:00:10. > :00:14.Welcome to BBC Two viewers who have just joined our coverage of the

:00:15. > :00:18.World Aquatics Championships. A few moments ago we saw Mo Farah winning

:00:19. > :00:25.his sixth world title as he stormed to victory, an incredible race. I

:00:26. > :00:29.said stormed, he held off incredible challenges, a concerted effort from

:00:30. > :00:33.his Kenyan competitors but eventually he got there. We're

:00:34. > :00:38.staying on BBC One for the medal ceremony which will happen shortly.

:00:39. > :00:42.For the moment, so you don't miss this historic moment in world

:00:43. > :00:49.athletics, we're staying on BBC One and then coverage will continue

:00:50. > :00:54.until 10:30pm on BBC Two. Often medal ceremonies, a late race like

:00:55. > :00:57.this, the ceremony would be tomorrow but the crowd are going to witness

:00:58. > :01:02.the ceremony tonight, which is a great thing for them to enjoy the

:01:03. > :01:07.moment. It is, they are staying, no one is leaving, everyone is staying

:01:08. > :01:11.to hear the national anthem playing, for the first medal given out in

:01:12. > :01:16.these championships. Let's hope that there will be more to follow. We

:01:17. > :01:21.must give a nod to the girls in the 1500, four into the semifinals, two

:01:22. > :01:24.personal bests, that was outstanding running from Jessica Judd in

:01:25. > :01:30.particular. On this race, your thoughts on this, Jess? You were

:01:31. > :01:35.quite nervous in that. One month to go until your second baby, we didn't

:01:36. > :01:40.want it to the too nervy! When you're on the track as an athlete

:01:41. > :01:46.you are in control but as a spectator, it is out of control and

:01:47. > :01:52.it is nerve-racking. Seeing Mo running the way he does over and

:01:53. > :01:55.over again, it is incredible. Really special to actually witness it here.

:01:56. > :02:00.He tried all sorts of tactics we haven't seen him employ, firing up

:02:01. > :02:06.his opposition, beating his chest, getting the crowd going which seemed

:02:07. > :02:10.to get his opponents going. I think Brendan said it best, he knows how

:02:11. > :02:17.to orchestrate the race and that is what he is brilliant at, controlling

:02:18. > :02:21.what the others are doing. He did not have to make those surges that

:02:22. > :02:28.they were doing as well. It worked well for him, he could run at the

:02:29. > :02:33.even pace. You said that maybe he wasn't in the greatest shape he has

:02:34. > :02:36.been in the past. Ultimately he showed that he's in pretty good

:02:37. > :02:41.shape. I wonder what this means for 5000 later. The hope is that it

:02:42. > :02:49.hasn't taken too much out of him. The plan, the Kenyan athletes

:02:50. > :02:52.working with the Ugandans and Ethiopians, to work as hard as they

:02:53. > :02:56.could and they were definitely trying to throw him. They were

:02:57. > :03:04.trying to stop Mo Farah being in the lead with one lap to go. From the

:03:05. > :03:08.beginning. What he was trying to do was to create more atmosphere, as if

:03:09. > :03:13.he needed it. He knew that the crowd in this arena worldwide behind him.

:03:14. > :03:21.-- were right behind him. Then letting it go a little bit too much.

:03:22. > :03:27.Then we saw Mo going back to the front. Staying I'm still here,

:03:28. > :03:31.controlling this. They were still trying to get in front of him. He

:03:32. > :03:36.was having to work hard again to come back to the front. I think this

:03:37. > :03:42.shows he is actually in better shape than he has been. He has gone back

:03:43. > :03:46.and he has worked really hard after that 10,000 metres where he was a

:03:47. > :03:49.little bit disappointed. He knew he was fast but he was trying to get

:03:50. > :03:53.back, he knew that they were trying to block him and get around him.

:03:54. > :04:00.Tanui was the last one to try to get in front of him. When Mo is in front

:04:01. > :04:05.at the Bell, no one is going to beat him. His worst enemy was himself, he

:04:06. > :04:08.was looking to see where the dangers were coming from, looking over both

:04:09. > :04:14.shoulders and he stumbled onto the rail. He manages to stay up, so good

:04:15. > :04:19.at staying calm, not letting those little things that can not queue and

:04:20. > :04:27.take away your momentum -- that can knock you. Cheptegei looking the

:04:28. > :04:33.best. Gathering himself. Anybody else, he would have won the race but

:04:34. > :04:37.he couldn't get past Mo Farah because he had that extra gear. He

:04:38. > :04:45.hasn't run the fastest lap he has run for his titles and they had made

:04:46. > :04:49.the race so hard until that point and they tried everything they

:04:50. > :04:55.could. Cheptegei, 20 years old, the Ugandan, so are we seeing someone

:04:56. > :04:59.who may dominate the way that Mo Farah has done over the last decade?

:05:00. > :05:04.I'm not sure that they can but Cheptegei is to be watched, the

:05:05. > :05:09.bravery he showed in the world Cross country to go as hard as he did,

:05:10. > :05:15.trying to win the race. Reflected in the wisdom he used there, trying to

:05:16. > :05:19.judge that and he still came out of it with a huge personal best. He

:05:20. > :05:23.hasn't been able to beat Mo Farah, probably didn't believe he could do

:05:24. > :05:27.it but he has got a Silver Medal. Going back to the first weekend of

:05:28. > :05:31.January, on a cold Saturday in Edinburgh, he was disappointed in

:05:32. > :05:36.the Edinburgh Cross country, saying he had not done enough work over the

:05:37. > :05:40.winter. Off the back of his celebrations from Rio, he took some

:05:41. > :05:44.time out but from then on he knew that he would have to work hard and

:05:45. > :05:50.dig deep to get into this position. I think that he knew that. This year

:05:51. > :05:55.I think is the last year where he's decided he is prepared to make all

:05:56. > :05:59.of those sacrifices. He is 34, it's getting harder to keep working hard.

:06:00. > :06:03.What he did coming into this year was to give himself more of a break,

:06:04. > :06:09.more time with the family before going to the camp. He came for that

:06:10. > :06:13.in January, his ego took a knock but then he got the wake-up call that he

:06:14. > :06:17.had to work harder and he did that. He committed to that, the training

:06:18. > :06:25.he has done has done great. Now he must recover, get his medal first,

:06:26. > :06:28.but start now tonight on the McCaffrey plan ready to come back

:06:29. > :06:33.for the 5000 metres heats. He's not had to do the 5000 metres heats and

:06:34. > :06:39.the final after a race as hard as that one tonight. -- the recovery

:06:40. > :06:45.plan. The news will take place shortly. As soon as the athletes

:06:46. > :06:51.come out we will take you to that. Athletes come to -- coverage

:06:52. > :06:57.continuing on BBC Two. There has only been one gold medal and it is

:06:58. > :07:01.Mo Farah. You mentioned the 1500 metres women in terms of qualifying

:07:02. > :07:04.and the men's 100 metres, from the British perspective, it was OK.

:07:05. > :07:11.Actually it was very good. We thought that CJ Ujah could get into

:07:12. > :07:15.the final, he is into the semifinal, all three are into the semifinal

:07:16. > :07:18.which bodes well for them. They will feed off the energy from one

:07:19. > :07:24.another, they will go into the semifinal with some confidence. I

:07:25. > :07:28.think CJ Ujah is still the class of the three and he has a very good

:07:29. > :07:32.perspective on his possibilities. Looking around the stadium, a lot of

:07:33. > :07:39.people have stayed for the medal ceremony, which is fantastic because

:07:40. > :07:44.the temptation to go home just after ten the end must be great. But they

:07:45. > :07:47.will be rewarded because the medal ceremony is about to begin. Mo Farah

:07:48. > :07:57.coming into the stadium, with his tracksuit on. In a state of euphoria

:07:58. > :08:03.from that incredible race. The exhaustion won't have kicked in but

:08:04. > :08:10.the emotions will be running wild. Let's go over to Steve Cram.

:08:11. > :08:15.COMMENTATOR: Thanks, Gabby. What a night. We thought that it couldn't

:08:16. > :08:22.get any better after 2012, I don't think any of us knew the journey

:08:23. > :08:29.that is was going to go one. -- going to go on. Sadly, Brendan I

:08:30. > :08:33.think has already gone to the pub! One thing you can say, this young

:08:34. > :08:39.man in the last three World Championships that Mo has won he has

:08:40. > :08:47.come third. Tanui. Moscow, Beijing and now, London. He gives everything

:08:48. > :08:52.every time. He is a shoe in for the Kenyan team. On the night he

:08:53. > :08:58.produces a run like that. They all had a go. I'm pleased for this young

:08:59. > :09:02.man. Cheptegei, I was watching him on the Ugandan news earlier today.

:09:03. > :09:06.He was being criticised for not winning a medal in Kampala, saying

:09:07. > :09:15.that the pressure is on for him to win a medal for his country in

:09:16. > :09:21.London, and he has done that. Septar was in Kampala for those World

:09:22. > :09:28.Championships. Going from first to 30th in the last 600 metres in the

:09:29. > :09:35.race. Not tonight. His first 10,000 metres race in 2008, he lost in

:09:36. > :09:41.Stanford and he lost in the World Championships in 2011, but not any

:09:42. > :09:49.more. Win, win, win, gold, gold, gold, all the way. And here,

:09:50. > :09:57.tonight, his tenth global worlds, his tenth global gold medal.

:09:58. > :10:05.Incredible. It's easy for us to keep adding them on but each one of these

:10:06. > :10:10.wins in itself... If he had only won this race tonight it would be a

:10:11. > :10:15.phenomenal achievement. It is another one to add tonight. Another

:10:16. > :10:29.one for his list of achievements. This is for Mo.

:10:30. > :11:00.# Long to reign over us

:11:01. > :11:14.A true British sporting hero. He's going to be back what we hope will

:11:15. > :11:20.be a brilliant career on the track. If it ends here tonight, the success

:11:21. > :11:28.he has had. It was incredible. Perhaps his best ever. STUDIO: A

:11:29. > :11:34.sixth World Championship gold, not just a British great, perhaps the

:11:35. > :11:37.greatest British athlete, but alongside the world greatest, his

:11:38. > :11:44.name sits alongside the likes of Carl Lewis, Michael Jackson, Sergey

:11:45. > :11:50.Bubka, Dibaba, to name a few. One of the greats of the sport. That is

:11:51. > :11:56.ending our coverage on BBC One. We are live on BBC Two until 10:30pm.

:11:57. > :11:57.For now it is time for us to go and for you to enjoy the news. Good

:11:58. > :12:16.night. So, we continue enjoying these

:12:17. > :12:23.scenes of Mo Farah Pinilla and an stadium, holding his sixth World

:12:24. > :12:27.Championship -- in the London Stadium. Sami people have stayed to

:12:28. > :12:32.enjoy the moment with him as well, as they know it is history -- so

:12:33. > :12:35.many people. Jess and Paul and Michael watching on. He does not

:12:36. > :12:42.look like he'll be too tired for the 5000 metres -- and Paula. The only

:12:43. > :12:45.thing we can say is that the conditions are good for 10,000

:12:46. > :12:54.metres Manning, not like the 10,000 metres we saw in Rio and in Beijing

:12:55. > :13:01.-- 10,000 metres running. It is reflected in the fact he has run the

:13:02. > :13:07.world lead in 10,000 metres. We know that he is in great shape. He must

:13:08. > :13:12.stick to his recovery plan which will be in place. He will have

:13:13. > :13:16.already taken a recovery snack on board, he will go into the cryo

:13:17. > :13:22.chamber tonight, if not tomorrow to start on the recovery process, doing

:13:23. > :13:26.very little running. The medal ceremony was orchestrated to be here

:13:27. > :13:31.tonight, but not having to come back here for that so many will be a

:13:32. > :13:36.bonus. Yes, it means he can get on with the process, getting your body

:13:37. > :13:42.checked out, massages, making sure that having someone on his shoulders

:13:43. > :13:46.hasn't damaged his neck! Getting his head ready for the next race. He

:13:47. > :13:50.won't be thinking too much about the 5000 metres, that will start now,

:13:51. > :13:55.thinking about what he must do to get through the heat, although he

:13:56. > :13:58.can get through it however he would like but how he's going to react to

:13:59. > :14:05.the plan that they will bring in the 5000 metres. Jess, he will go back

:14:06. > :14:09.to the camp and the atmosphere there tonight, everyone has done what they

:14:10. > :14:13.had to do, everyone has qualified for the finals of semifinals. This

:14:14. > :14:21.will boost the amp sphere and morale, knowing that the first medal

:14:22. > :14:25.has gone to Great Britain. It is hard to describe this but when you

:14:26. > :14:30.are in the village, you feed off it and you are so happy for whoever has

:14:31. > :14:34.won the gold medal. You take something from that and hope to put

:14:35. > :14:39.it into your performance. A great start to the Championships. Yeah,

:14:40. > :14:44.hopefully we'll win a view more medals over the next few days. What

:14:45. > :14:49.a great start, we have had super Saturday but this was fantastic

:14:50. > :14:55.Friday. It was entertaining, it was really thrilling to watch because it

:14:56. > :15:00.was so close to the end and we were on pins and needles to see how it

:15:01. > :15:04.unfolded and it is great that Mo was able to win. The competition was

:15:05. > :15:09.fantastic to watch. I'm going to let you get some rest because we have a

:15:10. > :15:13.busy day tomorrow. Not you at home, it is these guys here! We are back

:15:14. > :15:17.here at 9:30am, the heptathlon is going to start, Katarina

:15:18. > :15:22.Johnson-Thompson is the British hope. We aren't finished on BBC Two,

:15:23. > :15:25.we are going to go outside. I imagine that the crowds are starting

:15:26. > :15:34.to leave and Rayudu Uber is out there. -- Ore Oduba. No doubt a few

:15:35. > :15:39.of them have made their way here. They are here! That evening, this

:15:40. > :15:44.will be our spot after 10pm every evening for these championships as

:15:45. > :15:51.these 50,000 supporters steadily make their way out of the Queen

:15:52. > :15:55.Elizabeth Park, in the shadow of the beautiful Orbit in front of us. For

:15:56. > :15:59.the duration of the championships we are going to get analysis, reaction,

:16:00. > :16:06.soaking up the thrills and spills. Mo Farah gave us some of that. Most

:16:07. > :16:09.importantly we are going to get magnetic heads on some slightly

:16:10. > :16:15.oversized props, starting with the man himself! Starting with you, Mo

:16:16. > :16:21.Farah. Another great night in the career of that man. Two people who

:16:22. > :16:28.know all about successful Great Britain. Denise Lewis and Colin

:16:29. > :16:32.Jackson, welcome. That wasn't easy. It certainly wasn't the plan that in

:16:33. > :16:38.the 10,000 metres, like in the Olympic Games, you can have a full

:16:39. > :16:42.or a stumble but when you are Mo Farah you can still come out

:16:43. > :16:47.smiling. He can smile but we were on the edge of our seats! It was great.

:16:48. > :16:53.We should never take for granted just how difficult it is to win.

:16:54. > :16:58.We're so used to seeing him doing it so well, we think what he does is

:16:59. > :17:00.easy but a fantastic night for Mo, his family, the sacrifices he has

:17:01. > :17:15.made. Boy, what an epic night. The general public has an incredible

:17:16. > :17:20.time. The atmosphere in that stadium was magical. That will be difficult

:17:21. > :17:25.to beat by even the main man himself. Tomorrow will be tough.

:17:26. > :17:29.Exactly. You predicted one gold medal for Great Britain. You are

:17:30. > :17:34.bang on 100%. Let's talk about your main man then. We will try and wrap

:17:35. > :17:39.up the action of what we have seen over the day. Talking about the 100

:17:40. > :17:44.metres and Usain Bolt, himself did not have a steady go of things in

:17:45. > :17:48.the heats. He wasn't really happy with the starting blocks. He

:17:49. > :17:53.mentioned that quickly. For me, what was special is he ran about five

:17:54. > :17:58.strides and accelerated away. He's highlighted here, out of the blocks.

:17:59. > :18:03.He stumbles a bit. He goes right, one, two, three, four. Five heavy

:18:04. > :18:09.strides, eases away and then slows down. He still runs 10. 07. You

:18:10. > :18:18.know, this guy is a marvel. He's so talented. I think sometimes, and I

:18:19. > :18:22.really mean, this, he plays himself, people say he plays himself as an

:18:23. > :18:28.entertainer. He's so talented. I have never seen anything like this.

:18:29. > :18:31.What is amazing is how he's striving for perfection. After all these

:18:32. > :18:36.years we know how much he struggles with the blocks and he still talks

:18:37. > :18:43.about it. That drive phase, coming out, it is awkward. It bothers him,

:18:44. > :18:50.even after all the gold medals he' ashiefed. Shiefed. -- - aachieved.

:18:51. > :18:57.He'll have to step it up for the semis. He will have to make the

:18:58. > :19:05.steps up. He is possibly the only person who can run 10. 07 and say it

:19:06. > :19:09.was rubbish! That was most likely a sub 10 performance. He didn't see it

:19:10. > :19:12.through. He's gone two metres faster than that for the final. Do you

:19:13. > :19:16.think he'll have that difficult balance of being an entertainer,

:19:17. > :19:20.soaking up the last moments of a World Championships in the last

:19:21. > :19:24.minutes and having to deliver as the fastest man in the world? No. He

:19:25. > :19:33.will not have a problem with it. This is his arena, his domain. It is

:19:34. > :19:37.like he's home-grown. He loves the entertainment, the showmanship. When

:19:38. > :19:43.he puts his focus head on, he's fine. He has done a last race

:19:44. > :19:46.already. In Jamaica he said he struggled a little bit to raise his

:19:47. > :19:52.performance when the crowd were cheering him. He knows it is a major

:19:53. > :19:56.championship. He wants a gold medal. He is saying goodbye to the track

:19:57. > :20:03.and the world of athletics after this. Great Britain has a real

:20:04. > :20:11.prospect in 21-year-old Reece Prescod. He blew himself away today.

:20:12. > :20:14.Highlighted in the track. Got out the blocks well. I was anxious when

:20:15. > :20:21.you sometimes work on your start you lose some of the good bits of your

:20:22. > :20:25.performance. He has come out of the blocks well. He's nailing that now.

:20:26. > :20:31.That will give him consistency which I hope will see him through to a

:20:32. > :20:36.better semifinal. He has almost a similar problem, as you are saying,

:20:37. > :20:39.he is a rangy and tall athlete, but he struggles getting that drive

:20:40. > :20:49.phase completely nailed. He is still young. Still learning. Like Colin

:20:50. > :20:53.says... I was anxious about how he would respond to this crowd. As he

:20:54. > :20:57.said in the interview, he said when he came into the stadium, he was

:20:58. > :21:01.like, wow! There are all these people here. He responded in the

:21:02. > :21:07.best possible way. He did as well. Chijindu Ujah as well.

:21:08. > :21:11.Justin Gatlin did not have a nice time of it in there as far as the

:21:12. > :21:18.response from the crowd. No, he didn't. Rightly so. A lot of people

:21:19. > :21:21.are still bitter and angry. We have seen all these new allocation of

:21:22. > :21:27.medals. That hurts the British public. Hurts people who come and

:21:28. > :21:31.love the sport. They still have this dislike for Justin Gatlin. He will

:21:32. > :21:34.do what he does and he will run. Mo Farah had a much better time of it

:21:35. > :21:36.in there. He's been speaking to Phil Jones, with the gold medal around

:21:37. > :21:46.his neck, one more time. Congratulations was this one of the

:21:47. > :21:51.most satisfying of all? It was amazing tonight. I had to get my

:21:52. > :21:57.head around it. I got a little bit emotional at the start. Then I had

:21:58. > :22:02.to just get in the zone and... It's just been amazing. The crowd are

:22:03. > :22:06.incredible again. You were orchestrating the crowd, wanting

:22:07. > :22:11.them involved from the start. Getting involved with the crowd, get

:22:12. > :22:15.them going. It was not an easy race though. It was a tough race. They

:22:16. > :22:18.took it to you in that one. You ended up with a world-lead time.

:22:19. > :22:23.Whatever the tactics, whatever they tried to do, they cannot beat you. I

:22:24. > :22:29.work on everything, Phil, you know. It's been a long journey. At the

:22:30. > :22:33.same time I try and cover everything in training, long, speed, and what a

:22:34. > :22:37.way to end my career, in London, and tonight was special. The guys put it

:22:38. > :22:41.out there. Was there any point where you felt

:22:42. > :22:48.this could be the one where they take you to the finish? I knew from

:22:49. > :22:53.when 12 laps to go they went so hard. I knew it would be tough. It

:22:54. > :22:57.is a matter of believing in my sprint finish and big confidence and

:22:58. > :23:00.knowing I have been in that situation before. It helped a lot

:23:01. > :23:07.having that experience. How about sharing the moment with your family?

:23:08. > :23:18.That was a special moment for me. It's spending time with them. To do

:23:19. > :23:24.a lap of honour, it was a once in a lifetime. And, yeah, it's

:23:25. > :23:29.incredible. We are looking for number 11 now. We are a bit greedy!

:23:30. > :23:33.Anything is possible. Anything is possible, if you train hard, work

:23:34. > :23:38.hard at it - anything is possible in life. We have to see life in a real

:23:39. > :23:41.positive way and work for it. All the kids out there, youngsters who

:23:42. > :23:47.want to be just like me, it is possible. If you work at it, stick

:23:48. > :23:50.at it, comes to hurdles and obstacles in the way, but you will

:23:51. > :23:54.get there. If you believe in that, then it's possible. Mo,

:23:55. > :24:01.congratulations! See you for the five. Thank you. Thank you to all my

:24:02. > :24:06.Arsenal fans. The big boss was here watching me, I hear. And so many

:24:07. > :24:12.other people. I love you all. And they all love him. Every one of

:24:13. > :24:19.the 50,000, pretty much coming out of the stadium. They feel the same

:24:20. > :24:27.way about Mo Farah. Colin, ten major gold medals on that list. Just

:24:28. > :24:32.beggars belief. It is phenomenal. In 2011 when he won the gold and

:24:33. > :24:35.silver, who would have thought that there on in this man was conquer the

:24:36. > :24:40.world and continue to conquer the world in the way he has. It is an

:24:41. > :24:44.incredible amount of medals he amassed in a short time. Not like

:24:45. > :24:49.he's gone through challenges. They have not come on a plate, those gold

:24:50. > :24:53.medals. Going through those challenges, he finds himself on this

:24:54. > :24:58.list with the greats. He's a legend. It is the very best we have seen on

:24:59. > :25:03.the list. Mo is right up there. I just think it is staggering how he's

:25:04. > :25:10.managed to keep himself in such good shape. Relatively injury-free. But

:25:11. > :25:15.to join that illustrious list is a phenomenal achievement. He's not

:25:16. > :25:19.done yet. There is a 5,000 metres. Why put the pressure on the guy to

:25:20. > :25:24.say he wants the 11th. I am sure that is what he'll be going for. If

:25:25. > :25:28.only we could have Greg Rutherford on the track today going for another

:25:29. > :25:32.of those medals that we saw on Super Saturday in that very stadium.

:25:33. > :25:38.Speaking of the field events, Steve Backley can round up some of the

:25:39. > :25:44.action. Especially Holly Bradshaw in the pole vault. Holly did well. The

:25:45. > :25:55.night belonged to Mo Farah. It was good for others too.

:25:56. > :25:58.This is for 50. That opening effort, that took her

:25:59. > :26:02.through to Sunday's final. She didn't have to jump again after

:26:03. > :26:10.that. So flawless evening for Holly Bradshaw.

:26:11. > :26:16.It went well for Morris of the United States. 4. 55. Way clear of

:26:17. > :26:21.that. Only lost the Olympics on countback. She's a contender.

:26:22. > :26:29.Absolutely someone we should keep an eye on. When we think of Holly

:26:30. > :26:35.Bradshaw maybe being a medallist. Jenn Suhr, the champion here at the

:26:36. > :26:44.Olympic five years ago. Didn't go so well tonight. A third time failure

:26:45. > :26:51.for Jen Suhr. Went out with three fouls. Took the gamble. Passed all

:26:52. > :26:58.those heights previous to 4. Ds 55, as you can see -- 4. 55.

:26:59. > :27:02.The world champion, Katerina Stefanidi of Greece, making 4. 60

:27:03. > :27:06.look comfortable. She led the way into Sunday's final.

:27:07. > :27:13.And she's the favourite to take the world title.

:27:14. > :27:19.Here are the athletes who are in that final on Sunday.

:27:20. > :27:23.Stefanidi, on top of the world, as expected.

:27:24. > :27:29.Watch out for Holly Bradshaw. A good evening's work for her.

:27:30. > :27:36.Another great field event was the men's long jump. No Greg Rutherford.

:27:37. > :27:40.Ankle injury kept him out. But it wasn't really of high class as

:27:41. > :27:48.anticipated. The South Africans went well.

:27:49. > :27:52.Every-Henderson, the Olympic champion -- Jeffrey Henderson, the

:27:53. > :28:05.Olympic champion is out. So that is Jeff Henderson, the

:28:06. > :28:09.Olympic champion, from Rio 2016, not making it through to the men's long

:28:10. > :28:15.jump final. So, we will not have either of the last two Olympic

:28:16. > :28:19.gold-medallists going in the long jump final.

:28:20. > :28:24.Clearly you see he was well behind the board. Obviously he's had

:28:25. > :28:31.trouble with that runway all night. Trying to compensate, but just

:28:32. > :28:36.overcooked it, really. Too far back. You can see there's his coach...

:28:37. > :28:41.Triple jump record-holder, sorry Olympic champion. Even with his

:28:42. > :28:45.abilities he still couldn't quite nail it right. But it is a shame to

:28:46. > :28:48.see him going out. You want to see the best athletes in the

:28:49. > :28:56.A word on Jessica Judd, who had a great performance. Great run. Great

:28:57. > :29:01.lift by the crowd. She got through six qualifying in her group. Great

:29:02. > :29:06.to see all our girls doing well in the 50. Laura Muir through. Great

:29:07. > :29:12.Britain are on a roll. We are on the way. One gold medal has gone the way

:29:13. > :29:17.of a certain Sir Mo Farah. It has been brief. Do you know what, it has

:29:18. > :29:20.been lovely. One day I will get myself inside the Olympic Stadium.

:29:21. > :29:25.If you don't mind coming to join us most nights, that would be lovely.

:29:26. > :29:30.Appreciate it. The night will go to Mo Farah. Another world title goes

:29:31. > :29:33.to his name. He's got gold, has Mo. He survived a couple of trips and

:29:34. > :29:40.slips. He likes to keep it interesting. See you tomorrow. 9.

:29:41. > :29:45.30pm. BBC Two. See you then. This will not be easy for Mo

:29:46. > :29:52.Farah... In front of his home crowd n the city he knows so well. The

:29:53. > :29:56.city he loves. Mo Farah knows he's in a distance race. Never been as

:29:57. > :30:02.quick as this. Never been as hard as this. One more effort from Mo Farah.

:30:03. > :30:04.Here he goes. He's a one-man world superpower.

:30:05. > :30:08.The latest of our Premier League commentaries for you this season,
