0:09:18 > 0:09:22harassment at the corporation including a senior sports presenter.
0:09:22 > 0:09:28Mishal Husain is on the cover, choosing this group of these senior
0:09:28 > 0:09:33reporters, editors, producers, et. It's not that she's complaining
0:09:33 > 0:09:37about having been harassed or anything but I guess she's part of
0:09:37 > 0:09:41this group that women are able to go to, or they are able to go to an
0:09:41 > 0:09:45upper manager and savour the problem here, this needs...The BBC has
0:09:45 > 0:09:48released a statement saying we can't comment on individuals but treat any
0:09:48 > 0:09:53allegation seriously and have processes in place for investigating
0:09:53 > 0:09:59them. That's the thing, isn't it, you've been talking about. Your own
0:09:59 > 0:10:03experience.I was talking about how this was essentially par for the

0:10:26 > 0:10:32kind of thing going on, allegedly. . This story is amazing to me. It's
0:10:32 > 0:10:39so... Maybe you expect it at the local pub or something, the office
0:10:39 > 0:10:44with David Brent or whatever, this is not something you expect out of a
0:10:44 > 0:10:50parliamentarian.This is a minister who sent his PA to buy sex toys. He
0:10:50 > 0:10:54goes on inside to say he can't deny but it was just high jinks and he
0:10:54 > 0:10:58says he fell out with the woman who persuaded him to go and do this and
0:10:58 > 0:11:02that's why she's saying this and all the rest of it, and there are other
0:11:02 > 0:11:05people who are mentioned in this as being sorry for what they done. It
0:11:05 > 0:11:11points out that like all of these things, it's about trying to make
0:11:11 > 0:11:17people think before they ask people to do things, before they come
0:11:17 > 0:11:21before this becomes an issue. Just think twice. How would this feel if
0:11:21 > 0:11:27it was in the papers? When I was introduced to Twitter and somebody
0:11:27 > 0:11:39said, do you know what, on Twitter, just remember, it's like
0:11:42 > 0:11:45shouting on a bus. Would you shout it on a bus? I know there are lots
0:11:45 > 0:11:48of people who shout really offensive things.It will be with you the rest
0:11:48 > 0:11:52of your life.It behoves you to be careful.Treat people as you would
