0:01:20 > 0:01:22and without favour.
0:01:22 > 0:01:25We would stand up for families struggling to pay bills
0:01:25 > 0:01:29by taking on the train firms and stopping them ripping you off.
0:01:29 > 0:01:33And we would force electricity companies to offer the lowest price
0:01:33 > 0:01:36for five million elderly and vulnerable people.
0:01:36 > 0:01:38And in these tough times,
0:01:38 > 0:01:42it's more important than ever that every penny of taxpayers' money,
0:01:42 > 0:01:44of YOUR money, is spent wisely.
0:01:46 > 0:01:47The Government is wasting billions
0:01:47 > 0:01:51on a bureaucratic shake-up of our National Health Service.
0:01:51 > 0:01:56We would use some of that money to save the jobs of 6,000 nurses.
0:01:58 > 0:02:01Labour will always make different choices.
0:02:01 > 0:02:04But tough times means taking tough decisions.
0:02:04 > 0:02:07That's why we would put saving jobs in our public services
