweight people. It works with dogs. You can get these things for
:13:45. > :13:48.dogs, food is difficult to get. It takes them longer to eat it, they do
:13:49. > :13:55.not guzzle it, we could do that for children. Putting the food in
:13:56. > :14:05.puzzles. It sounds like a zoo. It is the same principle. Eat less and be
:14:06. > :14:10.more mobile, that is news. Some more headlines coming in and about one
:14:11. > :14:16.hour, but that is it for this hour. Thank you. Stay with us, at 11
:14:17. > :14:21.o'clock we will have the latest on the crisis in Iraq as the Foreign
:14:22. > :14:24.Secretary rejects calls to work with President Assad to tackle Islamic
:14:25. > :14:28.statement and is. Coming up next, time for Sportsday. `` Islamic State
:14:29. > :14:31.militants.
