0:00:49 > 0:00:51The government should nationalise it,
0:00:51 > 0:00:55invest in it, subsidise it throughout the crisis,
0:00:55 > 0:00:59keep it in public ownership to help build the infrastructure
0:00:59 > 0:01:04that we need in Wales, which are new railway links, tidal power,
0:01:04 > 0:01:07superfast broadband and all the rest.
0:01:07 > 0:01:10So, not sell it off to another multi-national corporation

0:02:16 > 0:02:19and yet more cuts in public services are necessary.
0:02:23 > 0:02:26At the last two General Elections, only the Communist Party
0:02:26 > 0:02:31called for all overseas tax havens under British rule to be shut down.

0:03:13 > 0:03:17The Lib Dems and Greens are also cheerleaders for the EU,
0:03:17 > 0:03:21while Ukip blame migrant workers and refugees.
0:03:27 > 0:03:30Only the Welsh Communists call for a federal Britain,
0:03:30 > 0:03:32in which our National Assembly has the powers
0:03:32 > 0:03:37and resources it needs to build a modern economy and a fair society,
0:03:37 > 0:03:41a socialist society, based on tolerance and social justice.

0:03:55 > 0:04:00Labour won a regional seat in only one of the five Welsh regions.
