:00:14. > :00:20.We all have hopes and fears for the future and for the lies our children

:00:21. > :00:25.and grandchildren will lead. I want to build a Britain where everyone

:00:26. > :00:30.feel secure, so our long-term economic plan is building a

:00:31. > :00:34.stronger, more competitive economy and securing our country 's future.

:00:35. > :00:38.We are reducing the deficit so we deal with our debts, safeguard the

:00:39. > :00:43.economy for the long-term and keep mortgage rates low. We are cutting

:00:44. > :00:47.income tax and freezing fuel duty to help hard-working people be more

:00:48. > :00:51.financially secure. We are creating more jobs by backing small business

:00:52. > :01:03.and enterprise with better infrastructure and lower jobs taxes.

:01:04. > :01:06.We are capping welfare and reducing immigration so our economy delivers

:01:07. > :01:09.for people who want to work hard and play by the rules. Our plan is

:01:10. > :01:13.working but there is still much more to do. There are many risks to the

:01:14. > :01:18.recovery and many difficult decisions ahead. We cannot go back

:01:19. > :01:22.to the way of more borrowing, more spending and more taxes. It wrecked

:01:23. > :01:27.the economy once and will do so again. Instead, we need to carry on,

:01:28. > :01:31.working through the long-term economic plan which is securing

:01:32. > :01:37.Britain 's future and helping hard-working people right across the

:01:38. > :01:42.country. Reducing the deficit is important for our children. If we do

:01:43. > :01:47.not, we will be saddled with higher taxes in the future. The deficit

:01:48. > :01:53.should definitely be paid off. It would be better for the country. We

:01:54. > :01:58.cannot go on borrowing money and spending it. I have a mortgage and

:01:59. > :02:03.having low interest rate over the past few years has really benefited.

:02:04. > :02:11.Lower income tax rates would definitely help. It would be nice to

:02:12. > :02:16.see more for my money. I can go out and spoil my son. It can be put

:02:17. > :02:23.towards bills. My quality of life will improve. It is important that

:02:24. > :02:29.everyone should be encouraged to go to work and incentivised to do so.

:02:30. > :02:33.Great Britain is a fantastic country. Anyone coming here should

:02:34. > :02:40.be coming for the right reasons dashed to contribute and get

:02:41. > :02:43.involved. A lot of tough decisions have been made regarding the

:02:44. > :02:49.economy. Hopefully that can be turned around to positive effect. I

:02:50. > :02:53.am proud to be British and proud of my country. A lot of people want to

:02:54. > :02:58.come here. We need to make sure that people who come here are coming for

:02:59. > :03:04.the right reasons. I have a fantastic job. I have a lot of work

:03:05. > :03:09.coming in and it feels fantastic really, the thought of having three

:03:10. > :03:14.years work ahead of me, being self-employed. It is very important

:03:15. > :03:20.to create new jobs. We need to get more people into work. There are

:03:21. > :03:26.industries that really do need that and it can only be a positive thing

:03:27. > :03:30.for them and everyone. More jobs can only give a bigger and brighter

:03:31. > :03:35.future for the younger generation. To find out had along the economic

:03:36. > :03:37.plan is helping you, your family and hard-working people in your area, go

:03:38. > :03:40.to the website today.
