3:28:30 > 3:28:33Here in Leicester, we've created new apprenticeship programmes
3:28:33 > 3:28:36and paid work placements, helping over 1,200 young people
3:28:36 > 3:28:39get valuable experience in the workplace,
3:28:39 > 3:28:41to learn new skills and to secure good jobs.
3:28:41 > 3:28:44Northumbria Police have suffered the worst cuts
3:28:44 > 3:28:46of any police force in the UK.
3:28:46 > 3:28:50Labour promised that they would keep neighbourhood policing,
3:28:50 > 3:28:53so that people could see individuals they trust,
3:28:53 > 3:28:55and they've done that.
3:28:55 > 3:28:57We've not just built any council house,
3:28:57 > 3:28:59we've built homes that are fit for the future,
3:28:59 > 3:29:04homes that address fuel poverty and homes that people can afford.

3:29:12 > 3:29:16providing much-needed reassurance for their families and loved ones.

3:29:19 > 3:29:21we've unlocked millions of pounds of new investments,
3:29:21 > 3:29:24creating hundreds of new jobs for local people.
