0:01:36 > 0:01:39The NHS is under real pressure.
0:01:39 > 0:01:43For instance, mental health services need a step change
0:01:43 > 0:01:47so that the million people who experience mental health problems
0:01:47 > 0:01:49can get the help that they need.
0:01:49 > 0:01:50People want change.
0:01:50 > 0:01:54After all the division on independence and on Europe,
0:01:54 > 0:01:56the Liberal Democrats offer hope.
0:01:56 > 0:02:00It's why Liberal Democrats are winning again.
0:02:00 > 0:02:03It's why we won against the Conservatives in Richmond,
0:02:03 > 0:02:06the SNP in Inverness
0:02:06 > 0:02:09and the Labour Party all across the country.

0:02:12 > 0:02:15not cheerleaders for independence
0:02:15 > 0:02:18or for a hard Conservative Brexit.
0:02:18 > 0:02:24We are winning because we are standing up for Scotland in the UK,
0:02:24 > 0:02:29the UK in Europe, and for a fair, decent and tolerant Scotland.
