0:00:25 > 0:00:28They are fighting with hard-working junior doctors in England,
0:00:28 > 0:00:32and to top it off, civil war on Europe, again.
0:00:32 > 0:00:37It is bad for business, bad for communities, bad for Wales.

0:00:38 > 0:00:41Politicians are not all the same.
0:00:46 > 0:00:51I got into politics to try to help people, to create a fairer society.
0:00:51 > 0:00:54We are on a different path from the Tories in England.
0:00:54 > 0:00:57A path which tries to unite, rather than divide,
0:00:57 > 0:01:00which gives opportunity to all, not just the few,
0:01:00 > 0:01:03and which rewards those who work hard in our communities.
0:01:03 > 0:01:05This is a journey we're on together, for Wales.
0:01:05 > 0:01:07We've had to make some tough choices
0:01:07 > 0:01:09over the course of the last five years,
0:01:09 > 0:01:13but what we've never done is to turn people against each other, or indeed
0:01:13 > 0:01:16to balance the books on the backs of those who are the lowest paid.
0:01:16 > 0:01:18I'm proud of the jobs that we've brought into Wales,
0:01:18 > 0:01:20the skills we've made sure our people are able to get,
0:01:20 > 0:01:23the fact we've got the best GCSE results ever
0:01:23 > 0:01:25and we are building schools in Wales,
0:01:25 > 0:01:28the fact that we are seeing improvements in stroke and
0:01:28 > 0:01:32cancer care in Wales, and the fact that we'd never privatise our NHS.
0:01:32 > 0:01:33We've delivered in tough times.
0:01:33 > 0:01:36We know that there's more to do, but we have the energy
0:01:36 > 0:01:39and the passion and the ideas to make sure that Wales
0:01:39 > 0:01:41continues on the right path.
0:01:41 > 0:01:44Well, we're going to offer free childcare for working parents
0:01:44 > 0:01:46who have three- and four-year-old children,
0:01:46 > 0:01:49100,000 apprenticeships for people of all ages,
0:01:49 > 0:01:53a new treatments fund in the NHS, tax cuts for small businesses,
0:01:53 > 0:01:57£100 million extra for our schools, and doubling the capital limit
0:01:57 > 0:02:01for those people who need to go into residential care.
0:02:01 > 0:02:03The stakes in this election have never been higher -
0:02:03 > 0:02:06Welsh Labour, who can deliver prosperity and security,
0:02:06 > 0:02:09or importing Cameron's chaos into Wales
0:02:09 > 0:02:11with the help of some of the other parties.
0:02:11 > 0:02:13Wales has been on the right path for the last five years
0:02:13 > 0:02:16and what we're saying to people is, we need a Welsh Labour Government
0:02:16 > 0:02:19for the next five years to take Wales forward.
