0:00:20 > 0:00:25Over the last five years, Diane has set a new standard for local MEPs.

0:00:27 > 0:00:30she has spoken up for Northern Ireland more than anyone else.

0:00:35 > 0:00:39Indeed, official records show that Diane is Northern Ireland's top MEP.

0:00:40 > 0:00:45She's in the top five in the UK, and the top 10% in the whole of Europe.

0:00:48 > 0:00:52After the election, Diane was the first of the current MEPs

0:00:57 > 0:00:59But she didn't wait for people to come to her.

0:01:08 > 0:01:11Securing funding from Brussels is massively important.

0:01:11 > 0:01:13But not everyone can access it.

0:01:26 > 0:01:30delivering over £6 million for businesses, churches,

0:01:30 > 0:01:32sports clubs and many, many others.

0:01:36 > 0:01:39Before I entered politics, I worked as a teacher.

0:01:39 > 0:01:42I enjoyed bringing the best out of people,

0:01:42 > 0:01:45and getting the most for people.

0:01:45 > 0:01:49My job in Europe is about standing up for Northern Ireland

0:01:49 > 0:01:53and working hard right across Northern Ireland.

0:01:53 > 0:01:55That is what I am about.

0:01:55 > 0:01:58And that is what this party is about,

0:01:58 > 0:02:02in local councils, Stormont, Westminster and Brussels.

0:02:03 > 0:02:06Whether we like the EU or not,

0:02:06 > 0:02:10decisions taken in Brussels impact our daily lives.

0:02:12 > 0:02:16In the European Parliament, I have defended our British sovereignty

0:02:16 > 0:02:19and opposed more powers going to Brussels.

0:02:20 > 0:02:25I have highlighted human rights abuses across the world,

0:02:25 > 0:02:28including the persecution of Christians.

0:02:28 > 0:02:32As the first full DUP member of the Agriculture Committee,

0:02:32 > 0:02:37I have stood up for our farmers, by protecting our CAP budget.

0:02:41 > 0:02:42On the Fisheries Committee,

0:02:42 > 0:02:47I have delivered improvements to the Common Fisheries Policy.

0:02:47 > 0:02:51I have stood up for the innocent victims of terrorism,

0:02:51 > 0:02:52secured vital funding

0:02:52 > 0:02:57and opposed get-out-of-jail-free cards for on-the-runs.

0:02:57 > 0:03:01I have ensured that Northern Ireland's voice is heard in Europe.

0:03:08 > 0:03:12This election isn't a referendum on getting out of the European Union.

0:03:12 > 0:03:14It's about electing the right person

0:03:14 > 0:03:17so Northern Ireland gets as much as it can out of Europe.

0:03:17 > 0:03:21Diane's work rate and record of delivery speaks for itself.

0:03:21 > 0:03:25Unlike other candidates, Diane is part of a team.

0:03:26 > 0:03:31she has worked with me and other DUP colleagues at Westminster,

0:03:31 > 0:03:34Stormont and local councils, to deliver for Northern Ireland.
