0:11:30 > 0:11:33- I fell off my bike again. - After that I wasn't the same person.

0:11:34 > 0:11:37- It was too close to the last knock - and I became forgetful.

0:11:38 > 0:11:42- I felt down at times, - a lot of things weren't right.

0:11:43 > 0:11:45- It's take a long time - to get over it.

0:11:46 > 0:11:50- Concussion has featured regularly - in the papers because of rugby...

0:11:50 > 0:11:54- ..but it's more difficult - to find that help in your sport...

0:11:55 > 0:11:57- ..because it's a lesser sport.

0:11:57 > 0:12:03- You don't have the structure that - exists in rugby or mainstream sport.

0:12:04 > 0:12:07- The St John's Ambulance are there - and they do a great job...

0:12:08 > 0:12:12- ..but at the end of the day, people - need to be better educated about it.

0:12:12 > 0:12:19- It's a dangerous sport, - I'm testimony of what can happen.

0:12:19 > 0:12:23- Because it's an amateur sport, - there's less support.

0:12:23 > 0:12:26- Let's hope that changes with time.

0:12:26 > 0:12:32- You visited New Zealand. Can you - tell us what you were doing there?

0:12:32 > 0:12:37- I just went to have fun. Meinir - and I went there, as you can see.

0:12:37 > 0:12:41- We took our mountain bikes - and just had fun.

0:12:41 > 0:12:45- We had fun on our bikes, - travelled around in the car...

0:12:48 > 0:12:53- I've never been to New Zealand - but the terrain is quite similar.

0:12:55 > 0:12:58- They're similar - - the mountains are higher...
