:00:22. > :00:38.Hello again on Day 4 of the Games and it's been a busy one already.

:00:39. > :00:46.A lot of the cycling is going on right now on BBC Three. There we go,

:00:47. > :00:49.there are medals being claimed. The last five on the track, so feel free

:00:50. > :00:54.to enjoy that if you please. We will be going very shortly back to

:00:55. > :01:02.Hampden, around the Games there is a lot happening. There are

:01:03. > :01:13.quarterfinal spots being claimed in nine divisions in the boxing.

:01:14. > :01:24.England hoping to respond positively after an agonising 1-0 loss to

:01:25. > :01:32.the Aussie Diamonds yesterday. Later on, Northern Ireland will take

:01:33. > :01:40.on the defending champions, the silver ferns of New Zealand.

:01:41. > :01:43.So, Hampden here we come. Women's 400m first and in this is an athlete

:01:44. > :01:45.who is a national heroine in Botswana, a former world champ and

:01:46. > :01:47.reigning Commonwealth Champion, Amantle Montsho.

:01:48. > :01:49.Gabby, just a pity she won't be renewing a pretty tasty rivalry here

:01:50. > :02:00.in Glasgow? Amantle Montsho is here. Christine

:02:01. > :02:03.has eased off this season. Is it inevitable off the back of a season

:02:04. > :02:06.like that, if she is looking at a four-year cycle and wants to make

:02:07. > :02:11.Rio, there will be one season where she takes her foot off the gas?

:02:12. > :02:16.Absolutely. It is the right decision. I talked to Christine a

:02:17. > :02:19.few weeks ago. And she was looking forward to running the relay here.

:02:20. > :02:25.She said she had taken it easy this year and you must as you get older.

:02:26. > :02:34.She wants to go through to 2016, to Rio. I would have loved to have seen

:02:35. > :02:38.the match-up of Amantle Montsho and Christine Ohuruogu. It was an

:02:39. > :02:45.exciting race to watch. They have a nice rivalry. Christine is doing the

:02:46. > :02:50.right thing. A lot of people will be disappointed when they say the Men's

:02:51. > :02:54.5000m Final that Mo Farah isn't lining up for that as well.

:02:55. > :02:59.Different reasons for him. For Christine, a world-class athlete,

:03:00. > :03:04.she's won Olympic Games, World Championships, she wants to keep

:03:05. > :03:07.going on that cycle. She is here as part of that team spirit. We know

:03:08. > :03:12.how important she was for the British team as the captain in

:03:13. > :03:15.Moscow. She's here in that relay. Her experience and her wisdom will

:03:16. > :03:19.still be something that the athletes in the English team can tap into?

:03:20. > :03:26.Absolutely. She is a great motivator. She is very well

:03:27. > :03:48.respected. And her presence brings something and especially that

:03:49. > :03:53.Women's 4X400m team. Of course, Jamaica has a couple of nifty 400

:03:54. > :03:57.metre runners. So let's see how they get on in the heats. Let's hand you

:03:58. > :04:09.down to our commentary team. The first of six heats in the

:04:10. > :04:13.Women's 400m. The name that stands out here in this first line-up is

:04:14. > :04:32.Regina George of Nigeria. There is Regina George. She was a

:04:33. > :04:45.World Junior relay competitor for the United States in 2010.

:04:46. > :05:16.Not far inside her, we have Samantha Edwards and Wendy Dorr.

:05:17. > :05:22.Away they go. And George into her running well. She can be

:05:23. > :05:28.inconsistent. She is capable of going below 51 seconds. She ran a

:05:29. > :05:46.sub-50 split in the IAAF relay a couple of months ago. Samantha

:05:47. > :05:50.Edwards in lane three is pushing hard and dragging along Wendy Dorr.

:05:51. > :05:54.At the moment, it is Regina George well out in front. She comes round

:05:55. > :05:58.into the home straight and the crowd here has been wonderful at Hampden

:05:59. > :06:06.and the noise tomorrow for the semifinals and final will be superb.

:06:07. > :06:14.Regina George is tying up slightly. Here comes Poovamma Machettira.

:06:15. > :06:22.Regina George almost had a stand-still as Poovamma Machettira

:06:23. > :06:26.came through to take the victory. Regina George went off strong -

:06:27. > :06:31.perhaps too quickly - and was caught on the line by Poovamma Machettira.

:06:32. > :06:40.Like many of the Indian athletes, she has not been racing outside

:06:41. > :06:51.India this season. Here, it was Regina George paying for her earlier

:06:52. > :06:54.pace. She ran here, as you said in the Glasgow Diamond League. It

:06:55. > :06:59.looked as though she ran a bit scared through the first 200. Then

:07:00. > :07:10.she starts treading water and is run down by the two athletes outside

:07:11. > :07:14.her. Poovamm a and Mudiyanselage. The top three go through. You don't

:07:15. > :07:21.want to qualify this way. You don't want to be really fading so badly in

:07:22. > :07:23.the last 50 metres. My apologies to Chandrika Subashini Rasnayaka

:07:24. > :07:32.Mudiyanselage who came through to take it in lane eight. It is those

:07:33. > :07:37.three who go through automatically. It was Subashini finishing very

:07:38. > :07:41.strongly. She timed it very well. You see Regina George in the

:07:42. > :07:44.background, she was almost at a stand-still. She will learn a bit

:07:45. > :07:51.from that because she does go through safely enough in second

:07:52. > :08:04.place with Poovamma Machettira going through in third. Earlier on we saw

:08:05. > :08:10.the Women's 100m heats. In Heat 2 Amy Foster was running. Amy Foster

:08:11. > :08:17.of Northern Ireland, she got the recent record, ran really well in

:08:18. > :08:20.lane seven and qualified by rights, coming through. Amy Foster ran a

:08:21. > :08:26.really strong race there and may have been a bit worried about

:08:27. > :08:31.qualifying. She made it through to tomorrow's semifinal. Afterwards,

:08:32. > :08:39.she spoke to Phil. Well done. Tremendous performance. Safe ly

:08:40. > :08:44.through to the next round. -- Safely through to the next round. The main

:08:45. > :08:47.aim was to get a decent qualification. I have done that. The

:08:48. > :08:51.times seemed a bit slow. It is not about the times here. It is a bit

:08:52. > :08:58.cold and windy. I am happy to be through to tomorrow. Did you get any

:08:59. > :09:03.tips from Jason Smith about the track, did you get chance? I was

:09:04. > :09:06.speaking to him briefly. I was lucky enough to be here a couple of weeks

:09:07. > :09:12.ago. I had already been out on the track. I knew it wasn't the hottest

:09:13. > :09:16.day today. I wasn't too worried about it. Tremendous performance. We

:09:17. > :09:21.will see you tomorrow. Great, thanks, Phil.

:09:22. > :09:36.STEVE CRAM: Amy Foster a really good performance. Asha Philip is through

:09:37. > :09:48.and Bianca Williams looked pretty good to me. Melissa Breen looked

:09:49. > :09:51.pretty good for Australia as well. There were six fastest loser spots.

:09:52. > :10:07.Two Welsh athletes not going through. Yes.

:10:08. > :10:12.Women's hammer qualification, first round. Sophie Hitchin of England. 65

:10:13. > :10:19.metres is automatic! Yes! Yes! Yes! round. Sophie Hitchin of England. 65

:10:20. > :10:26.The yellow line is that automatic qualification. She knows it. She

:10:27. > :10:33.knows that's beyond. The final is tomorrow night. Work done! Not much

:10:34. > :10:41.to spare, but minimum energy expended. Save your best for the

:10:42. > :10:48.final! Good balance at the end there. Always look for that in the

:10:49. > :10:54.hammer. The athlete looks well-balanced. There is the

:10:55. > :11:08.confirmation. Wow! That's spot on for Sophie. Well done. Things

:11:09. > :11:14.warming up nicely here in this Hampden Park arena. A capacity crowd

:11:15. > :11:21.enjoying the first afternoon of athletics. There's the line-up for

:11:22. > :11:31.Heat 2 in the Women's 400m. Kelly Massey goes for England. There's

:11:32. > :11:41.Kelly Massey. A funny story - she goes out with one of our top

:11:42. > :11:46.athletes, Rick Yates, and he was embarrassed when his profile on the

:11:47. > :11:59.England website had Kelly's picture on it! Christine

:12:00. > :12:00.Shaunae Miller are two to watch out for here. This is a tough heat for

:12:01. > :12:14.Kelly Massey. The top three will go through.

:12:15. > :12:22.Miller, a former World Junior Champion at this distance, having a

:12:23. > :12:27.bit of a difficult year. Miller looks heavily strapped again for me.

:12:28. > :12:34.She is a fantastic talent, but has not been in great form. Kelly Massey

:12:35. > :12:38.starts fast. Anneliese Rubie will go past Shaunae Miller down that back

:12:39. > :12:41.straight, but Kelly Massey has started quickly here, Shawna Fermin

:12:42. > :12:46.is going well, as Christine Day starts to move up on the English

:12:47. > :12:51.athlete. Kelly Massey has gone well through this first 230 metres.

:12:52. > :12:54.Christine Day, as expected, starting to surge past her on that top bend

:12:55. > :12:59.and Kelly Massey doesn't need to panic here. She is well clear, she

:13:00. > :13:03.has a glance on her inside. She will expect Miller to come back and

:13:04. > :13:07.Shaunae Miller and Anneliese Rubie - this could be tight for the third

:13:08. > :13:13.spot. Day is starting to tire a little bit and Miller has judged

:13:14. > :13:17.this really well. Kelly Massey and Miller are the other two to qualify.

:13:18. > :13:21.Anneliese Rubie finishes fourth. Christine Day took that out pretty

:13:22. > :13:27.hard and was looking a little tired over the last 50 metres. Miller

:13:28. > :13:34.looked as though she eased herself into it. Shaunae Miller is a huge

:13:35. > :13:36.talent. And she did a good job, along with Kelly Massey to make sure

:13:37. > :13:51.she got through there. I was impressed with the way Massey

:13:52. > :13:56.came through in the end there. She held on. She didn't tie up at all. I

:13:57. > :14:02.thought when she was in this position here - Day was going to be

:14:03. > :14:06.looking strong - on the inside in lanes two and three - not just

:14:07. > :14:11.Miller, the Australian athlete as well. Kelly Massey responded well

:14:12. > :14:17.and looked to have some running coming to the end. They were all

:14:18. > :14:21.closing down on Day towards the end. Christine Day just hung on for the

:14:22. > :14:27.win there, but Kelly Massey safely through. Just fairly relaxed there

:14:28. > :14:33.at this point. I like the way she had a little glance, she knew what

:14:34. > :14:38.she was going to have to do. You don't get medals for being brilliant

:14:39. > :14:43.in qualification. This Women's 400m isn't stacked with lots of talent. A

:14:44. > :14:50.good performance from Kelly Massey to go through. She is with Phil.

:14:51. > :14:53.Steve, it is great we can watch back the replays, the isolated images -

:14:54. > :14:57.you had that look to your side. Explain why? I spent most of the

:14:58. > :15:02.time down the home straight looking to the side! I wanted to make sure I

:15:03. > :15:07.qualified. I didn't use too much energy. You did it. You looked so

:15:08. > :15:09.relaxed coming down the home straight? I was surprised it

:15:10. > :15:12.relaxed coming down the home straight? I was surprised was that

:15:13. > :15:20.fast. I had a bit of problem with my pacing this week. I kind of relaxed.

:15:21. > :15:24.When you are in that run down to get a qualifying place, you have a

:15:25. > :15:28.couple of women alongside you and the cheers are all for you? That was

:15:29. > :15:31.so brilliant. Normally, I can't hear anything, but I heard it all down

:15:32. > :15:34.that straight, down the back, and around the bend it was brilliant.

:15:35. > :16:16.Well done again. Thank you. Back to the women's hammer. It was

:16:17. > :16:20.silver four years ago for Parry. Tremendous height on that. Could

:16:21. > :16:34.just be shy of automatic altercation. Carys Parry, at 33, had

:16:35. > :16:39.another season's best of 66.18m. It would be great to see her in the

:16:40. > :16:43.final tomorrow. That looks very likely. 17 athletes in qualification

:16:44. > :16:59.this afternoon, with 12 places to go. Julia Ratcliffe of New Zealand.

:17:00. > :17:08.She is looking to qualify. That looks very good, comfortably beyond

:17:09. > :17:20.automatic. She put herself up there as a contender for medals. She is a

:17:21. > :17:40.70 metre throw at her best. At 21 years of age, she will have come

:17:41. > :17:51.with high hopes of medals. It will be interesting to see how

:17:52. > :17:54.this woman gets on in lane two. She is the captain of the national

:17:55. > :18:05.football team, but decided to give running a go. She has run only a

:18:06. > :18:08.hundred other second slower than Ohuruogu has run this year. -- a

:18:09. > :18:32.hundredth of a second. You don't see many 200m talents from

:18:33. > :18:35.Kenya. But Maiyo has had a history of being disqualified. False starts

:18:36. > :19:15.and all sorts of fun and games, but very talented. Mupopo is just 21.

:19:16. > :19:20.She has said, I am confident that I will record 48 seconds in Glasgow,

:19:21. > :19:30.which is a tall order. If she does that, she will win by a street.

:19:31. > :19:34.Three go through automatically. She did the flag carrying at the opening

:19:35. > :19:47.ceremony in Beijing, London and Glasgow. Still quite cool out here

:19:48. > :19:54.compared to the last few days. That did not really help the shorter

:19:55. > :20:01.sprinters, the 100m men and women. Supposed to be pleasant conditions

:20:02. > :20:38.tomorrow. The third heat of this first round.

:20:39. > :20:43.Mupopo in lane two. Does she tactically know how to run a 400m?

:20:44. > :20:53.She is still playing for the Zambian national football team. But she is

:20:54. > :21:01.going very fast, breezing past Suma of Sierra Leone. Three go through

:21:02. > :21:07.automatically. Mupopo has gone off very quickly indeed. Alexander is in

:21:08. > :21:14.lane four, a tall figure, but fairly even with Mupopo at the moment. A

:21:15. > :21:20.languid style in lane eight from the Kenyan athlete. She is in third

:21:21. > :21:26.place at the moment. Mupopo is beginning to seize up a bit. And

:21:27. > :21:33.Maiyo might sneak into second place. The winner is Alexander of St

:21:34. > :21:41.Vincent and the Grenadines, but it is fairly clear who are the three

:21:42. > :21:46.automatic call fires from that one. -- automatic qualifiers. Watching

:21:47. > :21:51.Mupopo, she went off as though she was in the 100m, and then finished

:21:52. > :21:55.as though she was in the 800m. But that is what happens. She will learn

:21:56. > :22:01.from that experience. She looks like a bit of a watercolour, needs

:22:02. > :22:08.coaching around how to judge the event properly -- she is a raw

:22:09. > :22:14.Thailand. -- a raw talent. She went storming through. Then she started

:22:15. > :22:24.to struggle a bit. Much more controlled from Alexander. At this

:22:25. > :22:29.point, the arms are going all over the place, lactic starting to build.

:22:30. > :22:34.But she is strong. If someone can give her a bit of coaching, who

:22:35. > :22:37.knows? That football career might be something she needs to think about,

:22:38. > :22:47.because she has obviously got talent. Naivety and raw talent, and

:22:48. > :22:59.she has run half a dozen races at most so fastens moving from

:23:00. > :23:07.football. -- since converting. She may learn with each and every race.

:23:08. > :23:10.Semifinal and final to come. Trying to look as though she is not

:23:11. > :23:27.bothered, but the header goes back and it is showing, but a big talent.

:23:28. > :23:47.Maybe she was fooling us all there. The face said, I'm fine, the legs

:23:48. > :23:52.did not. Still a decent finish. We have seen two athletes already

:23:53. > :23:57.qualify in this women's hammer competition. This is the Canadian.

:23:58. > :24:07.She is looking to join them. And she does. As you would expect, she took

:24:08. > :24:18.gold in Delhi four years ago and won that competition by over three

:24:19. > :24:21.metres. We saw Sophie Hitchon earlier. She

:24:22. > :24:34.will be looking to push her all the way. But Frizell was looking very

:24:35. > :24:39.comfortable. She will not need the further two throws, because she has

:24:40. > :24:45.automatically qualified. One of the best feelings in field

:24:46. > :24:47.events is that if you have got the automatic altercation, you get to

:24:48. > :24:51.leave the site and get something to eat and get ready for the final. The

:24:52. > :24:54.first athlete to do that was Sophie Hitchon, who has joined up with

:24:55. > :25:01.Phil. Sophie, that was an accomplished

:25:02. > :25:05.throw. Yeah, definitely what I wanted. Qualifying can be the

:25:06. > :25:10.hardest thing. If you take it lightly, things can go wrong. So I

:25:11. > :25:15.came here wanting to throw well. I am glad I got it out of the way on

:25:16. > :25:22.the first attempt. You have had a taste of this atmosphere before in

:25:23. > :25:28.London. Did you Get Inspired? Yeah, it is the same as London. I thought

:25:29. > :25:38.it would be dialled down a bit, but how wrong was I? It was amazing. And

:25:39. > :25:43.as for the final tomorrow, you have a strong medal chance. If I come

:25:44. > :25:56.away with a medal, I will be really pleased. It is my first Commonwealth

:25:57. > :26:05.Games. We wish you well. Yes, well done to Sophie. The

:26:06. > :26:09.women's 400m heat four now. We have athletes from these

:26:10. > :26:30.countries. The Nigerian is in the middle. 21

:26:31. > :26:35.years of age, but she started serving a drugs ban when she was 15

:26:36. > :26:45.years old for two years. She is chasing down McPherson. Williams of

:26:46. > :26:50.Trinidad and Tobago is having a battle with Beckles in lane two.

:26:51. > :26:57.McPherson, as expected, is dominating this race. Omotosho in

:26:58. > :27:03.second place. McPherson can relax here. She can see how far she is

:27:04. > :27:11.ahead. She can see on the big screen, and she is using all of her

:27:12. > :27:18.experience. Omotosho in second. And Williams takes third ahead of

:27:19. > :27:26.Beckles. If you did not know already, that was a very controlled,

:27:27. > :27:29.very easy qualification. It may be that McPherson is bringing the best

:27:30. > :27:35.format the right time these Commonwealth Games. Very controlled,

:27:36. > :27:41.very impressive. That was quite a lonely race for McPherson in lane

:27:42. > :27:45.eight. And that brings its own difficulties, especially with the

:27:46. > :27:51.athlete from the Isle of Man who was left behind. But McPherson did not

:27:52. > :27:59.see anybody until she looked at the big screen to check where everybody

:28:00. > :28:06.was. The strongest relay squad will no doubt come from Jamaica.

:28:07. > :28:12.McPherson was looking very strong. If you look at the other athletes

:28:13. > :28:18.from Jamaica, they will certainly be the team to beat in the 4 x 400. But

:28:19. > :28:33.McPherson may be the one to beat in the individual.

:28:34. > :28:44.Coming up in the next heat, a Montsho, who we saw last time. The

:28:45. > :28:49.last battle was that World Championships final, four tenths of

:28:50. > :28:54.a second, she ended up being beaten by. She's not stepping off the gas

:28:55. > :28:58.this season, Michael. She is going for it and wants to get another

:28:59. > :29:04.Commonwealth gold. She said that after 2016, she wants to go to her

:29:05. > :29:08.first love, basketball. So she's getting the most of her last two

:29:09. > :29:14.years of athletics. Yes, and after last year, she ran a great race

:29:15. > :29:20.until the last few metres. So you want to come back and win another

:29:21. > :29:26.championship. She has the opposite situation from Christine Ohuruogu.

:29:27. > :29:32.Montsho will want to go into the next two Championships with some

:29:33. > :29:37.hardware to prove to everyone and herself. I think it was a mistake

:29:38. > :29:42.she made last year to give the race away at the end. It is always

:29:43. > :29:47.difficult to live that down and prove to yourself that you are a

:29:48. > :29:52.champion. More importantly, she is an amazing ambassador for Botswana.

:29:53. > :29:58.People look up to her. She leads the way for women's athletics. So for

:29:59. > :30:06.her to be here is more about her country and defending the title she

:30:07. > :30:12.has worked so hard to achieve. There she is. We will also see Shana Cox,

:30:13. > :30:17.who has run 58.4 in her time. We have seen Kelly Massey already

:30:18. > :30:27.qualify as well. Cox will be hoping she can push Montsho and make it

:30:28. > :30:27.through. Absolutely. This should be comfortable for

:30:28. > :30:32.through. Absolutely. This should be comfortable Shana Cox. She has just

:30:33. > :30:38.got to run her own race. We tend to see the best of her in relays. I

:30:39. > :30:44.think she has so much more to give. She has a pace issue within the 400.

:30:45. > :30:45.Maybe having Montsho right in front of her, I don't know whether that

:30:46. > :30:56.will help her gauge a better race. I think it is. She hasn't been able

:30:57. > :31:02.to establish her own pace. She seems to have struggled this year. That

:31:03. > :31:06.50.84 - that was only a few years ago. This is an opportunity but

:31:07. > :31:11.given that situation, you would want to come in - I would come into this

:31:12. > :31:18.race saying I'm going to run this like the final. My objective is to

:31:19. > :31:22.beat Montsho. Absolutely. Let's see if she can step up to the plate.

:31:23. > :31:34.Andrew Cotter. Amantle Montsho - that was a seminal

:31:35. > :31:37.moment in the World Championships in Moscow last year when Christine

:31:38. > :31:42.Ohuruogu took it. There is confirmation of the line-up. Shana

:31:43. > :31:48.Cox will be looking to lead the way home here with three going through.

:31:49. > :32:00.The applause inside Hampden is for Amantle Montsho and Shana Cox, she

:32:01. > :32:05.has run 50.84 but a fair few years ago now and not near that at the

:32:06. > :32:16.moment. Trying to find that form somehow, just to get close to that.

:32:17. > :32:23.There is Folashade Abugan. We were talking about the quality of the

:32:24. > :32:27.Nigerian team - we have seen Regina George go through and Omotosho has

:32:28. > :32:39.qualified as well. This is the leading Nigerian of the year. Lanece

:32:40. > :32:44.Clarke in six, Audrey Jean-Baptiste in 7, Afia Charles in lane eight and

:32:45. > :32:56.we didn't mention Rebecca Ansumana in lane four.

:32:57. > :33:05.This year, Montsho has not been so impressive. A bit of rain inside

:33:06. > :33:14.Hampden for the start of Heat 5. Very, very slow start for Abugan of

:33:15. > :33:24.Nigeria. We see Amantle Montsho trying to close down on Shana Cox,

:33:25. > :33:28.lanes two and three. Already, the athlete from Botswana easing

:33:29. > :33:32.alongside her. It is a powerful start by Amantle Montsho and after

:33:33. > :33:36.her slow start, Folashade Abugan is running well for Nigeria in lane

:33:37. > :33:41.five. Three go through automatically. Lanece Clarke in lane

:33:42. > :33:46.six, she is the threat to Shana Cox. She is starting to hit the

:33:47. > :33:49.accelerator now, Shana Cox. A long way behind Amantle Montsho, who is

:33:50. > :33:56.looking very strong here. Very impressive from the defending

:33:57. > :34:06.Commonwealth Games champion. She breaks the tape - 51.89. Perhaps a

:34:07. > :34:10.statement from Amantle Montsho, yes, my form has not been great, but I

:34:11. > :34:19.have still got plenty in the tank. That was a very comfortable win.

:34:20. > :34:23.Interesting, isn't it, you talk about an athlete not being in such

:34:24. > :34:26.great shape. Her standards are extremely high. She has been

:34:27. > :34:29.struggling with her judgment in her races this year, which is unusual

:34:30. > :34:33.for somebody of her calibre, when she is up against the really top

:34:34. > :34:38.women, it is much easier to control a race like this where you know you

:34:39. > :34:42.can win it, you are just qualifying. That might give her a bit of

:34:43. > :34:48.confidence as well. She is just watching here, well clear of Abugan,

:34:49. > :34:53.Shana Cox, she executed her race pretty well and qualified with ease.

:34:54. > :34:57.I think this is going to be a really good race - Montsho, the Jamaicans -

:34:58. > :35:02.it will be very difficult to predict who is going to win. I still think

:35:03. > :35:07.Montsho is working pretty hard. The old Montsho, this sort of

:35:08. > :35:13.qualification, high 51 seconds, would be easier than this. Both of

:35:14. > :35:17.them are through and Amantle Montsho is through, Shana Cox joining her

:35:18. > :35:25.and the two of them are with Phil. They are, indeed, Steve. A quick

:35:26. > :35:30.word with you, Amantle, how comfortable was that for you? That

:35:31. > :35:36.particular race? How comfortable did you feel? Today is nothing special.

:35:37. > :35:39.We just have to run easily so you can have go through the three

:35:40. > :35:45.rounds, I think the more important thing is tomorrow. Today, I was just

:35:46. > :35:48.doing more light. As for being the defending champion here, everyone is

:35:49. > :35:51.looking at you to successfully defend that title, win the gold

:35:52. > :36:01.again. How does that is it with you? I think I have to - I know it is not

:36:02. > :36:05.easy. For sure, everyone wants to win the Commonwealth Games. I have

:36:06. > :36:10.to see what will happen. All the very best tomorrow. Thank you for

:36:11. > :36:16.talking to us. Shana, how was it for you out there today? A comfortable

:36:17. > :36:21.qualification? Yes, it was comfortable. The first round is

:36:22. > :36:25.always tricky. You have been in the village for a little while. It seems

:36:26. > :36:29.like it's been forever since you have competed. Blowing the cobwebs

:36:30. > :36:32.off. Trying to get through comfortably and that is what I tried

:36:33. > :36:41.to do. To get the reception you received at the start, what does

:36:42. > :36:48.that do to your mindset? You get used to it as you go through the

:36:49. > :36:52.Games, you get used to it. This is something special, though, isn't it?

:36:53. > :36:58.The reception here has been so, so good and so amazing and kind of

:36:59. > :37:04.fires you up to get ready to go out. I was pleasantly surprised. We will

:37:05. > :37:11.see you tomorrow. Thanks. STUDIO: We haven't seen an abundance

:37:12. > :37:16.of Scottish athletes yet. Such generous support from this home

:37:17. > :37:20.crowd. It is not just made up of Scots here. There is that real

:37:21. > :37:26.support for athletes across-the-board. I think they are

:37:27. > :37:29.excited about hosting the Championships and having the

:37:30. > :37:37.Commonwealth Games here in Glasgow. This stadium has been great today.

:37:38. > :37:41.Sometimes on the first day, they are blowing the cobwebs off as well!

:37:42. > :37:45.They have gone after it right away. They were chomping at the bit to get

:37:46. > :37:51.going on the athletics, people were talking about town waiting for the

:37:52. > :37:58.athletics to get started. The women are stepping it up a bit. What have

:37:59. > :38:04.you made of the 400 so for? Montsho looked easy. She hasn't raced as

:38:05. > :38:12.quickly as we come to expect her. She is normally heading the

:38:13. > :38:15.rankings. She's looking good, she is sounding confident, but she is not

:38:16. > :38:19.going to have it all her own way. It will be tough. She does want to

:38:20. > :38:22.defend that title. Always, it looks effortless when she is running, you

:38:23. > :38:36.know. She is strong, she is powerful. She is usually able to

:38:37. > :38:46.back up 50. -something every time she comes out. She also has

:38:47. > :38:51.deceiving speed. In that race, what happened was about 150 metres in,

:38:52. > :38:56.she was in lane two, Shana Cox was in lane three, they noticed that the

:38:57. > :39:00.field had gotten away from them. Montsho was able to turn it on

:39:01. > :39:06.quickly. Cox didn't do that. That was the result at the end when you

:39:07. > :39:12.saw with 120 metres or so to go coming off the curve. Shana Cox was

:39:13. > :39:18.back in third or fourth place. That is deceptive speed that she has. How

:39:19. > :39:22.can she be such a great 400m runner? She is not as powerful as a

:39:23. > :39:27.Christine Ohuruogu. She's got deceptive speed. Absolutely. You

:39:28. > :39:31.have not seen anything special today, she said. She will be turning

:39:32. > :39:40.it on more tomorrow. Let's go to this final heat of the Women's 400m.

:39:41. > :39:59.You have Williams-Mills of Jamaica. Steve Cram? Margaret Adeoye of

:40:00. > :40:09.England also goes in this heat. The last heat, the first three to go

:40:10. > :40:16.through. Williams-Mills in lane four. She was in that epic race in

:40:17. > :40:20.2007 when she was pipped at the line by Nicola Sanders and Christine

:40:21. > :40:29.Ohuruogu. She has had a good season this year. On the outside, the new

:40:30. > :40:37.Australian champion Morgan Mitchell, just finding Eke of Sierra Leone

:40:38. > :40:44.going past her. Adeoye with a bit of work to do. This could be tight. No

:40:45. > :40:54.problem about Williams-Mills. There is going to be a scrap on behind her

:40:55. > :41:00.for second, third and fourth. Look at the distance. Morgan Mitchell is

:41:01. > :41:05.finishing strongly. Williams-Mills winning it. Then Adeoye, and

:41:06. > :41:11.Mitchell. They are the top three to go through. I guess the tactic

:41:12. > :41:21.always is when you are as dominant, or you could be as dominant, is get

:41:22. > :41:28.out there, hard over the first 300 metres, then you can sit back. She

:41:29. > :41:32.had so much to spare. Margaret Adeoye was a long way back but she

:41:33. > :41:43.qualified safely in second place, Andrew. That was a cracking race 20

:41:44. > :41:49.metres behind Williams-Mills. She went out, she was the favourite,

:41:50. > :41:54.she's made her break here and she is holding on a bit at the end. Again,

:41:55. > :42:03.a bit of a statement saying she's seen her team-mates Christine Day

:42:04. > :42:08.and Stephanie McPherson qualifying well. Look at that gap already. It

:42:09. > :42:10.is a bit of a statement. Safeguarding your qualification and

:42:11. > :42:21.seeing what you have got in the tank as well. Seeing how this track

:42:22. > :42:34.feels. What a gap it was. An easy win for the Jamaican. Looks nice and

:42:35. > :42:39.relaxed there at this point. Just checking up on the screen, as most

:42:40. > :42:46.of them have done. Well, as with the others, the winner of that heat

:42:47. > :42:51.spoke to Phil after her race. That looked so impressive. Obviously, a

:42:52. > :42:53.massive margin of victory. You are way ahead in the Commonwealth coming

:42:54. > :43:01.in and people expect big things of you. I come in here, I know there

:43:02. > :43:05.will be some great competition. I am looking forward to the challenge to

:43:06. > :43:09.do what I need to do to win the gold medal. Tell me about the mentality

:43:10. > :43:16.you need to adopt for the first round? I mean, the first round, you

:43:17. > :43:20.get running, and make the run as easy as possible. You looked so

:43:21. > :43:26.impressive. Which wish you well. I can bring in Margaret here as well

:43:27. > :43:32.for a word. You timed your run to perfection? Yes. I wasn't quite sure

:43:33. > :43:37.if I was going to. I think it was too slow down the back straight.

:43:38. > :43:42.That gave me a lot more coming home. I don't know. I thought I - I kind

:43:43. > :43:46.of looked up and thought I'm in fourth place and it is top three, or

:43:47. > :43:51.top two? I worked it a little bit. As I felt the momentum going past, I

:43:52. > :43:54.switched off and came home. Great to get that one out of the way. You

:43:55. > :43:58.have semifinals tomorrow. What will you do between now and then? I have

:43:59. > :44:04.to speak to my coach and see where we have got to improve because he's

:44:05. > :44:08.not here and I know he is watching at home. He said get the round out

:44:09. > :44:14.of the way, qualify and he will tell me what I need to do to get through

:44:15. > :44:21.the next round. We are not talking of the great Linford Christie? We

:44:22. > :44:26.are! Hi. Your expectations when you come to an event like this? You are

:44:27. > :44:31.still fairly new, aren't you? I am. Even like through warm-up, I'm like

:44:32. > :44:36.do I warm up like a sprinter? Or do I take things slower? So I am still

:44:37. > :44:41.working on my warm-up, let alone my race and so I am coming out here, do

:44:42. > :44:46.I come out of the blocks like a sprinter and pray I get to the

:44:47. > :44:50.finish line or do I take things a notch slower? Again, it is another

:44:51. > :44:52.thing I'm thinking about. I am still learning. I have

:44:53. > :44:57.thing I'm thinking about. I am still year. I have tried different things.

:44:58. > :45:02.I have got too much coming home or I die at 300. There is so much to

:45:03. > :45:08.learn. I know it will take a couple of years. I am hoping things will

:45:09. > :45:16.speed up and I will get used to it. This will help. Thanks for talking

:45:17. > :45:19.to us today. Thank you. She certainly had to warm up! It is

:45:20. > :45:39.chilly at the moment! We are hoping it will be more --

:45:40. > :46:22.warmer tomorrow. I am sure most of those athletes and

:46:23. > :46:26.the 100m runners will be hoping the temperatures do go up five or 6

:46:27. > :46:31.degrees tomorrow as predicted. But the next race, the men's 5K, will be

:46:32. > :46:35.happy that it is about 17 degrees and a light shower at the moment,

:46:36. > :46:40.ideal for those longer distances. You started the day early with the

:46:41. > :46:45.marathon. No complaints from these guys? No, I think they will be happy

:46:46. > :46:52.with these conditions. A bit of drizzle, not a lot of wind. They are

:46:53. > :46:55.looking for a good 5000m race. It does not mean conditions will be

:46:56. > :47:02.perfect. It depends how they choose to attack the race. There has been

:47:03. > :47:08.speculation that the man who won the Kenyan trials is now better act as a

:47:09. > :47:16.pacemaker for the others to make sure it is not a slow race. He may

:47:17. > :47:21.have originally been there to make sure it was not a slow race when Mo

:47:22. > :47:24.was controlling it. I am glad you brought him up. We do not want to

:47:25. > :47:28.talk about those who are not here, but Noel was a late announcement

:47:29. > :47:35.that he was not going to run. He pulled out last week -- Mo Farah. It

:47:36. > :47:41.has disappointed many that he is not running here, because he is such a

:47:42. > :47:45.popular character. He has been training in the Pyrenees. What is

:47:46. > :47:49.the word on what is wrong with him and how long it'll to recover? I

:47:50. > :47:53.think there is actually nothing wrong with him right now, but he did

:47:54. > :48:04.miss some preparation, and he felt like he was not ready to come here

:48:05. > :48:10.and race. We were hoping he could make it to the 10,000 metres, but he

:48:11. > :48:13.has decided to concentrate on being ready for the European

:48:14. > :48:16.Championships. Well, it is still a strong field and I am sure Stephen

:48:17. > :48:21.Crabb and Brendan Foster will pick out those to keep our eye on over

:48:22. > :48:29.the next 40 minutes or so. Well, there is one of them. He is

:48:30. > :48:34.somebody Mo Farah and other world-class runners will know well.

:48:35. > :48:37.He finished fifth in the Olympic Games and was a bronze medallist

:48:38. > :48:58.behind Farah in the World Championships last year.

:48:59. > :49:06.Nick Willis is an interesting character. This is his first ever

:49:07. > :49:12.5000m major championship attempt. He says, I think I can cause a bit of

:49:13. > :49:16.an upset. Andy Burnham started -- Andy Vernon started the season in

:49:17. > :49:25.good shape but has been struggling lately. It will be interesting to

:49:26. > :49:43.see how he goes here. But I think the man they have all got to beat is

:49:44. > :49:50.this man, Ndiku. And here's a bit of a character as well. He is the world

:49:51. > :49:56.indoor champion of 3000m. Two very good Kenyans. There is another who

:49:57. > :50:02.we do not know much about. It will be interesting to see what role he

:50:03. > :50:06.plays in this 5000m final. Andy Vernon, Tom Farrell, Birmingham of

:50:07. > :50:15.Australia, Nick Willis of New Zealand. Men's 5000m final. 12 and a

:50:16. > :50:22.half laps of the track, as usual. Don't expect many fireworks early

:50:23. > :50:27.on. But the likes of Koech, who has had his fingers burned on more than

:50:28. > :50:33.one occasion by leaving things late. Caleb Ndiku has the confidence to

:50:34. > :50:37.sit and use his pace. Then you have the likes of Nick Willis of New

:50:38. > :50:43.Zealand, who is an interesting, spicy addition to this 5000m field.

:50:44. > :50:48.I said no one would go off to crazy. Hopefully, they will settle

:50:49. > :50:53.down. The athlete from list to two has gone off a little quick through

:50:54. > :50:58.these first 400m. In the absence of Mo Farah, who we all hoped would be

:50:59. > :51:05.here today to contest his 5000m, the favourite is probably Caleb Ndiku.

:51:06. > :51:10.He has settled down at the back, in the traditional place where the

:51:11. > :51:15.great Kenyan athletes often drift in races by relaxing in the early

:51:16. > :51:20.stages. There is Nick Willis and Tom Farrell of England, who has a great

:51:21. > :51:25.future ahead of him. Andy Vernon just ahead of him. But behind them

:51:26. > :51:30.all, with his golden coloured hair at the back, is Caleb Ndiku. I

:51:31. > :51:33.wonder if he got his hair dyed before he realised that Mo Farah was

:51:34. > :51:39.not going to be running, because it is indicative of the man with the

:51:40. > :51:46.golden hair wanting to win the gold medal. There was the tall figure of

:51:47. > :51:52.the world indoor champion, Caleb Ndiku. When you look at his early

:51:53. > :52:02.pace, he was a world junior champion of the 1500m. When you watch the

:52:03. > :52:05.young athletes come through, you often find a great one. This could

:52:06. > :52:14.be the next great Kenyan distance runner. This first lap is not what

:52:15. > :52:23.the likes of some of them would have wanted. Koech has decided that now

:52:24. > :52:32.they have started fast, they may as well keep going. A few years ago, we

:52:33. > :52:37.would have put Koech in the same category as Ndiku. But in the big

:52:38. > :52:43.races, he has not done anything to suggest that he knows how to win the

:52:44. > :52:55.big races. He is slowing things down a tad. The temperature is 17

:52:56. > :52:59.degrees, ideal for 5000m running. We would have expected this race to be

:53:00. > :53:04.a tactical affair. Do bring in the likes of Nick Willis, with his great

:53:05. > :53:10.pace, and hope that someone like Tom Farrell could keep in close contact

:53:11. > :53:15.for as long as possible, who knows what position he could finish up

:53:16. > :53:25.with. But Koech is keeping a decent pace. As you said, Caleb Ndiku is

:53:26. > :53:32.happy to be further back. You are talking about Koech's performance.

:53:33. > :53:38.He has not quite made it in the Olympics. He has been close, but in

:53:39. > :53:42.the last laps of those races, he has been unable to sprint like Mo Farah.

:53:43. > :53:47.Well, nobody has been able to sprint like Mo Farah, but this man today is

:53:48. > :53:55.using a different tactic to what we have seen in the past. We have

:53:56. > :53:55.using a different tactic to what we him sit and wait and wait. Now, we

:53:56. > :53:59.are quickly him sit and wait and wait. Now, we

:54:00. > :54:02.stretching the field out. Andy Vernon is at

:54:03. > :54:06.stretching the field out. Andy Young Farrell is right in amongst

:54:07. > :54:10.them, so they are running a strong race, but they are being driven

:54:11. > :54:19.along by probably the second ranked Kenyan, Koech. This is a bit of a

:54:20. > :54:31.surprise. There was a hint that the Kenyans might work together a bit.

:54:32. > :54:35.The Kenyan who won the Championships has not been anywhere near the front

:54:36. > :54:44.at this point. Koech has been happy to lead, but is slowing down a bit.

:54:45. > :54:53.Andy Vernon was struggling for a while but has got himself at the

:54:54. > :54:55.back of the big group now. I am interested to see what Nick Willis

:54:56. > :55:05.can do. He is based in America now. When he ran the sub 3.30 in Monaco,

:55:06. > :55:10.he said that he ran too hard. The couple of weeks ago, he said, I am

:55:11. > :55:12.going to Monaco and I will prepare for the Commonwealth Games.

:55:13. > :55:18.going to Monaco and I will prepare for It was not bad preparation.

:55:19. > :55:19.going to Monaco and I will prepare for It He has still got to contest

:55:20. > :55:24.the 1500m here, and it was a brave effort to come into the 5000 final

:55:25. > :55:37.as well. But he did not have to run heats for the 5000, so I think he

:55:38. > :55:49.will be fine in the 1500. Nick Willis is on the shoulder of Caleb

:55:50. > :55:58.Ndiku. There are the three black vested New Zealanders. Here comes

:55:59. > :56:04.Birmingham, a good, honest runner. In the yellow and green of

:56:05. > :56:08.Australia. They were inspired by that marathon this morning.

:56:09. > :56:14.Birmingham decided he did not want any more 65 second laps. He wants to

:56:15. > :56:18.go quicker. He has been accelerating through the field, but he has

:56:19. > :56:33.slipped behind Koech. He could have gone past him if he wanted.

:56:34. > :56:41.Cunningham's best race was in the 5000 -- Birmingham's best race.

:56:42. > :56:57.This pace is starting to hurt them a bit. They keep surging and settling

:56:58. > :57:07.down. The Solomon Islands athlete has been passed. At the back, the

:57:08. > :57:12.two Ugandans. The brothers have based themselves in the place where

:57:13. > :57:19.all the Kenyans train. And they have had great results, the Robertsons

:57:20. > :57:32.from New Zealand. They have put themselves into world-class distance

:57:33. > :57:46.running. The main contenders we thought of beforehand, apart from

:57:47. > :57:54.Koech, are happy to sit at the back. The two Englishmen are running well.

:57:55. > :57:58.Andy Vernon running well. You will not get many more 65 second laps,

:57:59. > :58:01.because the race is starting to gather momentum. It will be faster

:58:02. > :58:07.in the second part of the race than in the first part. If the Kenyan

:58:08. > :58:11.pacemaker does nothing about it, I am sure Birmingham will want to do

:58:12. > :58:16.something about it. Loitering with intent on the outside, the golden

:58:17. > :58:20.haired figure of Caleb Ndiku, just watching and looking across, right

:58:21. > :58:28.next to Nick Willis, who has had a pretty easy ride. If they get an

:58:29. > :58:33.easy ride in the first part of the race, it lays to their strengths.

:58:34. > :58:37.They get to show off their speed and stamina over the second part of the

:58:38. > :58:42.race. He has not been tested yet. In fact, the race has not really begun

:58:43. > :58:49.yet. It is a deceptive race. It looks as though it is surging. The

:58:50. > :58:53.atmosphere is fantastic. But to be honest, the lap times have been

:58:54. > :58:58.pretty much the same. It is not easy to run lap times of 65 when you go

:58:59. > :59:06.hard and slow down and Doha and slow down.

:59:07. > :59:17.Farrell's mum and dad are in the stadium to watch him tonight. This

:59:18. > :59:25.is a big push early on. Nick Willis is starting to get closer to the

:59:26. > :59:28.front. And Zane Robertson is still in the pack. Three New Zealanders,

:59:29. > :59:35.one from Australia, couple of Englishmen, two Kenyans. This is

:59:36. > :59:40.building up nicely. Good to see the New Zealanders. When I was growing

:59:41. > :59:43.up, they were the great athletes in the famous black vest of New

:59:44. > :59:47.Zealand. It always sent a shiver down your spine when you were

:59:48. > :59:48.running and you were joined by an athlete in the famous black vest.

:59:49. > :59:55.running and you were joined by an athlete in the Here are the

:59:56. > :59:59.Robertsons wins in New Zealand. Now the three Kenyans are running as a

:00:00. > :00:05.team, just behind the Robertsons brothers. All five of those train in

:00:06. > :00:08.the same area. But let's not forget the reigning champion. He has not

:00:09. > :00:19.done anything yet. Also in the group, Luke Caldwell of

:00:20. > :00:24.Scotland, working hard with Andy Vernon as the pace starts to pick

:00:25. > :00:29.up. Luke Caldwell doing well here as the pace just begins to really wind

:00:30. > :00:39.up. They are cranking this up. Jake Robertson now and Zane Robertson at

:00:40. > :00:45.the front, Nick Willis is on the kerb. This hasn't been too fast, but

:00:46. > :00:55.it will pick up and Ndiku is looking around saying, are we ready to go -

:00:56. > :00:58.he is looking for his team-mate and the pre-race favourite Caleb

:00:59. > :01:09.Mwangangi Ndiku moves to the front. He wants to control this, maybe he's

:01:10. > :01:22.taken a leaf out of the Farah book! Nick Willis is at the back of the

:01:23. > :01:28.group in a good place, and down goes Robertson. He's lost the momentum.

:01:29. > :01:41.Two laps to go in the Men's 5000m Final and the pre-race favourite, a

:01:42. > :01:45.hot favourite in this event, he is strong on the last lap. But he will

:01:46. > :01:49.have to be extremely strong to fight them off. Nick Willis is close up

:01:50. > :01:55.and in contention. The gap begins to open. The three Kenyans and the

:01:56. > :02:00.other Robertson brother are there. There is Caleb Mwangangi Ndiku

:02:01. > :02:07.holding his position. They are joined by Mohammed Ahmed of Canada.

:02:08. > :02:17.Zane Robertson is having a brilliant race here. Three Kenyans and these

:02:18. > :02:22.five have pulled clear. There's Farrell, who has given up the ghost.

:02:23. > :02:34.They come round to take the bell... The champion is beaten, he is out of

:02:35. > :02:38.it, Moses Kipsiro. We have seen him win races from the front, we have

:02:39. > :02:43.seen him win races on the last lap and the young New Zealander in third

:02:44. > :02:49.place is running well, but here comes the competitive rush. Can

:02:50. > :02:57.Ndiku hold it? That acceleration looks fierce. Now, he's got to hold

:02:58. > :02:59.it. He might not have this won yet. What a great performance from

:03:00. > :03:04.Robertson of New Zealand in third. He looks clear for the bronze. But

:03:05. > :03:07.the pre-race favourite has made his big run for home and it looks as

:03:08. > :03:13.though it is going to take him to the gold medal. Caleb Mwangangi

:03:14. > :03:17.Ndiku stretching away into the last 50 metres. He continues to go away

:03:18. > :03:22.from the field. It will be a gold for Kenya. Caleb Mwangangi Ndiku is

:03:23. > :03:27.the Commonwealth champion, Koech takes the silver and Robertson, a

:03:28. > :03:35.brilliant bronze medal for the New Zealander. A 54.1 last lap from

:03:36. > :03:39.Ndiku. Andy Vernon is the first of the two English athletes. They

:03:40. > :03:45.couldn't really find anything to beat this young man. He is a real

:03:46. > :03:55.character. We saw that in the World Indoors, he likes to wear his floppy

:03:56. > :04:09.hat as well. It was a golden performance from Ndiku. Koech,

:04:10. > :04:19.Brendan, was beaten. This man, had Mo Farah been here, they know all

:04:20. > :04:23.about Ndiku. When you have got 1,500 metre pace, you come into a 5,000

:04:24. > :04:29.metre race and they leave it to the last couple of laps and maybe there

:04:30. > :04:32.is only one result. The World Indoor Champion becomes the Commonwealth

:04:33. > :04:37.Champion. This will be a great Kenyan athlete. That was a superb

:04:38. > :04:42.performance. The last couple of laps - 60 seconds, 57 seconds and 26

:04:43. > :04:46.seconds for the last 200 metres. I am really pleased for young

:04:47. > :04:51.Robertson from New Zealand, he ran a really good race. I prefer it, Steve

:04:52. > :04:55.- I know you don't - I like it when the 5,000 metres runners run the

:04:56. > :05:03.finish out of the 1,500 metre runners. Nick Willis wasn't able to

:05:04. > :05:06.stay with the big boys. This man is extremely good, extremely powerful,

:05:07. > :05:17.extremely strong and a worthy winner. I know Paula Radcliffe would

:05:18. > :05:23.have enjoyed the effort of the Robertsons - they are almost Kenyans

:05:24. > :05:27.themselves, they live there! Paula, what did you make of that? They are

:05:28. > :05:32.very used to getting in there and racing it and training amongst the

:05:33. > :05:38.Kenyans. They showed that they plong in there today. It was such a shame

:05:39. > :05:44.to see Jake go down. Zane Robertson committed and it was great to see

:05:45. > :05:49.Andy Vernon and Thomas Farrell have good runs. They are getting more at

:05:50. > :05:53.home in these kind of surroundings. Ndiku had a lot of pace at the end.

:05:54. > :05:56.It would have been nice to see a race between himself and Mo Farah

:05:57. > :05:59.and see is what would have been the outcome then. He controlled that

:06:00. > :06:08.race and the Kenyans between them controlled it and he ran out the

:06:09. > :06:14.strongest winner there. Off he goes on his lap of honour. That's Kenya's

:06:15. > :06:18.second gold medal, having won the Women's Marathon earlier on today.

:06:19. > :06:22.He was very much the favourite. They were favourites to win the Women's

:06:23. > :06:30.Marathon. I don't think Kenya would have accepted anything else. Caleb

:06:31. > :06:34.Mwangangi Ndiku, a great run. New Zealanders are very, very proud -

:06:35. > :06:44.and so they should be. Zane Robertson, his brother, Jake, fell.

:06:45. > :06:49.You can probably hear this big crowd cheering for Siosi, from the Solomon

:06:50. > :06:53.Islands. They are on their feet! This is what the Commonwealth Games

:06:54. > :06:58.is about. You come here to compete in one of the tougher events and

:06:59. > :07:09.well done to him. He was voted the sportsman of the

:07:10. > :07:16.year in the Solomon Islands and there is his bid to be the sportsman

:07:17. > :07:20.of the year in 2014! This crowd have seen a great race today. They have

:07:21. > :07:23.seen a great future champion. It would have been wonderful for us,

:07:24. > :07:27.Steve, if Mo Farah had been here today. It would have been a terrific

:07:28. > :07:31.race. He would have had to have been at his very best to beat this man,

:07:32. > :07:38.who is getting better. He is only 21. He is a character, as well as a

:07:39. > :07:41.great runner. That was a performance to go alongside some of the best.

:07:42. > :07:48.There they are, down the back straight. Suddenly, Ndiku stretches,

:07:49. > :07:56.Koech is under pressure. And Zane Robertson of New Zealand fighting

:07:57. > :08:00.for that bronze medal. He wants it, he's gone to live in Kenya to try to

:08:01. > :08:05.train for it. We are looking at the man with the golden hair on his way

:08:06. > :08:10.to a gold medal. A terrific performance. Junior champion at the

:08:11. > :08:18.cross-country. He had to work for this one. Impressive distance

:08:19. > :08:24.running from a man who, I'm sure, we will hear a lot about in the future.

:08:25. > :08:27.He will be absolutely delighted to have done that performance in a

:08:28. > :08:31.stadium with a response like this. What a great day it's been in

:08:32. > :08:39.Glasgow today and what a great performance they have witnessed here

:08:40. > :08:44.today, too. Another great distance gold medal for Kenya. I have always

:08:45. > :08:49.liked watching this guy. I like them with a bit of character. They bring

:08:50. > :08:52.it out on to the track, Caleb Mwangangi Ndiku has always done

:08:53. > :08:58.that. He has talked about how he wants to be a great champion. He's

:08:59. > :09:03.now got two gold medals - World Indoor Champion and now the

:09:04. > :09:07.Commonwealth Champion. Poor Koech having to settle for a silver. That

:09:08. > :09:16.was a good race in second place. Good performance by Koech. Ndiku,

:09:17. > :09:22.remember, has already run 3.29 for 1,500 metres as well. This man will

:09:23. > :09:32.win more gold medals in the future. His last lap is powerful. 2.26 for

:09:33. > :09:37.the last 1,000 metres. Nick Willis, it was a brave effort, wasn't it? He

:09:38. > :09:43.said, "I think I can come and do some danger." If they are going to

:09:44. > :09:47.run a 54 last lap, he said he could contend with that. The trouble is,

:09:48. > :09:52.you have to be with them when they start that last lap! Well done to

:09:53. > :09:56.Ndiku. We will see Willis again in the 1,500 metres. A dance of delight

:09:57. > :10:02.for Caleb Mwangangi Ndiku. Well done.

:10:03. > :10:06.STUDIO: That race had everything. If this is the Games where a few of the

:10:07. > :10:11.stars are missing, it is time for others to step up to the plate and

:10:12. > :10:17.say, "I'm going to be a star of this sport." Ndiku, not only can he

:10:18. > :10:20.produce the goods on the track, he has the moves, and he has the

:10:21. > :10:26.charisma, the way he is with the crowd. He enjoys the performance and

:10:27. > :10:33.he is a racer? He is. He gets fired up for the race. He wanted to come

:10:34. > :10:37.here and show what he could do in the Commonwealth Games. It was a

:10:38. > :10:44.title that mattered to him. He talked a lot about getting ready for

:10:45. > :10:50.this race. He's come here very ready to attack and to control that race

:10:51. > :10:54.and his last lap was very, very impressive. The change of gear was

:10:55. > :10:57.very impressive. It would have been an interesting head-to-head had Mo

:10:58. > :11:02.Farah been fit to see what damage they could do to that last lap and

:11:03. > :11:09.the times they could achieve. At the other end, Denise - I know you were

:11:10. > :11:14.particularly warmed by the reception for Siosi - he was two laps behind

:11:15. > :11:18.everybody else at the end. The man from the Solomon Islands was given

:11:19. > :11:26.just the most beautiful reception by this crowd? Beautiful to watch. A

:11:27. > :11:30.standing ovation. They were shouting, clapping, screaming for

:11:31. > :11:37.him. Just cheering him on, willing him on, embracing him for his great

:11:38. > :11:42.efforts and he didn't quite have the moves... Like Jagger there! His

:11:43. > :11:46.little face when he crossed the line, appreciating how much the

:11:47. > :11:51.crowd welcomed him home. If you are under any doubts that Ndiku wants

:11:52. > :11:56.more attention, you don't dye your hair that shade, do you? He

:11:57. > :12:00.delivered today and you can do that when you deliver. He was one of

:12:01. > :12:05.those athletes that stepped up here at the Games. This Championship will

:12:06. > :12:10.bode well for him in the future. He has a bright future ahead of him.

:12:11. > :12:15.There's a lot more to come. It was a race that was looking like it was

:12:16. > :12:20.going to be slow at the start, it looked like it would revolve around

:12:21. > :12:26.the fast finishers and the Robertson brothers who have been based in

:12:27. > :12:31.Kenya, they had to jostle and in the end, poor Jake... They worked as a

:12:32. > :12:36.team. We talk about the Kenyans working as a team. The New

:12:37. > :12:40.Zealanders try to do that. His brother went down, it is nice to see

:12:41. > :12:50.them being able to share that bronze medal together. You can hear in the

:12:51. > :12:58.background, of course, the anthem for Australia, Jody Elkington has

:12:59. > :13:02.won the gold in the long jump. Let's wrap up with what we have seen

:13:03. > :13:10.today. We started with the marathon. We got on to the track with the

:13:11. > :13:18.shortest distance of all, the Men's 100m heats. Nine of those. Who were

:13:19. > :13:28.you impressed with today? The Jamaicans were strong. Richard

:13:29. > :13:32.Thompson comes here with the fastest time of all of the Commonwealth

:13:33. > :13:38.athletes. He had to qualify on time. A lot of those athletes will go to

:13:39. > :13:43.sleep tonight, they will be happy to have only a semifinal and a final

:13:44. > :13:47.because normally you are going through four rounds. We should see

:13:48. > :13:52.some fast times tomorrow in the semifinals. As for the women, there

:13:53. > :14:04.was one lady who looked to be in the kind of form that's going to see her

:14:05. > :14:15.on to the podium? For me, she was in a class of her own in that 100m.

:14:16. > :14:29.Effortless running. She coasted home after 40m. The 100m looks like it is

:14:30. > :14:34.good. We finish with a classic 5K, and a star that's been born at the

:14:35. > :14:38.front of that race? Yes, Caleb Mwangangi Ndiku showed the promise

:14:39. > :14:41.that he's shown in the junior ranks. He earned that victory there today.

:14:42. > :14:45.It was impressive. Thank you very much. We have so much more to look

:14:46. > :14:52.forward to over the next few days, not least tomorrow, those semifinals

:14:53. > :15:00.and the finals for the Men's 100m and the Women's 100m. The 1,500m

:15:01. > :15:05.also starts tomorrow. Right now, we will hand you book to Hazel.

:15:06. > :15:12.What a character, Caleb Mwangangi Ndiku. He was terrific. That was

:15:13. > :15:13.Kenya's second gold of the Games and in fact second gold of

:15:14. > :15:16.Kenya's second gold of the Games and in fact second gold the day after

:15:17. > :15:21.their victory in the Men's Marathon. It is slightly sad to say that this

:15:22. > :15:26.is the final day of the track cycling from Sir Chris' Velodrome.

:15:27. > :15:31.It is. We are going to show you some of the highlights from what has been

:15:32. > :15:35.a stunning afternoon. Let's show you some of the key moments from what

:15:36. > :15:49.has been the great watchable events of the last few weeks.

:15:50. > :15:50.events in the Para-sport, with Neil Fachie and MacLean winning twice.

:15:51. > :15:54.events in the Para-sport, with Neil Fachie and MacLean winning And in

:15:55. > :16:03.the women's events, it is the tandem time trial. These two took silver in

:16:04. > :16:07.their sprint behind Sophie Thornhill and Helen Scott, who took the gold

:16:08. > :16:15.for England. So would there be a reversal of fortunes this time? All

:16:16. > :16:37.eyes on the velodrome. There is a hush around the

:16:38. > :16:43.velodrome. That looked to be a very clean start from the Scottish pair.

:16:44. > :16:49.So important not to fight against each other. But there is a long way

:16:50. > :16:53.to go. Only four laps in total, which does not sound much, but it

:16:54. > :16:58.feels a lot further when you are on the track. Louise following a

:16:59. > :17:15.beautiful line. They are going really well here. Can they keep it

:17:16. > :17:21.going? And the world goes up around the arena. They are nearly a second

:17:22. > :17:32.and a half quicker than that this time so far. Everyone will be up on

:17:33. > :17:40.their feet for McGlynn. A superb ride from Aileen McGlynn

:17:41. > :17:46.and Louise Haston. What is it about the Scottish tandems? I have got

:17:47. > :17:50.goose bumps! Unbelievable. That was such a well paced ride by the

:17:51. > :17:54.Scottish pair. They were very composed out of the gate. They took

:17:55. > :17:57.some time-out of the Australian tandem in the first couple of laps,

:17:58. > :18:12.but they saved the best till the end. They looked good all the way.

:18:13. > :18:23.They were smoothly out of the gate and quickly into their stride. That

:18:24. > :18:31.was superb tandem riding from the pair of them. Aileen is a very good

:18:32. > :18:37.Stokoe, very steady on the back. A very smooth pedal. And Louise worked

:18:38. > :18:45.hard on making sure the bike is staying on the bottom of the track.

:18:46. > :18:50.She did a great job. Piloted tandems on the road as well as on the track,

:18:51. > :18:53.and used that experience today for a superb time. We have two more

:18:54. > :18:59.tandems still to come, but there is a threat to this first place,

:19:00. > :19:05.because O'Connor from Australia, with Hargrave, and Sophie Thorn from

:19:06. > :19:10.England, piloted by Helen Scott, are still to go out. They will be

:19:11. > :19:32.putting for some time as they recover, the Scottish pair. A 1:

:19:33. > :19:45.09.7, they are delighted, because that is a superb time to achieve at

:19:46. > :19:49.sea level. That time could be good enough to win. Look at Louise

:19:50. > :19:59.Haston, she is in bits. She could barely raise her arm to acknowledge

:20:00. > :20:39.the crowd. They put so much into it. There has been a lot to cheer about

:20:40. > :20:43.over the last couple of days. Four laps of the track for this

:20:44. > :21:08.Australian pairing. Very clean start by the Australians. They have lost a

:21:09. > :21:10.couple of tenths of a second. The Australian pair don't look as

:21:11. > :21:15.composed as the Scottish pair before them. The pilot is already rocking

:21:16. > :21:20.and rolling a bit on the front of the bike, and that is only at half

:21:21. > :21:32.the distance. They will have to pull something out of the bag. Unless it

:21:33. > :21:41.is a stupendous final lap, it looks as if Aileen McGlynn will remain in

:21:42. > :21:55.the lead, with just ?1 to go. - -- one tandem to go.

:21:56. > :22:04.They are still recovering from that ride. You could see the difference

:22:05. > :22:11.in the composure of the Australians, compared to the Scottish pair. They

:22:12. > :22:17.were losing their four on the back of the bike, the more fatigue they

:22:18. > :22:24.felt as the laps went on. And that told in their final time. It is a

:22:25. > :22:34.good time. It will definitely guarantee them bronze. Technically,

:22:35. > :22:42.it was not as good as the Scottish tandem. The Scottish tandem were

:22:43. > :22:47.almost glued to the black line. The Australians were much close to the

:22:48. > :22:50.red line. They were travelling much further up, and that meant they

:22:51. > :23:00.would have done much more than a kilometre. We have got one tandem to

:23:01. > :23:08.go. The Scottish pair lead the way. Do you think the English pair are

:23:09. > :23:14.the favourites? Or do you think we have already seen the winning team?

:23:15. > :23:19.It is a nervous wait. Helen Scott and Sophie Thornhill are on form.

:23:20. > :23:24.They qualified well on Thursday. They are probably just the

:23:25. > :23:29.favourites with this crowd, but they are in patient to see another gold

:23:30. > :23:38.medal. You can see Aileen, being congratulated by her team-mates, who

:23:39. > :23:43.are warming down. Helen Scott was impressive in the sprint competition

:23:44. > :23:50.on the front of that tandem. She is clearly very focused, and she was

:23:51. > :23:55.decisive in what she did on the track. Helen is a superb sprint

:23:56. > :24:02.pilot. Very experienced on a solo bike. She has got some cheeky moves.

:24:03. > :24:07.She nicked inside on the final. And she and Sophie have a good

:24:08. > :24:15.partnership. The big thing for Sophie Thornhill is Rio in a couple

:24:16. > :24:18.of years' time. But at 18, she is already a double world champion and

:24:19. > :24:22.the time trial world record holder. As we mentioned earlier, she would

:24:23. > :24:27.normally be partnered by Rachel James, as was the case earlier this

:24:28. > :24:31.year. There were some trials for the pilot for Sophie earlier this year.

:24:32. > :24:35.Helen Scott and Rachel James went head to head for that. Rachel James

:24:36. > :24:37.was chosen on that occasion. head to head for that. Rachel James

:24:38. > :24:38.was chosen But since the World Championships, Helen and

:24:39. > :24:42.head to head for that. Rachel James was chosen But since the Sophie have

:24:43. > :24:43.been working as a partnership and we will see what the fruits of that

:24:44. > :25:03.Labour are. 1: 09 is the time to beat. Helen

:25:04. > :25:07.Scott it at the front of the tandem, out of the saddle as they

:25:08. > :25:11.get on top of the gear and start to power around the bottom of the

:25:12. > :25:16.track. Already up on the Scottish pair. But they will know that the

:25:17. > :25:21.time set by the Scottish pair is incredibly good. It is no foregone

:25:22. > :25:37.conclusion that they will go quicker. They are flying. At the

:25:38. > :25:40.halfway mark, they are quicker. For sprinters like Helen and Sophie,

:25:41. > :25:51.this is where they have to try and clean onto that speed. -- cling on.

:25:52. > :25:54.This should be a last lap to glory and a second gold medal at these

:25:55. > :26:06.games for the English tandem, we have to wait and see. It really

:26:07. > :26:12.hurts, but the time is really good. One of the half seconds faster than

:26:13. > :26:16.the Scottish tandem of Aileen McGlynn. The gold medal goes to

:26:17. > :26:21.England and to Sophie Thornhill, piloted by Helen Scott. The English

:26:22. > :26:25.tandem wins for the second time this week. A superb ride by the English

:26:26. > :26:30.pair. Helen Scott shaking her head. I don't believe they -- I don't

:26:31. > :26:38.think they can believe how fast they have ridden. Stunningly quick all

:26:39. > :26:42.the way through that right. -- ride. They were well up on the time set by

:26:43. > :26:49.the Scottish tandem on the first time check. There was never any

:26:50. > :26:53.doubt about it. Sophie Thornhill, what a star of para- cycling she

:26:54. > :27:00.already is and will be over the years to come. Superbly executed by

:27:01. > :27:04.the English pair. Those first few heads, trying to get the tandem up

:27:05. > :27:13.to speed, really takes it out of the legs. But they work hard on that in

:27:14. > :27:21.their training. Helen Scott piloted it right on the black line around

:27:22. > :27:33.every single banking. They did not need to dip, they were well in the

:27:34. > :27:39.lead. Iain Dyer celebrating their, the English track coach. Soon, the

:27:40. > :27:47.riders will be extricated off the tandem and can their celebration.

:27:48. > :27:51.Sophie Thornhill with the gold, Aileen McGlynn with silver and a

:27:52. > :27:59.bronze for Australia. Yes, they have done a Neil Fachie

:28:00. > :28:06.and MacLean for England. The Scots got the medal rush on the go on

:28:07. > :28:14.Thursday in the sprint. We are now going to see the women's points

:28:15. > :28:17.race. This is the race of 100 laps. Very strong home nations

:28:18. > :28:23.representation in this. We join it with 20 laps to go in the company of

:28:24. > :28:30.Simon Brotherton and Rob Hayles. Laura Trott, reasonably well

:28:31. > :28:34.positioned. Amy Cure leads the way. Buchanan of New Zealand is in third.

:28:35. > :28:43.Now Laura Trott makes a move on the outside. Here comes Laura Trott,

:28:44. > :28:51.into the finishing straight. Laura Trott takes five. An Amy Cure, who

:28:52. > :28:58.was second, has only managed to take one point. Laura Trott is the new

:28:59. > :29:05.leader Oval. She now leads from four points. She got herself extremely

:29:06. > :29:10.well positioned and made the most of it. She put a lot of effort into

:29:11. > :29:16.that, as she needed to. A British, world, Olympic champion. Now, is

:29:17. > :29:34.Laura Trott honing in on becoming a Commonwealth Games champion as well?

:29:35. > :29:42.We have got 18 laps to go. There is a lot of looking around here among

:29:43. > :29:49.the riders. With ten points left on offer, anybody in the top seven

:29:50. > :29:52.could still win this race. It is so open. Georgia Williams, the

:29:53. > :29:59.20-year-old from New Zealand, at the front at the moment. She has a bit

:30:00. > :30:01.of a gap, but does not seem keen on trying to make it count. She just

:30:02. > :30:16.waits for the pack to catch up. Now on the front is King with Laura

:30:17. > :30:21.Trott on her wheel and Wales and Scotland up to the front as well.

:30:22. > :30:39.For Team England it is Laura Trott on the wheel of Dani King. The

:30:40. > :30:46.English coach is getting a bit anxious. Laura Trott is moving too

:30:47. > :30:51.far back for his liking. She is boxed in as well. If anyone can

:30:52. > :30:55.unbox themselves, Laura Trott is the one to do it. I would like to see

:30:56. > :30:58.her further up as the danger group, these three Australians, they have

:30:59. > :31:02.got themselves in an extremely good position here, three laps out from

:31:03. > :31:15.the next sprint. Laura has herself on the wheel of Katie Archibald. Amy

:31:16. > :31:19.Cure is in a great position. Katie Archibald is further back. You are

:31:20. > :31:22.right, Laura Trott will have to go a long way around the outside. She is

:31:23. > :31:26.about three-quarters of the way back in this peloton. I don't think she

:31:27. > :31:32.will be contesting this sprint. She will save it for the final one,

:31:33. > :31:36.which is a gamble. Dani King is the one who is there. It is the wrong

:31:37. > :31:40.English rider. Elinor Barker will have to go for this one here for

:31:41. > :31:46.Wales. That is what she is going to do. Elinor Barker hits the front

:31:47. > :31:50.now. She goes over the top of Edmondson and Amy Cure goes chasing

:31:51. > :31:57.after her. Katie Archibald is in third place. Dani King is fourth.

:31:58. > :32:05.Can Elinor Barker hang on and get the five points in yes, she can! --

:32:06. > :32:09.get the five points? Yes, she can! Elinor Barker is now in the gold

:32:10. > :32:13.medal position. What a thrilling finish and Amy Cure is only two

:32:14. > :32:19.points behind Laura Trott in third place. Well, this is so open now. It

:32:20. > :32:30.is all going to come down to this final sprint. Elinor Barker, 35

:32:31. > :32:41.points, that rider, she has taken the lead from Laura Trott. Elinor

:32:42. > :32:49.Barker has been consistent throughout this race. Here is an

:32:50. > :32:52.attack, Lauren Ellis, there is confirmation of the overall

:32:53. > :32:58.standings in the race at this particular moment in time. One

:32:59. > :33:02.sprint to come. Lauren Ellis, if she wins this final sprint, it will make

:33:03. > :33:06.no difference whatsoever to the final overall medals. But if they

:33:07. > :33:11.allow her to take a lap, she will nip herself up an extra 20 points

:33:12. > :33:14.and take the win. I don't think the peloton will allow this New Zealand

:33:15. > :33:20.rider to go too much further. They will be winding it up as we go into

:33:21. > :33:23.the last half dozen laps here. It is the British circuit race champion on

:33:24. > :33:28.the front of the peloton, Lauren Ellis out in front by the best part

:33:29. > :33:32.of a length of the straight. I don't think she is going to be a factor

:33:33. > :33:34.here in this race. The chase is very much on. All eyes on the leading

:33:35. > :33:53.riders in the field. The catch is made. It's all back

:33:54. > :34:02.together now. This is going to be a big lead now for this final sprint.

:34:03. > :34:09.Lydia Boylan making a move for Northern Ireland. Inside the last

:34:10. > :34:14.four laps of the race. Laura Trott beginning to move up in the peloton.

:34:15. > :34:18.Boylan on the front. There is a little gap back to Laura Brown,

:34:19. > :34:21.Katie Archibald, followed by Elinor Barker, making sure she is up

:34:22. > :34:37.towards the front. Laura Trott there, too. And Jo Rowsell is

:34:38. > :34:42.getting involved. She needs to get involved. I don't think she's -

:34:43. > :34:46.she's run out of gas now. Laura Trott is making her move. Here we

:34:47. > :34:51.go, the last lap. What a final lap it is going to be. As Katie

:34:52. > :34:54.Archibald goes around the outside of Lydia Boylan. Elinor Barker is on

:34:55. > :34:58.her wheel. Coming around on the outside it is Laura Trott for

:34:59. > :35:03.England. Scotland lead the way with Katie Archibald, she is trying to

:35:04. > :35:15.hang on. It is Laura Trott who gets ahead of Katie Archibald on the

:35:16. > :35:20.line! Rushlee Buchanan takes one, what a race, what a finish! And

:35:21. > :35:34.Laura Trott delivered again when it mattered at the end. Katie Archibald

:35:35. > :35:41.taking that final sprint. Another crowd-pleaser there for the Scottish

:35:42. > :35:49.rider. A photofinish between Katie Archibald and Laura Trott at the

:35:50. > :35:59.end. Laura Trott has won that race. Oh, Laura Trott and Elinor Barker

:36:00. > :36:05.finishing on 37 points. And Katie Archibald up into third on 33 with

:36:06. > :36:11.that finish right at the end. Laura Trott takes the Commonwealth title.

:36:12. > :36:14.REPORTER: Congratulations, Commonwealth champion? I can't

:36:15. > :36:18.believe it. After the week I have had, my training was going really

:36:19. > :36:22.well and the morning of the IP, the evening before, I didn't feel very

:36:23. > :36:27.well and I went to the doctor and said I felt a bit weird. He said

:36:28. > :36:31.nothing was wrong. I woke him up saying something is wrong with my

:36:32. > :36:34.kidneys, it turned out I had a kidney infection. The IP was

:36:35. > :36:38.horrendous. Looking back, I don't think I should have done it. I got

:36:39. > :36:43.stuck into it. If anything, it opened me up for that race. I had

:36:44. > :36:50.nothing to lose, did I? I gave it my best shot. When I saw that Elinor

:36:51. > :36:55.was one point ahead of me, I thought I'm dying, but there is no way I'm

:36:56. > :37:02.losing this race! You had the luxury of not having to contest the

:37:03. > :37:05.penultimate sprint? Yes, well, if I had the legs, I would have gone for

:37:06. > :37:11.that sprint and tried to win it so I didn't have to do the last one. That

:37:12. > :37:14.is the way bike racing goes. I was in the wrong position and I didn't

:37:15. > :37:17.get any points. I needed one point at the end and I got it. We love to

:37:18. > :37:23.see you race. You do animate a race. at the end and I got it. We love to

:37:24. > :37:26.How special would it be to get on that podium with your team-mates?

:37:27. > :37:30.How special would it be to get on Unbelievable. What are the chances

:37:31. > :37:33.that we get one, two, three? Katie Archibald was disappointed that she

:37:34. > :37:41.hadn't got a medal and she had to ride another IP to get fourth. I was

:37:42. > :37:46.gutted for her. I am close with Katie. I was happy when I saw we got

:37:47. > :37:51.one, two, three. A great ride from Elinor Barker as well, a real mature

:37:52. > :37:57.ride? She is unbelievable at the minute, like. She is on fire. In a

:37:58. > :38:02.race like that, she would be going for laps, and she can sprint but she

:38:03. > :38:07.is not a sprinter. Congratulations. STUDIO: Stunning racing. For Laura

:38:08. > :38:11.Trott, a double gold medallist at London 2012, she is a multiple World

:38:12. > :38:16.Champion and now a Commonwealth champion. Brilliant home

:38:17. > :38:21.representation - Elinor Barker, she took a bronze in the scratch and

:38:22. > :38:25.Katie Archibald, she was so close in the individual pursuit with that

:38:26. > :38:29.fourth and she had a fifth in the scratch race and I know everybody in

:38:30. > :38:36.a little town about five miles north of here will be delighted with that.

:38:37. > :38:39.Sadly, that brings the curtain down on events at the Sir Chris Hoy

:38:40. > :38:44.Velodrome. There is still the road racing to come and the mountain

:38:45. > :38:47.biking. A lot to look forward to tonight with Gary - swimming finals

:38:48. > :38:50.to come. I will catch you tomorrow. Bye for now.
