0:01:16 > 0:01:21forced to pay an extra £10 billion to help families and businesses.
0:01:21 > 0:01:25In difficult times, we believe the priority for tax cuts
0:01:25 > 0:01:30should be for those who need it most - not for the best-off -
0:01:30 > 0:01:31and we think that is fair.
0:01:34 > 0:01:37Liberal Democrats are leading the way in promoting green industry
0:01:37 > 0:01:41to create jobs and reduce our reliance on fossil fuels.
0:01:41 > 0:01:46We're ensuring a quarter of a million more young people
0:01:46 > 0:01:48will be starting apprenticeships.
0:01:48 > 0:01:52And while sorting the problems of today, the Liberal Democrats
