0:11:44 > 0:11:48- I'm one of four family members - taking part in the Half Marathon.

0:11:49 > 0:11:53- We're the Bracegirdle family. We're - running the Cardiff Half Marathon.

0:11:56 > 0:11:59- I used to be a PE Teacher - but I don't teach that any more.

0:12:00 > 0:12:02- I still like to keep fit - as I get older.

0:12:03 > 0:12:06- We wanted to find a sport - we could all do as a family.

0:12:13 > 0:12:18- I've run five now. Two in Liverpool - and two in Cardiff. I enjoy it.
