0:01:15 > 0:01:19for which no-one will take responsibility.
0:01:19 > 0:01:24But it's not the only scandal - Red Sky, expenses claims
0:01:24 > 0:01:27and, of course, Nama.
0:01:27 > 0:01:31They have all brought Stormont into disrepute.
0:01:31 > 0:01:33All of which points to misrule.
0:01:33 > 0:01:38Good times for ministers but no good government for you.
0:01:39 > 0:01:42Waiting lists out of control,
0:01:42 > 0:01:43health collapsing,
0:01:43 > 0:01:45schools desperate for cash.
0:01:45 > 0:01:48And all Stormont can contribute
0:01:48 > 0:01:51is another crisis.
0:01:51 > 0:01:55All this shambles costs you,
0:01:55 > 0:01:58because you pay for its squander,
0:01:58 > 0:02:04running up to more than £2 billion of debt.
0:02:04 > 0:02:09When it suits, the DUP and Sinn Fein cosy up together.
0:02:10 > 0:02:14But then, when, as at election time,
0:02:14 > 0:02:19they need to scaremonger against each other, they skirmish.

0:02:21 > 0:02:24In truth, it's all about power,
