:01:35. > :01:40.starting with this. The Independent leads

:01:41. > :01:42.on commemorations of the 9/11 Hilary Clinton's early exit

:01:43. > :01:45.from 9/11 celebrations The presidential

:02:12. > :02:13.page of the Mirror. On the front page of the FT is this

:02:14. > :02:17.harrowing imagine of babies being carried through the rubble

:02:18. > :02:21.following an airstrike on rebel-held

:02:22. > :02:25.area of Aleppo. Don't pack away your sun

:02:26. > :02:28.tan lotion just yet, there's a mini autumn

:02:29. > :02:40.heatwave on the way, Let's talk about how The Telegraph

:02:41. > :02:46.is reporting the health scare of Hillary Clinton in public. It says

:02:47. > :02:51.the health has been the topic of many Donald Trump supporters. Now we

:02:52. > :02:56.know that she was diagnosed with pneumonia two days ago. There were

:02:57. > :03:02.many videos on line with construe the theories over her health. Donald

:03:03. > :03:08.Trump has questioned whether she has the stamina to serve as president.

:03:09. > :03:13.She was coughing a few days ago. Now it seems she has been diagnosed with

:03:14. > :03:21.pneumonia on Friday. She painted quite publicly today at the 9/11

:03:22. > :03:24.commemoration is. -- fainted. It will be a serious problem with us.

:03:25. > :03:28.There will be questions about whether she is fit enough to be

:03:29. > :03:34.president. Per doctor says she is recovering nicely and she has been

:03:35. > :03:40.on antibiotics. She has a very busy time in the next couple of weeks.

:03:41. > :03:44.Yeah. It is so gruelling, these American election. Think about our

:03:45. > :03:49.own elections, with Prime Minister is having to fly to Scotland and

:03:50. > :03:56.Northern Ireland, except us. It is tiring just to read about it. But

:03:57. > :04:01.going across the entirety of the United States, two months of that, I

:04:02. > :04:06.would not want to do it in the best of health, let alone with pneumonia.

:04:07. > :04:10.It is a difficult story for the Democrats. They have to shape up.

:04:11. > :04:13.The question at the moment is that what we thought was a conspiracy

:04:14. > :04:20.theory about Hillary Clinton's health from Donald Trump might have

:04:21. > :04:25.substance to it. We did not know she was diagnosed with pneumonia. We had

:04:26. > :04:32.to be kept in the loop about that. They have to be upfront. Otherwise

:04:33. > :04:40.it might be claimed they are hiding something serious. Britons face

:04:41. > :04:50.these are the due visit Europe. There could be a holiday tax levied

:04:51. > :04:54.against us after leaving the EU. Brexit hitting home. We did not hear

:04:55. > :05:00.about this during the campaign. They were not keen to advertise a ?10

:05:01. > :05:07.holiday tax. Bad as night follows day, if you leave the EU, you do not

:05:08. > :05:11.get the freedom of the EU, to travel and go on holiday freely. We don't

:05:12. > :05:16.know it will happen. They may trade it off and do a deal. But it is

:05:17. > :05:22.certainly in play it we leave the EU. We might have to pay to go on

:05:23. > :05:26.holiday. We could have a tax for them coming here. Absolutely. That

:05:27. > :05:32.would be beneficial to the economy, maybe, but I am not sure about that.

:05:33. > :05:36.It shows how little the government knows about where they want to go

:05:37. > :05:44.with the whole leaving the EU issue. Brexit may mean more bureaucracy for

:05:45. > :05:49.all of us. The Metro. The story we have been talking about all day. The

:05:50. > :05:55.NHS. Something has to give. A warning from Chris Copson who

:05:56. > :06:03.represents hospitals and other providers in the country. There are

:06:04. > :06:11.?10 billion coming into the NHS in England. Yet, they are still saying

:06:12. > :06:15.it is not enough. Yeah. In a sense the message has not changed for a

:06:16. > :06:19.few years from people like the providers and the senior doctors, et

:06:20. > :06:25.cetera. They are saying we do not have the resources to do our job.

:06:26. > :06:30.The settlement is not going down in real terms. So many people are using

:06:31. > :06:33.the service we are getting a resources cart effectively. They

:06:34. > :06:37.have been saying that for a long time. What has changed is they are

:06:38. > :06:47.raising the volume. They have a new Prime Minister and they need to turn

:06:48. > :06:52.it up. They want more resources at a time when they are clearly under

:06:53. > :06:56.pressure. There is also the issue of social care. People well enough to

:06:57. > :07:01.go home but they stay there and there is no one to look after them

:07:02. > :07:07.once they are discharged. If you did sort out social care it might change

:07:08. > :07:15.things a little bit for the NHS. It is a massive problem. We had figures

:07:16. > :07:19.last week showing a record number of patients that could leave but had

:07:20. > :07:23.nowhere to go. It is a difficult problem. Fundamentally we have to

:07:24. > :07:26.remember that in comparison to other countries like France and Germany we

:07:27. > :07:31.don't spend equivalent levels on the NHS. So if we want this seven-day

:07:32. > :07:43.NHS which Jeremy Hunt is talking about the health chiefsare saying we

:07:44. > :07:48.need to focus on that. Maybe we need a tax especially for the NHS. Many

:07:49. > :07:52.people don't like that for reasonable grounds. Linking a

:07:53. > :07:56.certain tax to a certain service buying the hands of government and

:07:57. > :08:01.makes it harder for them to inject more emergency money in the future.

:08:02. > :08:08.But you could help the public. Definitely. But unfashionable causes

:08:09. > :08:12.will get less money if everything gets its own tax. You create

:08:13. > :08:17.problems for yourself. I can understand not wanting to go down

:08:18. > :08:22.that road. You have bigger problems. If you want to spend on the NHS you

:08:23. > :08:28.have to pay for it. That is a difficult sell. The Telegraph. A

:08:29. > :08:33.story about the number of children reported as potential extremists

:08:34. > :08:42.doubling. Where have these figures come from? A freedom of information

:08:43. > :08:47.from the Telegraph themselves. A new law from last year says children or

:08:48. > :08:54.anyone has to be identified at risk of extremism to be put through

:08:55. > :09:04.deradicalise and in those sorts of measures. 2300 of them are under 18.

:09:05. > :09:08.52 of them were under age nine. Given there is a new law coming in

:09:09. > :09:14.officially saying authorities have to do this we shouldn't be surprised

:09:15. > :09:19.there is a big leap. It does underline the scale of the danger

:09:20. > :09:27.and the threat. People will be incredulous that people that young

:09:28. > :09:37.could be radicalised. Certainly they have been cases where children have

:09:38. > :09:42.been taken to one of these causes but they have been found to be doing

:09:43. > :09:46.nothing suspicious whatsoever. But they are trying to show they are

:09:47. > :09:54.taking action to try to stop the problem of radicalisation at its

:09:55. > :10:02.source. The Financial Times. Man carrying babies through the rubble

:10:03. > :10:07.of Aleppo, one of the two provinces near Idlib. We are expecting for

:10:08. > :10:13.this ceasefire to come into effect tomorrow night. But some groups are

:10:14. > :10:18.wondering whether that will happen. Yes. We have seen in the run-up to

:10:19. > :10:23.the ceasefire supposed to start tomorrow 100 odd people dying in

:10:24. > :10:31.bombings in the last day. There are so many desperate groups trying to

:10:32. > :10:37.bring to the table the idea of ceasing shooting. Bringing them to

:10:38. > :10:40.the table is the next step. There is greater cooperation between the US

:10:41. > :10:44.and Russia now. Whether they have the influence to force some kind of

:10:45. > :10:49.more sensible and meaningful negotiations, hopefully they will.

:10:50. > :10:55.Not so long ago that was unimaginable, that kind of

:10:56. > :11:02.cooperation between those two. The Americans have made the choice that

:11:03. > :11:07.of the two evils, Islamic State are the worst one. They have decided on

:11:08. > :11:16.their priority. That has led to this quiet potentially landmark agreement

:11:17. > :11:20.on Saturday. There is the chance now that President Assad's role will

:11:21. > :11:24.continue for some time. At one point rebels said they will not take part

:11:25. > :11:28.in any talks if there was a chance he would be left in power for any

:11:29. > :11:32.time. Again, I think that is a symbol of the fact the Americans

:11:33. > :11:36.have changed their mind. President Assad leaving would have been the

:11:37. > :11:42.key thing that the Americans would have said had to happen. They are

:11:43. > :11:46.downplaying that now. That is a big shift. You wonder if that could

:11:47. > :11:53.happen as well. You could wonder if all those civilians needed to diet.

:11:54. > :11:59.It is a hard conclusion to come to. President Assad being allowed to

:12:00. > :12:06.stay in office. Even the choice the international powers have, it may be

:12:07. > :12:11.the lesser of two evil is. The Telegraph. They are doing well with

:12:12. > :12:18.us tonight. The nation breathes a sigh of relief as Helen Archer is

:12:19. > :12:29.found not guilty. This is a story that has gripped Radio 4 fans of

:12:30. > :12:37.Archers. It has gone on for 2.5 years. It is clever how they worked

:12:38. > :12:40.on that. It has been. A story I have experienced entirely vicariously. I

:12:41. > :12:44.have not listened to a single episode of the Archers in ten years.

:12:45. > :12:50.It is impossible to miss it. Everyone is talking about it. It is

:12:51. > :12:56.a great and social old fashioned social drama. It speaks to something

:12:57. > :13:00.the nation is interested in. It gets everyone around a topic and around

:13:01. > :13:05.the show in the way people used to. Now be fragmented digital

:13:06. > :13:10.entertainment world we live in, we don't tend to have these moments. It

:13:11. > :13:20.is great. A meeting of the wireless and social media. The #freehelen

:13:21. > :13:24.hashtag. People saying she has to be found not guilty. She was accused of

:13:25. > :13:32.the attempted murder of her husband who was abusing her. It has been

:13:33. > :13:38.fascinating to see how it has gripped people. Obviously, the

:13:39. > :13:45.storyline will continue because I gather that there is a hearing

:13:46. > :13:52.incoming about where the children will be living. We will see what

:13:53. > :13:57.happens when we come to it. There is also the fact she isn't going to

:13:58. > :14:02.prison. These writers are very skilled. It is never the end. There

:14:03. > :14:12.is always something more that you can do and other characters you can

:14:13. > :14:19.bring in and all these are very cool. The Guardian. The British

:14:20. > :14:29.Paralympian success. Six gold medals. Laura Turner on the left and

:14:30. > :14:36.her colleague celebrating gold in the 3000 metre individual cycling.

:14:37. > :14:41.And the rowing, Britain has done well. David has done well, missing

:14:42. > :14:48.the birth of his fourth child so he can take part in the current mix. It

:14:49. > :14:54.is always inspiring, these sorts off of them. The Paralympics is

:14:55. > :14:58.particularly moving. Some of the difficulties they have to overcome

:14:59. > :15:09.before they even start training is incredible. Yes. Terrific. We asked

:15:10. > :15:13.second in the table. To China! I wonder why we don't make more out of

:15:14. > :15:20.that. We are in the... When we were in the Olympics everyone was talking

:15:21. > :15:25.about the incredible performance, in comparison to 2012. This is just as

:15:26. > :15:30.impressive. Not even on home turf. Maybe there is a case that we should

:15:31. > :15:39.blow the trumpet a bit more for the Paralympian is. We have done our bit

:15:40. > :15:41.for the moment. Not enough. There is more that we can do. Thank you
