:01:32. > :01:38.releases in The Film Review. Hello and welcome to our look ahead

:01:39. > :01:41.to what the the papers will be With me are the journalist

:01:42. > :01:44.and broadcaster Rachel Shabi and Martin Bentham, who's

:01:45. > :01:46.the home affairs editor Tomorrow's front pages,

:01:47. > :01:52.starting with... The Mirror leads with

:01:53. > :01:55.the Manchester Arena bomber, Salman Abedi, who was seen carrying

:01:56. > :02:01.a suitcase days before the attack. The Guardian's top story

:02:02. > :02:03.is Theresa May and Jeremy Corbyn taking part in live TV interviews

:02:04. > :02:07.tonight. The Metro focuses on the female

:02:08. > :02:10.zookeeper killed by a tiger at One of the stories on the FT

:02:11. > :02:18.is Russian President Vladimir Putin and French President Emmanuel Macron

:02:19. > :02:22.holding talks near Paris. And eating fish just

:02:23. > :02:25.once or twice a week could protect against dementia -

:02:26. > :02:39.that's according to research seen We can begin. Let's start with the

:02:40. > :02:47.story in The Mirror. It pitcher on the front page there. Rachel, you

:02:48. > :02:55.could start asked on this. This is all about the investigation. I think

:02:56. > :02:59.the issue with this case is that it is obviously quite distinctive, it

:03:00. > :03:06.is bright blue, and the police are chine to trace his movements and the

:03:07. > :03:11.days since he came back from Libya until he carried out the attack a

:03:12. > :03:16.week ago. Because it is so distinctive suitcase I imagine they

:03:17. > :03:21.have released this photo to help trigger any recollections of people

:03:22. > :03:25.who might have seen him in those four days so they can start to piece

:03:26. > :03:31.together a picture of where he was and what he was doing. There is CCTV

:03:32. > :03:40.of him going into a shop yesterday as well. Finding this suitcase is

:03:41. > :03:47.also vital. It is not what he used to carry out the bombing, that was a

:03:48. > :03:51.satchel, not the same thing, but they want to establish where he is

:03:52. > :03:56.clean and all his movements and they have not found this a case, they do

:03:57. > :04:01.not think there is anything dangerous and it, they think they

:04:02. > :04:05.have located all the explosives, but there may be material in there that

:04:06. > :04:11.is of interest to the investigation either forensically or about other

:04:12. > :04:19.people connected to him. Everything connected with him since he has come

:04:20. > :04:25.back they will be searching for. There has been another arrest as

:04:26. > :04:38.well. We are speaking to about this a few moments ago. Now The Guardian.

:04:39. > :04:44.This was the debate, or not they debate, this is the pitcher on the

:04:45. > :04:52.front page of The Guardian. Jeremy Corbyn in action. Explain what was

:04:53. > :04:57.going on here. This was on Sky News, the two leaders facing questions

:04:58. > :05:02.from the public and then from Jeremy Paxman. Jeremy Corbyn first and then

:05:03. > :05:06.Theresa May with 15 minutes of the audience in 15 minutes of Jeremy

:05:07. > :05:13.Paxman, each being questioned about all sorts of issues. The Guardian

:05:14. > :05:19.here, although this has only just finished and this is an early

:05:20. > :05:23.version of the story, it is just leading on Jeremy Corbyn's

:05:24. > :05:28.performance which most people what was quite good. He was tackled on

:05:29. > :05:35.some of the positions he had had before, like abolishing the

:05:36. > :05:41.monarchy, his call for an end to activities in the Falklands, and his

:05:42. > :05:47.previous connections and support allegedly of the IRA and Sinn Fein.

:05:48. > :05:54.He came across reasonably well and The Guardian certainly... It is

:05:55. > :05:58.interesting because this is a verbatim response of the question

:05:59. > :06:06.and answers. There is no editorial assessment. There is not much spin

:06:07. > :06:15.at the moment. You paid quite a lot of attention to the debate. I

:06:16. > :06:18.mustn't call it a debate. It was a couple of interviews. The reason we

:06:19. > :06:24.are not having the bases because Theresa May did not want to debate

:06:25. > :06:30.Jeremy Corbyn. The more you see of heard the more you understand why.

:06:31. > :06:33.The leadership she was professed to have and the popularity that the

:06:34. > :06:39.polls reflected that she had seems to be based on a thin veneer and the

:06:40. > :06:46.more contact she has with the public, the more this veneer cracks

:06:47. > :06:50.and crumbles and disappears. What about the content with Jeremy

:06:51. > :06:54.Paxman? She did not do too great with him either. She looked nervous

:06:55. > :07:01.and did not look like leadership material. My impression of people's

:07:02. > :07:05.response to the debates was that they were pleasantly surprised by

:07:06. > :07:11.Jeremy Corbyn and unpleasantly surprised and quite disappointed by

:07:12. > :07:14.Theresa May. The more people see Jeremy Corbyn the more they like

:07:15. > :07:21.them and for Theresa May it is the opposite. I thought it was a no

:07:22. > :07:27.score draw. She handled some difficult questions well. People in

:07:28. > :07:33.the audience were laughing at her. I don't think it was a disaster. We do

:07:34. > :07:51.not have a lot of time but we will be back at 11:30pm. Macro and --

:07:52. > :07:57.Macron and President Putin. This sounded like it was a difficult

:07:58. > :08:12.encounter. Vladimir Putin made no secret of the fact that he supported

:08:13. > :08:18.Marie Le Pen for the presidency, for Russia's self-interested reasons.

:08:19. > :08:25.This would not necessarily have been a smooth meeting but it was also

:08:26. > :08:32.interesting that Macron was keen to assert France's foreign policy,

:08:33. > :08:40.especially regarding Syria. He said there were red lines around the use

:08:41. > :08:47.of chemical weapons in Syria. France had one of the best and tell

:08:48. > :08:55.operations to verify the recent chemical gas attacks, what happened

:08:56. > :09:04.and who was using it. He issued some stern words about that, having a go

:09:05. > :09:10.at Vladimir Putin. They had Frank and direct talks, it says. It sounds

:09:11. > :09:21.like a road. Vladimir Putin arrived looking very sombre and at the end

:09:22. > :09:30.he had the severe look on his face. It was not the most friendly

:09:31. > :09:37.meeting. In The Financial Times is a story that so many people will have

:09:38. > :09:50.been thinking about. British Airways faces inquest into stranding

:09:51. > :09:55.passengers to eternity problem. We spoke to the executive today. There

:09:56. > :09:59.was a complete contrast to fear from a consumer relations point of view

:10:00. > :10:04.and a business point of view. To have a back-up system that did not

:10:05. > :10:09.work, all by businesses need a back-up system that works of the

:10:10. > :10:15.initial system does not work. This is compounded because no one can

:10:16. > :10:24.then fly, this seems to have been a lack of information. The jobs have

:10:25. > :10:29.gone from the IT specialist here and it has gone to India. But we have

:10:30. > :10:35.not really had a real explanation. This article points out that British

:10:36. > :10:39.Airways does not seem to have learnt from the experiences of other

:10:40. > :10:46.airlines that have had similar problems, like Delta air and US

:10:47. > :10:50.airlines, they face similar disasters in terms of fail-safe

:10:51. > :10:57.systems and they have not really learnt from that. We need to leave

:10:58. > :11:01.it there. Thank you as you will both be back with me at 11:30pm for

:11:02. > :11:04.another look at the stories making the news tomorrow.

:11:05. > :11:07.Coming up next it's the Film Review.
