0:00:12 > 0:00:17All over Wales, people are putting their trust in Plaid Cymru.

0:00:17 > 0:00:21They're standing up for their communities. And for their country.

0:00:23 > 0:00:27Be under no illusion, we are living through uncertain times,

0:00:27 > 0:00:29worrying times for many.

0:00:31 > 0:00:34The Tories have become England's national party and they have

0:00:34 > 0:00:39an unscrupulous focus on the protection of the south-east of England and the City of London.

0:00:42 > 0:00:45Labour are utterly divided and are making promises even they know

0:00:45 > 0:00:47they'll never be able to keep.

0:00:47 > 0:00:51Next, they'll be promising free kittens to every voter.

0:00:51 > 0:00:53We just can't trust either of them.

0:00:54 > 0:00:59So far, since Brexit, we've heard more about Scotland, Gibraltar,

0:00:59 > 0:01:03Northern Ireland and the City of London than we've heard about Wales.

0:01:03 > 0:01:08It's outrageous. Wales deserves better. We deserve better.

0:01:10 > 0:01:13Labour and the Tories in Westminster don't care about or

0:01:13 > 0:01:17understand our valleys, our coastal communities, our cities,

0:01:17 > 0:01:20our farms or our rural villages.

0:01:20 > 0:01:25I do, you do, Plaid Cymru does.

0:01:25 > 0:01:28We understand the unique circumstances and needs of

0:01:28 > 0:01:30our communities and our nation.

0:01:30 > 0:01:35We are solely focused on Wales and its success. And I know you are too.

0:01:37 > 0:01:40There's not only one country but four countries in the UK.

0:01:40 > 0:01:44Unfortunately, at the moment, only one country, England,

0:01:44 > 0:01:48holds all the cards. But it doesn't have to be that way.

0:01:48 > 0:01:52There are 533 MPs representing England.

0:01:52 > 0:01:56Compare that to the 40 MPs who represent Wales

0:01:56 > 0:01:58or the 59 in Scotland.

0:01:58 > 0:02:02Wales can never form a government in London and nor do we need to.

0:02:04 > 0:02:06This election is not about electoral majorities

0:02:06 > 0:02:08or about forming governments.

0:02:08 > 0:02:12As the SNP have proven in Scotland, having a strong mandate,

0:02:12 > 0:02:13not a majority,

0:02:13 > 0:02:17is what was needed to defend Scotland's interest at Westminster.

0:02:18 > 0:02:21We in Wales can do this too.

0:02:21 > 0:02:25That means by electing Plaid Cymru MPs across Wales, we can form

0:02:25 > 0:02:31a strong Welsh block in Westminster with a cast-iron mandate from Wales,

0:02:31 > 0:02:36completely focused on protecting the Welsh national interest.

0:02:36 > 0:02:38The things that matter to you.

0:02:38 > 0:02:41In practice, this means that we will demand that all the money currently

0:02:41 > 0:02:45invested into Wales from Europe is replaced by Westminster.

0:02:45 > 0:02:49It means when the Tories bend over backwards to secure

0:02:49 > 0:02:53a trade deal with America, which will likely see UK markets

0:02:53 > 0:02:56flooded with genetically modified food produce

0:02:56 > 0:02:58and steroid-pumped meat products,

0:02:58 > 0:03:01Plaid Cymru will defend Welsh farming interests

0:03:01 > 0:03:06as well as consumers from cheap, inferior and unhealthy imports.

0:03:06 > 0:03:10It means when it's in London's best interests to sell off

0:03:10 > 0:03:12vital public assets like the NHS

0:03:12 > 0:03:15in order to fund the protection of the City of London,

0:03:15 > 0:03:20Plaid Cymru won't let that happen to the Welsh NHS.

0:03:20 > 0:03:23The NHS is a red line issue for us.

0:03:23 > 0:03:27We will continue to defend the Welsh economy with the same vigour

0:03:27 > 0:03:30and determination as we have in protecting the Welsh language

0:03:30 > 0:03:33and culture over the years.

0:03:33 > 0:03:38In short, a Welsh block of MPs at Westminster will stand up for you

0:03:38 > 0:03:40and be the voice that Wales needs,

0:03:40 > 0:03:43protecting our economy, our people, and our nation.

0:03:44 > 0:03:47Those aren't just words, it's about your jobs,

0:03:47 > 0:03:51mortgages and pensions, about our health and education.

0:03:51 > 0:03:55It's about Wales commanding respect and standing in the world.

0:03:57 > 0:04:01Plaid Cymru is the party of Wales, the party of the people of Wales,

0:04:01 > 0:04:04the only party that truly represents Wales.

0:04:04 > 0:04:06Students, pensioners, workers

0:04:06 > 0:04:09and those currently going through difficulties,

0:04:09 > 0:04:12Plaid Cymru will fight tooth and nail for you.

0:04:13 > 0:04:17Plaid Cymru MPs were recently recognised by the House of Commons Library

0:04:17 > 0:04:22as being the most hard-working Welsh parliamentarians at Westminster.

0:04:22 > 0:04:26It's time we do more of what's working and less of what's not.

0:04:26 > 0:04:29It's time we elect even more Plaid Cymru MPs

0:04:29 > 0:04:34to defend Wales' interest during the Brexit negotiations and beyond.

0:04:36 > 0:04:40We are ready to fight for Wales. I trust you are too.

0:04:40 > 0:04:44Come on, let's do this together, for Wales. Diolch.

0:04:59 > 0:04:59if she could date 100 people in her lifetime,

0:04:59 > 0:05:02My wife keeps wondering, could she have done better than me?

0:05:02 > 0:05:04I mean, if she picked you purely romantically,

0:05:04 > 0:05:07instead of rigorously, you may not be the optimal.

0:05:07 > 0:05:08What she should have done is,

0:05:08 > 0:05:11if she could date 100 people in her lifetime,

0:05:11 > 0:05:13she takes the first square root of those, so, 10,

0:05:13 > 0:05:14dates and rejects them,
