1:01:21 > 1:01:23The difficult decisions we've taken
1:01:23 > 1:01:27have made Britain's economy stronger and more competitive.
1:01:27 > 1:01:28Our deficit cut by a third,
1:01:28 > 1:01:32a record number of people in work. And we're predicted to be
1:01:32 > 1:01:36the fastest-growing economy in the G7 this year.
1:01:36 > 1:01:40We're working through our long-term economic plan at home
1:01:40 > 1:01:44and we'll work through our plan to deliver real change in Europe too.
1:01:44 > 1:01:48David Cameron, backed by a strong team of Conservative MEPs,
1:01:48 > 1:01:50has taken action to stand up for Britain.
1:01:50 > 1:01:54Vetoing a new EU fiscal treaty that didn't guarantee
1:01:54 > 1:01:56a level playing field for British businesses.
1:01:56 > 1:01:58It's sometimes the right thing to say,
1:01:58 > 1:02:01"I'm afraid I cannot do that, it's not in our national interest."
1:02:01 > 1:02:04And so I'm going to say no and I'm going to exercise the veto.
1:02:04 > 1:02:07Taking Britain out of the Eurozone bailouts.
1:02:07 > 1:02:08Let me be clear once again,
1:02:08 > 1:02:12Britain will not invest in a Eurozone bailout fund.
1:02:12 > 1:02:13That is not going to happen.
1:02:13 > 1:02:17And cutting the EU budget for the first time in its history,
1:02:17 > 1:02:20saving British taxpayers over £8 billion.
1:02:20 > 1:02:23It isn't a time for tinkering, it isn't a time for moving money
1:02:23 > 1:02:26from one part of the budget to another.
1:02:26 > 1:02:28We need unaffordable spending cut.
1:02:28 > 1:02:31That's what's happening at home, that's what needs to happen here.
1:02:31 > 1:02:33But we need to go further.
1:02:33 > 1:02:34If you want real change in Europe,
1:02:34 > 1:02:38you need to vote for a strong team of Conservative MEPs
1:02:38 > 1:02:41to fight our corner and bring powers back to Britain.
1:02:59 > 1:03:04I believe that you have the right to have your say on Europe.
1:03:04 > 1:03:07So when we have finished renegotiating Britain's relationship
1:03:07 > 1:03:09with the European Union,
1:03:09 > 1:03:12we will give you the final decision
1:03:12 > 1:03:16with an in-out referendum by the end of 2017.
1:03:16 > 1:03:19Labour and the Lib Dems oppose our plan.
1:03:19 > 1:03:23They won't stand up for Britain, and they refuse to give you a say.
1:03:23 > 1:03:28And UKIP, they simply can't deliver on anything they promise.
1:03:28 > 1:03:31Only the Conservatives will stand up for Britain
1:03:31 > 1:03:33and let you have your say.
1:03:33 > 1:03:35Only by voting Conservative on May 22nd
1:03:35 > 1:03:38can you get real change in Europe.
