0:01:38 > 0:01:42We want to invest in colleges, schools, and nurseries
0:01:42 > 0:01:46to get it back up to the best again.
0:01:46 > 0:01:48The NHS is under real pressure.
0:01:48 > 0:01:52For instance, mental health services need a step change
0:01:52 > 0:01:56so that the million people who experience mental health problems
0:01:56 > 0:01:58can get the help that they need.

0:02:00 > 0:02:04After all the division on independence and on Europe,
0:02:04 > 0:02:06the Liberal Democrats offer hope.
0:02:06 > 0:02:09It's why Liberal Democrats are winning again.
0:02:09 > 0:02:13It's why we won against the Conservatives in Richmond,
0:02:13 > 0:02:16the SNP in Inverness,
0:02:16 > 0:02:19and the Labour Party all across the country.
0:02:19 > 0:02:25We are winning because we are standing up for Scotland in the UK,
0:02:25 > 0:02:27the UK in Europe,
0:02:27 > 0:02:31and for a fair, decent and tolerant Scotland.
