0:01:20 > 0:01:25and crack down on individuals who and businesses who abuse the system,
0:01:25 > 0:01:28and we will deliver a modern industrial strategy
0:01:28 > 0:01:32that spreads prosperity and opportunity across the country,
0:01:32 > 0:01:35while continuing to bring the deficit down,
0:01:35 > 0:01:37so we live within our means.
0:01:37 > 0:01:40It is a plan for a fairer society
0:01:40 > 0:01:44where success is based on merit, not privilege.
0:01:44 > 0:01:48So we will provide a good school place for every child,
0:01:48 > 0:01:50deliver more affordable homes
0:01:50 > 0:01:53and put record investment into the NHS
0:01:53 > 0:01:57and we will make sure we have a welfare system that rewards work
0:01:57 > 0:02:00as well as tackling historic injustices,
0:02:00 > 0:02:03like racial and gender discrimination.
0:02:03 > 0:02:06And it is a plan for a united nation
0:02:06 > 0:02:11that our children and grandchildren are proud to call home.

0:02:14 > 0:02:17of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland,
